But it seemed like an impossibility, until she visits the Oregon Alpha's stadium for a project for her class assignment, and meets Blake who seems like her perfect guy. But can she trust a football player not to break her heart? Can Blake convince Shelley that he's her perfect guy, unlike many in his profession?
This story was sweet with Blake doing all the right things to show Shelley that he's all in. The sex scenes were sizzling! It was a perfect blend of sweet and hot packaged in a short sexy read. I was so excited to read this book, that left me smiling long after I finished it.
Rachelle Stevensen is my go-to author for safe books. And she didn't disappoint with Safety either.

The Alphas are HOT!!!!!
Blake plays for the Oregon Alphas and is best friends with Brandon. Shelley is an architect student and is used to guys always overlooking her. Shelley has an assignment for one of her classes. She decides to do it on the Alphas stadium. During the tour, Blake spotted Shelley, and he knew that he had found his soulmate. I think the thing I love most about this series is that the players aren't " players ". Things move very quickly with these two. But I guess when you know, you know. So gooood!

I loved this book so much! I don’t know how Rachelle Steven managed to absolutely knock all the genres she writes out of the park but I loved her dive into sports romance. Blake and Shelley were so sweet together and it was so refreshing to have a safe (and dual virgin!) sports romance. Highly recommend!

Blake and Shelley
Loved it!!! Loved Shelley. Omg when she talks about teen movies and thinking when she goes to high-school and she turns a certain age about how she'll suddenly be this popular beautiful girl and her crush will finally like her. ... I can totally relate. John Hughes movies gave me so much life thinking these things would happen to me too 😭😭😭😭 they didn't. I loved how she had a backbone, even if it was tiny. She still stood up for herself.
Blake knew all his life he was going to be a football player. He waited his whole life for his one and wouldn't settle for anything less, so he focused all of his time playing and practicing. When he sees Shelley for the first time he knows that she's it for him.
They both are eachothers first and they both fall so fast. Rachelle's writing style is different and usually takes me a minute to get the flow of it, but I really like the way she wrote this story. I'm going to have to go back and read about Sascha and Brandon.

Not my favourite Rachelle Stevensen - the premise was really good but the language didn't match the tone (it seemed pretty juvenile and I don't think they would actually speak to other people that way regardless of the situation)

I freaking loved this book😍😍 It was sweet, romantic, steamy and totally safe. Shelley and Blake met at the Alphas stadium. She made a tour of the grounds for her architectural studies. The Saefty Blake saw Shelley and fell instantly for her. Love at first sight with a sweet HEA and no drama👍👍👍 Both were their one and only 😍😍😍😍 I really really hope that we get Sorens and Eva's story as well 🙈🙈

Another cute little story from Rachelle Stevensen. I loved how Blake and Shelly were into each other almost from the start. And it was really nice to see that even though Blake was a star football player, he wasn't the kind that slept around. No drama, no angst......just a nice, sweet and steamy read.

I loved Blake and Shelley! It was an amazing story and I loved how it was DV. Blake was a possessive, growly hero and Shelley loved being cared for. I loved the two epilogues, I hope we get more stories in the series soon!

I did not care for the 3rd person writing, it was also scattered and jumpy. The dialog between the characters was very juvenile. Sorry, this was a miss for me.
