Siblings Murphy, Skipper, and Zara are bored right at the beginning of their summer vacation. While sorting through her board games, Skipper discovers a big red button. All three of them press that button out of curiosity : Lo and behold they are transported to a different world, called "The Land of Imagination."

This world is a product of the active and imaginative brain of human children. It is filled with fairies; blue, purple, and pink skies; talking unicorns; and everything else a child could have imagined. It is basically Narnia but more colorful. This realm has chocolate trees and giant burgers. Willy Wonka much?

The description of The Rainbow Park will not only put a smile on your face but also hold the ability to make you salivate at times. Being a 25 year old, I am not ashamed to admit that I want to be a part of this world.

The children play the games together as well as on their own. After spending considerable hours enjoying themselves to the fullest, when the question of returning home arises, things end up getting a tad sinister.
How long would the thrill and excitement last? Won't the children eventually get to go back home?

I can picturize reading this book to my niece.
Off I go to get a copy for her. She'll especially love the colourful illustrations in it.

Mystery of the Dazzling Games by Anoushika Garg belong to the children's fiction genre. It has mysteries wrapped in a beautiful way. The story revolves around three siblings- Skipper, Zada, and Murphy and their adventure to the Land of Imagination. The fun fact remains, that their imagination had created this world. The Land owns a. Number of games which, were imaginative on earth but they get the opportunity to play those in real life in this land. They get captured in this land and thus the series of adventure and mystery begins.

The writing style was lucid and perfect for children of about 8-10 years of age. I loved the fact that the Land of Imagination, its various games and surroundings including the description of characters were very well written. It will surely explore those lil minds looking for a good read. There were several twists and turns that took place back to back, hence I would say it will be an interesting read for children.

There were hints of values that were dropped from chapters as well. It talks about forgiving, patience, bravery, importance of parents, and especially the value of imagination. Which I think is lacking in the upcoming generation. The fact that the author herself is an

I would highly recommend it to 8-10 age children who are interested in little thrillers and magic.😍🌼.

Mystery of dazzling death games by Anoushka Garg is fantasy book for children. The story is of Zara, Skipper and Murphy who are siblings. It is summer and they are bored. On an exploration spree for something to entertain them, they find more than everyday entertainment — a button that takes you to a fantasy world of games, giants and fairies.

The fact that the author to this magical world and adventurous story is thirteen years old stuns me to awed silence. The language used is simple yet the sentence framing makes the story exciting, easy to live into and be a part of.

The book is not for adults but it is a perfect read for children up to mid-teens. However, if adults want to reminisce and are still a fantasy enthusiast, they can try this book as well.

The plot of the story was thrilling and it was a joyride to read. Descriptions in the book of every fantasy place will bring you to your childhood and the imagery your brain formed in that time. One area that the author can improve in is tweaking a few sentences and make them clearer to make visualization convenient.

My most favourite part was character building. All the three kids were not glorified or made to seem like adults for the sake of being heroes, but they were presented as themselves. You can see all the traits of a twelve-year-old in Skipper who was actually 12 in the story.

Another favorite of mine is the cover. The cover is a beautiful illustration that will undoubtedly hold you captive.

The grammar and vocabulary were extremely well, say 9/10. The writing style was astounding.

I enjoyed reading the book and suggest more people to read it. Overall, the book gets a 4/5 from me.

Filled with imagination and creativity. Perfect for 8-13 age group.

Genre: Children's Fantasy

Rating: 3/5

Coming from a budding 13 year old author, this book is perfect for preteens. However, as an adult, this is a slow read and it might not be for you. This definitely wasn't for me.

The book follows the adventures of 3 siblings, Murphy, Skipper, and Zara in the Land of Imagination. On a boring afternoon, the kids find a button that teleports them to this land of Arphs (creatures of the Land of Imagination), but they end up getting trapped in the land. The only way to return is to play the games created by the imagination of children on earth, and find their way to the exit gate.

I found the book to be highly creative and filled with author's young imagination. There were proper twists and turns, and the author tried to put a few messages in between. I particularly liked the climax which teaches the lesson of forgiveness. I was surprised to see such a young mind grasping the evils of death penalty and advocating against it.

Unfortunately, the book does not do justice to the "mystery" in it's title. I feel there was a lack of suspense in the book. That is also why it was such a slow read for me. I think a few elements of mystery and suspense would've kept the reader engaged. The book also seemed to be quite stretchy and I found the writing to be a bit verbose.

But overall it isn't a bad read. And I am positive it will appeal to preteens and children.

Three siblings, Murphy, Skipper and Zara, were getting bored at their home during summer holidays. Skipper decided to retrieve to her room and that's when she found a "big red button" that she had never seen before. Immediately, she called her siblings and as soon as they touched they were teleported into the "Land of Imagination". It was literally a land of their imagination, everything they had ever imagined during their fantasy games they played was there. Sooner they realised that there were dangers ahead and they had got stuck into the land and couldn't returned their home. The story describes their journey through the land of their imagination and their struggle to escape from it.

The only reason for picking up this book was due to its author, who is just 13. I was intrigued with the thought of it and even with the title, and to my wonder I wasn't disappointed at all. Being her debut book, the author has done a commendable job. While reading it I had a mixed feeling of Narnia and Jumanji and it was enthralling. I really enjoyed reading it, finished it in one go. The author's simple writing, impeccable plot and some wondrous creatures makes it a must read

While trying to beat the boredom with some board games, Zara, Skipper and Murphy was transported to a magical land by an ordinary looking button. As the children were enjoying the wonderland, it soon turned into a prison. Noe, the only way to get back to their home is to tackle the riddles and games that can cost them their lives.

This book, though it is actually intended for the preteens, anyone can give it a try as I did. On finishing the book, I narrated the story to my little brother and he loved it too.

It is a blend of fantasy and realism, with action, adventures, riddles and unpredictable twists. If you love riddles and cartoons, you can still love the book.

The language and narration is so good and the thirteen year old author has done a great job. Yes, the young author has wonderfully penned her imaginations, that made this one of the best children’s book I have ever read.

Cons:
1. There was a scope to have induced some important message in the story and make it a wonderful read for adults alike.
2.Visual imageries and description could have been much better.

Want to visit your imagination in real?

Have you ever thought of going in your imagination in real life? We all think about it but have you ever thought of going into a kid's imagination? What they think about games, fun, finding new things? Curiosity is the key to this story. If you're a fan of barbie stories, Disney stories, and the story of oz land go for this. Interesting, captivating, and can make you feel you are in a different world. Is everything great but stop what if you are never going to come back to your world? The protagonists of this story are stuck in this situation, let's see how they will escape or they will stay there forever?
I rated it four because it is very interesting for kids but adults, it is the same as all the fascinating magical stories. I liked the way how it is plotted and wished to be a part of it. If you're of 8- 15, or you have kids, or you are a great lover of the magical world - GO FOR IT :)

While all of us have fantasised a Land full of adventures, treats and mysteries, here Zara, Murphy and Skipper happened to experience its joy and adventures.

A big red button in zara's cupboard leads the trio to the 'Land of Imagination', a world created out of the imagination of the children from earth. As three kids enjoy rides and playing games created by them while Frill, the prince of the land plays a host to his creators.

All the fun ends when the games become intense and the kids play for survival. Eventually they realise they are stuck in this strange land. The book follows the adventurous journey of finding their way back to earth as they walk through riddle park, fighting a giant monster, entering the dollhouse of nightmares and many more such obstacles.

It is a land full of surprises which reveals itself to be no longer the same as the kids uncover dark truths in their journey of finding a way home. It is a story of everybody as a child.
