I don't want to rate this book, because I wouldn't know how to, and I don't think my rating would actually be able to reflect most of it. I think the first three stories were alright, liked the second and third one most, but all of them weren't really my thing so the rating would have been three stars, but then the forth one came along, and ... I understand, that one isn't supposed to sympathize with the narrator (or at least I really hope so!), but the story actually made me feel sick while reading and I'm not sure if that was really the goal. I powered through it, because I didn't want to dnf the book when only so little pages were left, but if I would rate this book, then the animal cruelty would absolutely overshadow everything else that was going on and I would probably give this book 1 star at best, so no rating it is, because the other stories were pretty decent.
