My brother thinks a rehabilitation retreat in Montana will finally be the thing that fixes me. I’m only agreeing to go because I can’t let him down. Not again. He’s put too much faith in me—faith I don’t deserve.
When Piper was in my life she gave me the reprieve I needed to let down my walls and remember who I was without the alcohol or drugs. But when she chose the cowboy and married him?
I spiralled and drowned myself in vodka.
So now here I am, sitting in group therapy with a bunch of other lost souls pretending to believe this place can save me.
But maybe she can.
I don’t deserve my brother’s faith, and I definitely don’t deserve the radiant joy the beautiful yoga instructor shares with me. Her positivity is almost annoying, but there’s something magnetic about her, too. She’s good to her core and it’s been a long time since I looked into a pair of eyes that took my breath away.
For the first time since I lost Piper it feels like I can finally see light at the end of the tunnel, and it’s brighter than I ever imagined.

This is book eighteen in The Casanova Club Series and it is Levi and Ava's story. Levi is a famous musician but after Piper marrying someone else his life spirals out of control and his brother Jake is so concerned that he decides to make him go to The Red Cedar Rehabilitation Centre but will it work out this time of will be to deeper into his addiction. Ava is a yoga instructor at The Red Cedar Rehabilitation Centre and she also lives there so she can save some money in case it is needed as her brother is a alcoholic and has relapsed a few times. Ava is a no Jones person and she takes her job seriously especially as she understands what they are going through so when she meets Levi she realised that there is more to him than people think and they definitely have a connection between them but is Levi just going through the motions to please his brother or will Ava get him to look at life differently. I absolutely loved this book and even though it touched on some very difficult situations it was written so well and with a lot of compassion and that is what makes this book a real page turner and I couldn't put it down as I had to see what would happen next. Ali Parker is an amazing author and writer and I definitely recommend you read this book, series and other books by her and you will definitely not be disappointed as she certainly knows how to keep her reader's attention right from the first page and to the last one.
I Voluntarily Reviewed an Arc Copy of this Amazing Book.
In the full Casanova series ( which you shouldn’t miss reading), Levi was the most complicated and also the frustrating bachelor. He’s still complicated and frustrating in this book, but fortunately for him, along the way in his long journey, he meets Ava. The storyline is good, even though I think there should have been more detail in certain characters.. like Levi’s band members and how he dealt with them during his crisis and also how he dealt with them as he walked away from performing. Ali’s books are always entertaining and not to be missed. I love this series and can’t wait for the next book to continue this journey of happy endings for these incredible and very different men. I received this as an arc and am leaving this review voluntarily.
5 stars I received a free copy of the steamy Montana set novel Casanova Club: Book 18 : Ava: Levi's Girl by Ali Parker and this review was given freely. I absolutely love Ava's warm and at times sarcastic character. Attraction, temptation and a hint of the forbidden with a touch of steam are seamlessly blended in this novel containing two characters and their families' struggle with the darkness of addiction. Realistic without being too graphic, Ava and Levi's story provides the hope of a lasting and happy ending while suggesting a sequel containing Camden's story. After Piper chooses Wyatt, rock star singer- song writer Levi Morgan goes back to his destructive polysubstance abusing ways resulting in interventions from both his frustrated younger brother Jack and fellow Casanova Club member Canadian Artist Jack Curtis plus a stay in Red Cedar Rehabilitation where the feisty and out going yoga instructor Ava inspires and challenges Levi.
Oh I loved this book! I always wondered how Levi was coping with Piper not picking him. I felt like it hit him the hardest. Levi was in a very bad place. Ava was the light he needed to find his way out of the dark! The strength that he had in the end was amazing. I really loved this book!
