I'm wobbling between 3 stars and 4 stars.
I suppose this is an overview book about personal development that jumps through a lot of personal development themes, with the author's personal take on some of them. Many of these themes are usually covered by several books spanning hundreds of pages, like for instance habits - but here habits got around half a page of space, if not less. In these cases there isn't really that much to go on if you want to develop. But among all this easy going, brushing through of personal development themes, there are still interesting thoughts, and things worth thinking about, and investigating further. If you are at the beginning of your personal development journey, maybe this book is a good starting point. Otherwise, if you've already consumed books about personal development, it could be a good "keep it all together" book (but it doesn't cover everything, far from). Anyway, it's a simple and quick read, and some advice/references stuck with me, were new to me, and I learned some new things, and will check out some of the references. The first 70 pages about me as an individual were most interesting. I think I'll go with 4 stars.
