Saoirse takes part each year in the annual games on St. Patrick’s day. There are four things that you either need to find or need to do. For as long as Saoirse can remember, she has gotten three out of four, like everyone else that also partakes in the games. As the 4th thing on the list, the hardest is to find, a Leprechaun. But this year Saoirse vows she will get all four things on the list, no matter the cost. Will she be willing to pay the steep price for the fourth thing, when it’s her heart that is the currency?
Fantasy Romance, PNR, Dark Retellings, and Dark romance author Kindra White is a mother of three and wife. Born on the island of Aruba, she is an avid reader who took the plunge and started creating her own books to help break the stigma that women face. She currently lives in Enschede, The Netherlands, where when she’s not bringing readers more books she enjoys baking a killer cheesecake and taking care of her family.
I really enjoyed the first book in this series but for some reason this one was even more enjoyable for me. Saoirse is a the sister of the wolf from book one and we even get to see Carys, aka Cupid, in a scene in this book which was pretty awesome. So Saoirse is a shewolf who is determined to win the st Patrick's day event and in search of a leprechaun, every year she has found 3 of the 4 to win but no matter how hard she looked she never found the 4th item, the leprechaun. Caragh, Saoirse best friend, hides a secret of her own that she is afraid to share with her best friend, in fear of loosing her. This book is short and sweet and I really enjoyed every moment. Can't wait to dive into book 3.
This was so stinking cute. The best friends to lovers you could ask for.
Saoirse is a werewolf who participates in a years St. Patrick’s style scavenger hunt. Every year she loses as does everyone else because winning requires capturing a leprechaun.
In the end she never does win that scavenger hunt but she wins something entirely better.
I loved Saoirse’s wolf, Mel. She was definitely the voice of reason while her hum counterpoint went off the deep end and almost lost her best friend.
A fantastic way to gear up for St. Patrick’s Day! I highly recommend.

If you love friends to lover story, paranormal stories then this is a good story for you. This book also have LGBTQ themes in the story as well.
It started out fun and sweet and then THAT (you know what I’m saying no spoilers here) thing occurred and it went to pure delicious exquisite angst! I mean seriously, it made my blackened heart so freaking happy. Who doesn’t love an angsty road to that HEA we all crave? So. Freaking. Good.
💰 Saoirse and Caragh are best friends that have so much love for each other. But they don't realise their love for each other until they'd had a falling out.
💰 The story is filled with romance and chemistry between Saoirse and Caragh!
💰 A quick read that left me wanting more. If you love friends to lover stories, paranormal stories then this is a good story for you.
I gotta say, I have read all of Kindra's books now...
I give this one a full 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟/5 stars
But here's why...
it held me captive for the whole less than an hour it took me to read it. I loved the sweet and simple romance and I love how natural Kindra's shifter characters seem. They just blend right in, like being a shifter or a fae is no different then being human.
This book was a quick read and so worth it. I wanted to make sure I read it around St. Patrick's day. You can sense the way the two MC talk to each other that their relationship is more than friends, but they have yet to confess those feelings. Instead of winning the games the she-wolf gets the true pot of gold, love.