Levi was in my top three for Piper. I thought Wyatt was the one she should pick then there was Joshua and Levi. Levi had gone to rehab and had gotten himself together, at least we thought. Levi did the rehab for Piper and not his self. So he ends up back at the same place where Piper found him when we pick up this Ava and Levi's story. Levi is actually worse than before if that can happen because he is actually now not just doing drugs and alcohol but we add Piper to the mix. But of course reality hits him when he is at a club doing a mini concert and is talking to Joshua and his woman Iris. Levi blacks out and wakes up in the hospital. Levi is really special because everyone thought that he kicked his drug habit when Piper came into his life. However, Piper didn't select him and he was devastated. The doctor tells Levi this time if he doesn't stop what he is doing he is going to have to have a liver transplant and his brother tells him if he can't kick this habit he will give him his liver whether he wants him to or not. So now we are here again at a rehab center. The rehab center is in Montana and is called Red Cedar Rehabilitation Center where Ava is the yoga instructor. So Ava and Levi are attracted to one another but Ava cuts Levi no slack because she has a brother who is an addict and she knows how it feels to be a sibling of an addict. She has a brother Devin who almost died because he had drunk so much that he fell out on the side of the road and a motorist just happened to find him unconcious and his brain without oxygen for a period of time. So she knows how his brother Jake feels but they don't discuss this. She gives him tough love and does not try to coddle Levi. You will love Levi and Ava's story if you are like me pulling for Levi to get better and to become the Rockstar he can be, as lead singer of the Levi Project.

Levi one of the twelve men from the Casanova Club that took it the hardest when Piper picked Wyatt. He started doing drugs and drinking himself until he passed out. His brother Jake was discussed with him. He knew he was headed to destruction. He goes to a local club, gets high to perform and goes on stage. When he's done he goes backstage and does another line of drugs. Joshua, another man from the Casanova Club goes backstage to introduce him to Eve, the woman he's fallen in love with. But, instead of being happy for Joshua, he's rude because of the drugs. Then he passes out and Joshua calls for an ambulance. Then Jake and his Doctor give him an ultimatum to go to rehab or die because he will need a liver transplant. He goes to Montana to a rehab facility and goes with a chip on his shoulder that he will never get Piper out of system and all the hurt he feels. Ava is the yoga instructor at the rehab facility and she recognizes Levi Morgan the Rockstar. She knows that he had been at rehabs before but never here. He gives the therapist a hard time and the other patients. Eva talks to him about trying to work harder at the process of what the facility provides. He finally decides he wants to break the cycle of being drunk or high. Ava has a brother who's an alcoholic and has a hard time keeping sober. She know what Levi is going through. Great story by Ali Parker and the way she writes about a man with his struggles and the woman who's willing to wait for him.
i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the 18th book in the Casanova Club series. In this book, Levi finds love. Levi is a rock star who really thought Piper was the one and when she didn't pick him, he gave up and started drinking and doing drugs again. Levi's brother is tired of trying to reason with him and one night while Levi was at a club, he saw Joshua and his new love. Levi oded and Joshua kept him alive until help arrived. Levi knew he had to go back to rehab, but he didn't think it would work. Ava was a yoga instructor who worked at the rehab facility and when she met Levi, she was attracted to him, but knew he was off limits because he was a client. Ava never backed down to Levi and tried to get him to talk where everyone else failed. Levi found himself opening up to Ava and soon they became friends. When Levi wanted more, Ava tried to resist, but she couldn't. Ava told Levi she would be there when he finished rehab and they would see what happened. I really liked Levi, he was heartbreaking at times. I think Ava really understood him because of her own experiences. I think Levi needed someone to see the real Levi and not the rock star. I was so into this book i couldn't out it down. Another great one in the series. I look forward to the next one.
Levi was definitely the one that had the most to loose - suffering from addiction and the chance of a spiral after his heart was torn out of his chest of Piper not picking him - I was scared the most and I know the others were too. Way to have the introduction heightened to its fullest.
I really like how we see Levi on the inside - and how we see his growth, however, I feel it was quickened and didn’t really completely show his mindset change, on the inside. However, later on, we find out that he is determined to change and so that solidifies our hopes.
I wish we got more about Ava’s brother Devin and his *hopeful* road to recovery. I also wish we saw more of the mend of Levi and Jake’s relationship because Jake went though SO much in Piper and Levi’s story and now the beginning of this book and I think it would have been worth adding another chapter to give us that insight.
