Useful overview of different techniques you can use during your pregnancy. There are some editing issues, acronyms are sometimes introduced before they've been defined and even though there are hyperlinks in the text to techniques they are often referenced many times before they are discussed.

I also suspect that if you added up the essential five minutes practice of this technique, twenty minutes of partner exercise, massage aromatherapy, relaxation, yoga and other techniques per day you'd run out of time to do anything else!

Informative, useful, helpful and set out in an easy-to-read format.
I read this book in addition to listening to birth affirmation tracks and podcasts of positive birth stories as well as reading Ina May Gaskin's Guide to Childbirth, which is more instructive because it contains lots of birth stories.
