Pirate elves rule
The pirates and Jon have regained their mojo but have lost Cora at the end of the book. The dragons have given Jon new powers and abilities in the elves world . The storyline has gotten grimmer with more death and disaster in the world. It looks like the final confrontation with the the Empire is coming.

I feel like the mc was more a play toy for the girls than an actual person, but now is starting to seem like he's an actual character. I like the story and look forward to more from this author

A gripping continuation of the elves story, does not go exactly as I expected and is certainly getting a bit darker. Its a problem with well written characters that you can actualy find yourselve grieving at their loss. The story development has been excellent and I am seriously looking forward to book 6.