I love the crossover of the characters! I read Joshua’s story right before this so he was fresh in my mind and it kind of continued his story for me when he went to visit Levi. I also read Camden’s story before Levi’s so it was cool to see him in it, even if it was just the glimpse of a magazine cover, it’s still nice to see the continuing connection of them.
I really enjoy reading these Casanova Club books, they always give you such great follow up to those who were in the previous books. You find out what happened to everyone and I love the way at the beginning of each book, the characters from the last make an appearance. Ava is a great character. I love her straight forwardness, and her really passion for helping those who are coming to Red Cedar rehab center. She teaches through yoga to relax and reconnect with themselves. Everything is going well until Levi Morgan comes to the center. Yes he is a big star, but he also has big problems. Is this just another stop so he can appease his younger brother and stop him from bugging him about his addition? Who knows. And Piper...what she did to him, only he knows because she affected him so deeply. But it was really not her fault, Levi knew going into the Club that he may not get picked. He just can't let go. Maybe Ava will be able to help Levi, with more than just yoga. But you will have to read to find out. I wish there was a bit more time spent in this book about Ava and Levi's relationship after he gets out of rehab. I feel we are left a bit hanging at the end. Ciao
Ali Parker has a way of bringing characters and their story to life and she has definitely accomplished that with Ava. Levi -much like most of the other men from the Casanova Club- is broken emotionally and returning to his old vices to numb the pain and heartache. Ava is a yoga instructor for a rehab facility who manages see past the practiced rock star facade that Levi has had to perfect over the years to the man he truly is. Ava is a captivatingly, heartwarming story of redemption, second chances, passion, friendship, romance, and love. I absolutely loved this new novel in the Casanova Club series. Levi’s story gave readers insight into the dangers and hardships addictions can cause a person and their loved ones. I loved the change in Levi’s character as the story went on and how he figured out how to correctly and successfully achieve sobriety. Ava was a sweetheart with a firm hand that was needed at times to knock some sense into people. I can’t wait for the release of Camden. “I voluntarily reviewed an ARC copy of this novel.”
Wow, how the Casanova Series has grown. This is the eighteenth book. I loved Ava and Levi's story. If you've read the full Casavova Series you'll remember Levy as the most frustrating brother. He's still complicated but is a famous musician. He's suffering from addiction problems that began when Piper married someone else. His brother was concerned and sent him to at The Red Cedar Rehabilitation Centre in Montana. That's where he meets Ava who is a Yoga instructor. She's empathic to his situation since her brother also has problems. This book is very emotional and moving. Ava is full of compassion and helps bring him back to the old Levi's. Their love story is a great one and Ali Parker never ceases to amaze me with her talent as an author. You will find the book very well written and a great read. Be warned that once you start reading you'll find it hard to put down. I received a free advance copy via the author and voluntarily chose to review it.
Levi, rock star and addict. He fell hard for Piper and began to see what life could be for him if he no longer let his addictions and demons rule his life. But after she chose another man, Levi could not cope and drank his way through too much vodka. His brother has got him in rehab - AGAIN. But it's here that he meets Ava. She's different and actually seems to really understand him. But how? Read this fabulous story of how Levi overcomes his fears and realises he has so much to be grateful for ,and to work towards having found love in the yoga classroom. See how Ava helps him see a future for himself and, hopefully, with plenty of passionate encounters with her! Ali Parker has created the perfect foil for Levi. I loved reading about him in The Casanova series and wanted him to have his HEA and Ali has delivered it perfectly. Thank you! I received a reader's copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. Most Definitely Recommended.
When Levi, a rock star with a problem checked into yet another rehab centre, this time the Red Cedar Rehab in Montana, it was Ava's who was appointed to take Levi on a tour of the grounds. She's a yoga instructor who he will be seeing a lot of as Yoga is going to be part of his daily routine, that and socialization with others at meals times, not something he would do by choice.
Over time, lines are crossed and boundaries pushed, how will this affect his recovery? Will they both be hurt or will Levi finally find the right woman for him?
