Falling For My Nerdy Neighbor

Nerdy Guys Need Love Too!

Natalie:
When my ex-boyfriend kicked me out, I was stuck living with my mom for six months.
Luckily, I found the perfect apartment. It's roomy, located right in the heart of downtown,
And there's a Clark Kent lookalike living next door...
That's right. Even though Julian is a total introverted nerd, I can't help falling for him.
With his piercing blue eyes and muscles like Superman himself, he's always on my mind.
But he's not the person he says he is, and once I learn the truth I'm certain there's no hope for us.

Julian:
I'm a workaholic, I'll admit it. My virtual reality company is my life.
But when gorgeous, curvy Natalie moves in next door I realize how much real life I've been missing out on.
She's loud, brash, and not my normal type at all.
But there's something about her that's magnetic.
After being out of the dating game for so long, it's a lot harder than I thought to jump back in.
I just need to show Natalie that I'm serious about her, and that she's meant to be mine and only mine.

Falling For My Nerdy Neighbor is the first book in the Small Town Big Curves series! It features a secret billionaire tech nerd next door who'll do anything for the outspoken curvy woman of his dreams! While it reads as a stand alone short romance, all of the books are interconnected and tell the tales of the residents of Wet Springs, Colorado as they fall head over heels in instalove. As always, these stories are spicy (open door, baby) but safe! There's no cheating and no cliffhanger. Just a swoon-worthy HEA to melt your heart. They're the perfect one hour short romance read for your coffee break or when you need a quick high heat escape read. Insta Love Forever!

Frozen pizza and champagne.....the perfect date or is it???

Falling For My Nerdy Neighbor is the first book in the Small Town Big Curves series and is a funny, sweet and sexy story about Natalie and Julian. Natalie is a woman who is starting over in life and has just moved into her own apartment in downtown Wet Springs. As she is waiting for her best friend Lacey to arrive she gets things ready which includes the champagne that she plans to pop the cork on as she opens the door. What she was not expecting was to find her neighbor standing in the doorway as she loses her grip on the cork and champagne drenches him. Nice introduction to say the least. Julian is the founder and CEO of DreamEscape Games and has been living for the last year in an apartment in downtown Wet Springs as the house he bought is being renovated. Julian is a workaholic who basically lives his waking hours either working or working out. He pushes himself and his staff to ensure that they stay at the front of the VR gaming world. He watched his neighbor move in and she seemed to wake something up in him that he has not felt for years. He ends up at her door because she is playing her music too loudly and it is imposing on his ability to concentrate. Once he is doused in champagne things are about to get very sticky between them.

This was an entertaining story which was an easy and quick read. It is an OTT insta-love story between two people who are very different, actually at about the total opposite end of everything, but yet they find they each end up willingly moving towards the middle and then snapping perfectly together.

I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.

Natalie is starting over and is finally moving in to her own place, she was waiting for her best friend Lacey to celebrate her new apartment with a bottle of champagne so imagine her surprise when the knock on the door isn’t Lacey but her new neighbour Julian who she has just covered in champagne. Not the best first impression. It’s a few days later when he invites her for pizza, things are going well until she discovers just who her neighbour is and he is just slumming it until his new house is ready for him. Is there any way that they could start again?

Julian wasn’t too pleased when his new neighbour arrived, his quiet life was suddenly one of loud rock music and then being covered from head to toe in champagne. But there was something that made him want to get to know her, shocking considering he had vowed never to love again after his ex-wife divorced him. He felt like he had won the jackpot when she agreed to dinner but just when things were going how he wanted he managed to mess everything up now he is determined to get another chance will he convince Natalie to give him and them another shot or is it game over?

