Once I was a mortal man living on Earth, but now I’m the Tempest Demon known as Atticus, and I have served the Dark King for eons as he wages endless war across the realms.
Until today, when I finally ripped myself free from the Dark King’s shackles.

The demons want me back. The heavens want me destroyed.
Each side will send their minions after me, but the men I will crush and the women I will tame with my demon-seed before I add them to my harem.

I was born on Earth and made in hell, but now I am free to rule all worlds

Ctrl+ F "growl"= EIGHTY RESULTS

Someone please buy this man a thesaurus. If you took a shot every 10th time someone growled or snarled, or every third time someone bit in the middle of a kiss, you'd be almost as dead as the plot.

A great story but the author is greedy

First off, I really enjoyed the book and story itself. that said, the author pulled some stunts that annoyed me and the only rational reason for the decision was greed. If you have a map of an area in the book, bloody put it in the book itself like a respectable author would, don't put a header on the top of several chapters in the book telling you to Google search for their patron or Facebook page to find the map. The patron requires payment and the Facebook group is private and closed...

The dagger was shiny on the edge and pointed .... LIKE A DAGGER! .

I enjoyed the book but I shit you not, this is an actual line from the book. What's next? The kitten's fur was as soft as a cat? The girl was this beautiful as a young girl.. the grass was so green it looked like grass, the rain was wet as rain... If you do not believe me go to where the half-elf is exploring the daggers with him. People need help... this help is called editors

This seems like it could have good if they only bothered to put in a story.

This was a chore to read. I had to force myself to keep going. The characters were one dimensional. The setting was simplistic. The action was boring. The only thing giving this two stars rather than one was it had a fun basic idea to build on. Give it some effort and direction and this could be a decent series.

He does it again

Another great beginning to what hopefully becomes a long series. It's definitely a different type of story since the MC is a Demon but I'd say similar to Scholomance. Keep pumping out the books.

Fantastic read

Man is done serving his master and breaks out. Along the way he meets another servant who also agrees to stop serving her master. They join forces to eventually take over the world (presuming). There story is different than many books of this genre. It’s a slow burn and just one partner for now. I appreciate that; unlike many other stories where every female wants to be with the MC in such a short time. Loved it!

wow!! such gusto!

This book was simply amazing! Jacobs always brings so many great stories to his fans! I love Atticus and Ashe very much! Their story is complicated yet so simple. Their relationship and bond grows deeper and deeper as the reader progresses through the story and boy does it get heated! 🥵🫣. The world building in this is also amazing! The characters and side characters have a ton of depth that you’d expect from jacobs and he doesn’t disappoint! Both MCs are very interesting and both bring something extremely unique and different to the table when it comes to expertise and powers. I only wish Ashe still had her dogs, yet they’d be a pain to take care of. Too bad they’re not a magical summons she could call out and recall at will. That would have been soooo cool and amazing! It would also give them more of a advantage and a leg up in their battles. Also, the view upon the church and her “warriors” wow eh? That’s crazy about the blessed! Jacobs has such incredible ideas. I love this series already. Let’s tear into the next book! Onward lads!!

Least fun read I can remember.

Characters – bland, unlikable and uninteresting.

Plot – nonsensical which is not unheard of in a harem story, but this, is bad. For example, a sequence of events like a fight to the death > hey we know each other from that one time > sex happens > I am completely devoted to you.

World – completely uninteresting.

Sex – very cringe inducing and not fun.

Fights – author does not lean into any real danger for the protagonist. More like he tells you, the protagonist is the underdog and then the protagonist just destroys the enemy. Never felt like the protagonist was in jeopardy.

If you look at my reads, you would know, that harem fantasy is a guilty pleasure of mine, including Logan Jacobs books. However, this one is just bad. I cannot recommend.

Jacobs is quite variable -- this is better than Monster Girl Islands or Scholomance, more in the style of Evil Genius: the fantasy setting is quite interesting, but not really examined as much as it could have been. Like Evil Genius, it starts very engaging, but by the second or third in the series is getting a bit dull.

The main character is OK but not all that interesting. The female characters are better than average, with a decent amount of character and backstory.

Same problem as his other series openers: in itself, it's incomplete, because there are distant enemies that we don't know about, but as a complete series, I can't say, because it gets too boring and repetitive before it gets that far.

A good beginning to a new series

I like this new beginning too series the characters I think are well written. They have their own personalities slowly being developed the world building is interesting and gives little clues to what's going on. It seems our main character was of Earth but now is no longer on Earth. It is interesting and I would like to find out more about his origins as the story goes along. There is a lot of action and well thought out explanations of things and places. There is a provocative relationship between the main characters and I like the way the intrigue is built up and the fight scenes. I am interested in reading the next book in the series.

Ingenious, unique and fun!

It's always interesting seeing a new book release by Logan Jacobs as you never quite know what to expect.
Made in Hell is an exciting new book and series with a variety of unique and interesting races, magic and abilities.
Interesting friends and enemies are introduced, but it's Atticus and Ashe that make the book as exciting and thrilling as it is.

I look forward to more!

Fantastic Plot, World, and Characters

I was truly impressed with how enjoyable this story is. The main character and the others are all enjoyabl, especially Ashe. She is a bad ass and very capable fighter while also an endearing and at times sweet love interest for the main character. I really enjoyed the set up of the world and the relationship development between the characters in this book. I can't wait to see what happens next.

Demons escaping Hell

The story is enjoyable, but at 50% completion I was tired of waiting for something to happen. Sure there is sex, but there also is a story!?

I like the author, but this series is not for me. I had a hard time wanting to pick up the book to read it more.

So awesome, I love this new series

The story is basically about an escaped demon from hell trying to make his own way in the mortal realm. It's full of many fantasy races so that should prove fun for future installments

Great Fun

This book is the kind of book I really really enjoy. Great plot, fun characters. I didn't see any typos or mistakes. That tells me this author cares about his work and what he publishes for people to read. I recommend this book

Pretty Good Start

Logan Jacobs writes good stuff. Made in Hell, book one of three is solid fantasy. It has a dark flavor to the story, and the main character is not a good guy. It’s an enjoyable read and good premise with steady action and some character building.

Good opening novel to a series I believe will be a hit. Anti hero stories are far too few in my opinion

Dark but fun

Nice take on the fantasy genre. I thought the MC was a well thought out character and it was an interesting take on demons and angels. Kudos

Cool!

Ok I like this premise of demons killing evil folks to bring them to hell. And the eyes thing is a nifty story hook. Really want to see more of this series.