I enjoyed this story immensely, thank you Ali Parker for letting us know what happened to Levi. I found Levi impossible not to like when I first read his story and was happy that Piper was able to help Levi decide to get the help he needed something which led him to Ava.
If you haven't read the entire Casanova series (and why not? It's fantastic), and you start with this book, you might feel a bit lost with some of the back story for this particular book. If you've read the series, we all know that Levi is the most frustrating brother, but he's also one of the (if not the) most complicated of the series. His life really began spiraling when Piper chose someone else, and his brother luckily intervened and got him into a rehab center in Montana, which is where he meets Ava. She's familiar with some of the issues plaguing Levi as her brother also has addiction issues. Out of the 18 books in this series, this one is, hands down, my favorite. It's full of emotions, some heartbreak, but the chance to discover a new love and finding your way back to the person you once were.
Levi Morgan, the famous musician, was an addict to anything you could name which led him to Red Cedar Rehabilitation. Ava, the yoga instructor at the facility, showed Levi around the grounds and to his own personal cabin where he would spend the next eight weeks in the program. Levi would be attending from therapy sessions to yoga. Ava was a straight shooter and spoke her mind not letting Levi get away with anything. Levi liked that about Ava. He also likes her in her leggings doing the downward dog pose. Excellent story with hot chemistry for Levi and Ava. This series is having a tremendous following looking for a happy ending for the gentlemen whom Piper left behind. Love it! On to number nineteen?
Levi is one of the characters who broke my heart into the most pieces in the first half of the series. He’s also the man I most needed to see a redemption for. Now, I had reservations when I first read his story, and I had many of the same reservations coming into Ava’s. You see, there are addicts in my past and I know only too well the highs and lows of their daily lives. I think the author did a brilliant job with the dark and sometimes taboo subjects of addiction and recovery, balancing the mountains both Levi and Ava needed to overcome with the hope of their developing relationship. This is the book I needed to see Levi in. I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
After Piper chose someone else, Rockstar Levi spiraled downhill fast. When he overdoses, his brother convinces him to enter rehab, again. Levi doesn’t think it will help but he’ll do it for his brother, one more time. When he meets the resident Yoga instructor, he’s struck by how she pushes back and doesn’t take his garbage. Maybe this time rehab will be different.
Yoga instructor Ava likes her life. The income is steady and her life is stable, sort of. When Levi arrives at the rehab center, she sees something in him that the counselors don’t, and she’s determined to help him through. But will it effect her heart? And then there’s her brother, the one who needs rehab just as badly as Levi.
April 28 Ava Casanova Club Series Levi Morgan was drunk and high again! Or was it still? Ever since Piper had chosen another man to marry he had lost complete control of his addictions and his life! But that’s how he wanted it! He had given up. But when he once again hits rock bottom his little brother Jake is there to pick him up. Again! And get him into a treatment program. Again. Red Cedar is different from others he had been in, but Levi’s attitude was the same; do the time, get out, get drunk and high again. Rinse and repeat! Maybe one time it would all be over and he wouldn’t wake up in the hospital! Maybe he just wouldn’t wake up at all! A wonderful story of one of the Casanova Club bachelors and a real chance at redemption. And the woman who just might be able to help him!
This is an absolutely brilliant addition to the series. Levi has hit rock bottom again but he really doesn't want to go to rehab again. He hates it and doesn't give his all that is until he meets the yoga teacher. Ava loves to teach yoga and knows that it helps the people at the rehabilitation centre that she works at. The chemistry between them is off the charts but after one time together they agree to wait until he finishes his time at the centre. Will they still want to see each other when his time is up. Loved the ending but it wasn't an easy journey. A must read. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
Levi finally puts Piper behind him. Levi, the rock star, has been pining for Piper, his lost lover, by drinking and drugging himself almost to death. He agrees to rehab and finds a place in Montana. Ava is the yoga instructor there and the class is mandatory for all patients. Levi begins putting his time in but not only just. Ava is a tough cookie and easily puts Levi in his place. But sparks fly between them resulting in a very bad decision. Really good story with just the right amount of sex. Levi is such an ass at first but redeems himself later. Ava is such a capable outspoken woman! I really admired her. Great book, great series!!