This is my first book by this author and I loved it. Julian was so straight but naïve and Natalie was weary. But who couldn’t love a guy like Julian he was determined to show her who he really was. Cute read and I am looking forward to more in this series. 4* Read

Natalie just moved into her own apartment and having this freedom, as puts on her !music and turns it up LOUD. This brought the attention of her neighbor. She explained that we was celebrating her freedom. Her neighbor just wanted it her to turn I down so he could work.
Julian a workaholic. He is trying to concentrate when music comes blaring through the wall. He goes to confront the new neighbor. He is stunned by how beautiful she is. He sees her later at the store and asks her to have dinner with him. They have dinner but It doesn't go as planned. Julian decides he wants to show Natalie that there is more to him then a workaholic. He takes her to his home, explaining why he lived in the apartment. Natalie was shocked to find out the nerdy neighbor was a billionaire. From that day forward they were together forever. Both living their best life.

Flora Madison kicks off her new Small Town Big Curves series with Falling For My Nerdy Neighbor, a steamy, sweet and very entertaining instalove romance. Natalie has just moved into her new apartment and is awaiting her best friend, when her gorgeous next door neighbour Julian comes pounding on her door to ask her turn down the music she is blaring. Though their first meeting isn't exactly ideal, both are instantly attracted to the other. When their paths cross later, Julian asks Natalie to dinner. But then Natalie discovers her sexy nerdy neighbour is actually a billionaire software developer awaiting renovations on his new house - and she freaks out a little. Fortunately, Julian isn't one to give up - not when he knows he's met the woman meant to be his. This is a quick, super fun and sexy read with a gorgeous if socially awkward hero and a sassy, strong heroine.

I like this insta-love romance! Natalie is celebrating moving into her first apartment when her new neighbor asks her to turn the music down. Julian is a video game developer who works from home. Although he's instantly smitten with Natalie, his social awkwardness ruins their first encounters before he can woo her properly. He knows she is "the one" but can he convince her to give him another chance? I like this story for it dual POV, likable characters, plot and dialogue. Natalie's humor and straightforward nature pairs nicely with Julian's dedication and thoughtfulness. Although they're in different tax brackets, they have a lot in common. "Falling for My Nerdy Neighbor" is short, sweet, and funny with sizzling chemistry and an epilogue that ends this small town/big curves story nicely!

What a funny great book

Funny because of the mishaps. Love the nerdy neighbor. Natalie finally was able to move out of her mother's basement into her own apartment. Previous living arrangements, her controlling boyfriend. That definitely wasn't a good arrangement. Moving into her apartment she played her music a little too loud. Her nerdy hardworking neighbor came over to complain. Zap, the one thing strikes again. He's struck by her but doesn't know what to do. It's a fun read. I think you'll enjoy it too. Written by Cindy :)

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. It was a very quick story and I wish it was longer. It goes from attraction at first sight to lovers to marriage for Natalie to Julian. While I did enjoy the happenings at their first meeting, it all happened so fast.

Adorable, quick read! She's finally gotten her own place, after getting kicked out of her ex-boyfriend's apartment, then living in her mother's basement. She's so happy to be free to be herself. He's her temporary next door neighbor. Their first metting...wasn't very good at all. This is a great short story!

This story was really a good short read. I loved the comparison of Julian to Clark Kent that Natalie does...guess I am not the only one with a thing for Clark Kent / Superman. It's a well written story with a good flow and I enjoyed it very much.

Cute!

Natalie just moved in to her new apartment and already her neighbor, albeit her not af neighbor, is knocking on her door telling her to turn her music down. Julian is a Clark Kent look-a-like that works way too much, until he meets Natalie. He wants to be a better person for her. Sweet ending.

Just Ok

I usually like Flora Madison's quick insta-love tales but this one was missing that spark she usually has. I thought Natalie was a bit too rude when she first meets Julian even after dousing him with champagne. The story was just ok.

Great read!

Great short read and start to the series. Has all the elements of a longer book compacted into a shorter read. Natalie and Julian’s story has a great meet-cute and super sweet HEA. Can’t wait to read the rest!

Quick

A little too quick. A little too middle school, a little too insta-lust.
But if you’re looking for a coffee break romance, this might be up your alley.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Falling for my nerdy neighbour is the first book in the ‘’small town big curves’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Natalie has just moved in to her new apartment when she meets her hunky nerdy neighbour. Successful yet busy businessman, Julian wants Natalie as soon as he meet her but will he give love a chance?
The chemistry between Natalie and Julian is clear to see and I liked them together.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.
