Hello friends! I can’t believe I’m reviewing fan fic right now. But, let me just say, oh my gosh. This is the best story I have ever read and I sobbed so much. I hope you read this. It is beyond worth it, even just for the plot omg. Ughhhh I loved it so much:)

WOAH! Devotion was definetely an emotional rollercoaster. It beggins with Harry and Amelia having to learn how to raise and protect their baby. And because that definetely wasn't enough Liam, who they rescued from the gang haunting Amelia and Harry, tried to commit, while Amelia was pregant again. She had a miscarriage but Harry and Amelia didn't even know she was pregant again. They needed some time to recover from that but of course they didn't get peace after that. Two members of Deception, the gang haunting them, broke into their house, which had high security, at night. They set the living room on fire and after Niall saved Amelias life by coming home unexpectedly they got Briar, their baby, and got out of the house. Harry ran after the member who survived but while he did that Amelia went back into their burning house, because she wanted to get something that could't be replaced. Niall couldn't go after her, because he needed to keep Briar safe, but when Harry found out, he went after her. She was in their bedroom but there was a huge fire between Harry and her, so he couldn't get her. The floor broke and she fell through, Harry went after her. When he finally got her out of the burning house she wasn't breathing anymore, they rushed to the hospital where she had an emergency surgery. Sadly she fell into a coma after the surgery. Harry was miserable, at some point he was using drugs again, which got Niall and Louis to call CAS, who took Briar. After that Harry knew he had to get better for Briar. When Amelia woke up after 2 months of being in a coma, it turned out, that Amelia couldn't remember the last 2 years, meaning she didn't know who Louis, Niall, Harry and Briar were. She only remembered her Mom, Dad and Audrey, her best friend.
1,5 months after Amelia woke up, Harry, Niall, Louis and whole Malignant had to attend a war between Salvation and Maligant. Right after Harry left for the war, Amelia remembered everything. Louis also told the boys that he was expecting a baby with Audrey on the drive to the war.
Malignant won the war with only Harry and Niall left, meaning they could now live the rest of their life peacefully because every Salvation member was dead. But they lost their best friend Louis, before the war even started and because Amelia ran after Harry when he left, because she wanted to tell him that she remembered everything, Amelias Mom went to tell Harry, which got her shot and killed, too.
The end of Devotion was still beautiful, especially the epilogue, because we got to know that Harry and Amelia had three more kids, Niall and Audrey got into a relationship and raised Louis' son and one own kid and Liam got into a relationship too, they adopted a girl later on.
The writing was so good, even better than in Hideaway.
I absolutely adore this book, it was so so good!

This book was definitely the best one out of all three and you can definitely see how Jule's writing had improved. The character development that had happened by the end was amazing and it really showed a lot of growth which I wasn't really expecting since it was a dark harry fic but was pleasantly suprised by. The whole book was an emotional rollercoaster that I didn't want to end. By the end it feels like you know the characters and you don't want to let go. The ending while extremely sad tied up everything really well.

SPOILER BELOW

The one part of the book I absolutely do not agree with was how Jules killed off Louis I personally think he deserved more but that's my personal opinion and even with this it was still a really great book.

Okay so start to middle it was a bit too slow.
But like there were SO many Plottwist. I said it again and I'm saying it again Julez is the Queen of Plottwists and surprises!
The end just broke me. Like so many scenes were so good described and I just imagined the scenes the whole time as they were in a movie because it would look so good on screen!
The end was fantastic I really had no idea how Julez is gonna end the Story but like it's so clear that she planned the whole thing and her brain is just a masterpiece.

I was afraid to read it because i thought it was gonna be tedious but surprisingly I really loved it. I cried like a baby and I wish some things ended differently (justice for louis). I literally couldn’t stop crying but I’m glad I read it. Kind of happy ending which was the best we could hope for with Harry’s past

Finally a fic series that is finished hahaha honestly I was a bit bored of this story because the plot moved so slow and it was almost too smut heavy. HOWEVER, the 2nd half of this book was so gut wrenching I couldn’t stop crying….didnt realize how attached I was to the characters 😭 had to touch grass to stop crying over Louis LMAO thank god he’s alive IRL 💓

Out of all 3 of the books this one made me ugly sob. Julez has once again tore my heart out and absolutely crushed it. The ending was honestly beautiful however much painful. It perfectly wrapped up the series for me with endings for each character.