Ava, book eighteen, and a continuation of the popular Casanova Club series follows yoga instructor Ava our lovable musician Levi Morgan. After Piper’s rejection, Levi finds himself back in a bad place and drinking more then normal which prompts his brother to send him to The Red Cedar Rehabilitation Center. Ava works at the center, and since she almost lost her brother Devin to the same thing, she understands Jake’s side and decides that Levi needs a dose of ‘tough love’ to help him get over his addiction. As the pair grow closer, Ava promises Levi that she will be there for him if he needs it. Will Ava be enough for Levi to keep Piper’s memory at bay?
I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about Ava working where Levi went for rehab, but Ali Parker made it work. She didn't make it easy and presented some of the challenges faced with addictions without getting in too deep. Levi certainly has his share of personal demons and Ava her own, but in her case tied to her brother's demons. Light and dark, optimism and pessimism... somehow these two balance each other out, smooth out the edges and seem to be what each need. An entertaining story despite the dark nature. Wonder who will be next from the remaining Casanova bachelors...
I was so happy to read Levi’s story! He was the bachelor that I felt had the most trauma and damage, but also with the most to gain. I loved his brother Jake from the beginning and his love for Levi warmed my heart! Levi’s demons were looking for Ava to help, even though she battled with demons too. Addiction is so sad and traumatizing for all that love you. This story was heartwarming and the chemistry and angst were just right! I was sent a copy and I am choosing to leave my honest review.
When Piper chose another bachelor to marry, Levi gave up on life and started his addictions again. His brother sends him to rehab in Montana to face his demons again. He meets Ava, the yoga instructor, she feels the attraction but she will not take any of his crap. She is strong and compassionate but unless he wants to go through the program for himself, she will not be his enabler. This might well be Levi's last chance at happiness. This is another great story in the Casanova Club series and I volunteered to review the story.
I love the way Levi gets his happily ever after. Levi just knew Piper was going to pick him, but she didn’t. He is in a bad way and not just a bad way but a drugs and alcohol bad way. But once he meets Ava at Red Cedar Rehab, she sees him as he really is, and not the rockstar persona that everyone else sees. Levi discovers his soulmate in Ava. Such an emotionally written book covering so much more than just emotional and physical issues. A deep down soul wrenching book. You will love it. Ali Parker comes through again with a great Casanova story. I love them.
Ava, a yoga instructor, has the fortunate task of taking Levi, the rock star Casanova, on a tour of the grounds his first day at Red Cedar rehab. As the story progresses boundaries are pushed, lines are crossed, and all the forward progress could be set back by one single action. Ali Parker has made Levi into a rock star with an everyday life versus a rock star with an empty life. This book is a fitting happy ending for the Rock Star Casanova.
I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.
Loved this book! These two are soulmates that are working to find each other. Their journey is not an easy one. It will keep you on the edge of your seat and reading as fast as you can to find out what will be the outcome to their story. Levi finally puts Piper behind him but at a very high price to him personally. Ava is a tough cookie and easily puts Levi in his place. But sparks fly between them resulting in a very bad decision. What will become of them? Will their relationship be worth the cost to them? Check the book and see what you think! So worth reading!
I love how this writer has circled back around to give the men their happily ever after. Piper met her love and now I think it is time to give the rest of the guys their chance. Each of these "Casanova Club" stories just gets better and more interesting. This is Ava and Levi's story. I loved Levi and I am so happy to see he finally gets happiness and so much more. I love this story. I like the chemistry and connection between the characters. The story is nicely developed. You cannot help pulling for him and them.
I figured Levi would relapse after losing Piper. He figured Piper had saved him before and that was the only reason he was clean and sober not for himself but for her. Wrong reason. This book was a good read of him going to rehab and meeting the Yoga instructor Ava. I dont know how well they are working 12 steps at these rehabs cus aren't recommended to get in a relationship first year of sobriety and it's not even mentioned by Levi even after 2. Besides this I really liked the book and hope they work out.
