Various is the correct author for any book with multiple unknown authors, and is acceptable for books with multiple known authors, especially if not all are known or the list is very long (over 50).

If an editor is known, however, Various is not necessary. List the name of the editor as the primary author (with role "editor"). Contributing authors' names follow it.

The book is amazing, with heart touching poems it's an open anthology where everybody has contributed the best part of their writing skill & potential.
The unique quality of interior design, embossed cover is adding stars to the face of the book.
As far as content is concerned all the write ups expose the trend been followed by various new poets, you will get to see the new modern poetries of present times.
