Monsters are real... and I'm in love with them.

I’ve always been the quiet wallflower. Invisible. Unremarkable. No friends, and no memories worth having. Coasting through my last year of college, I take a chance on a frat party, and wake up later surrounded by monsters,. What follows is an encounter I couldn’t scrub from my brain if I tried. Worst of all, I don't want to.
I’m tossed into their world, where any hope of escape is wrecked by the filthy-mouthed alpha, and his pack’s obsession with me. They show me pleasure—and pain—like I never thought possible. Even love.
But our fledgling bonds are tested too soon, as we're pitted against rival packs, ancient foes, warring factions, crazy zealots, and an illusion of choice which could leave me irreversibly changed.

>This series contains unique world-building, pack dynamics, monster-shifters, and a buffet of s3x scenes with MF, MM, MMF, MFM, MMMFM, MFMMMMMMF, MMM, and eventually FF.

A lot of problems

I have a lot of problems with this book, ranging from it being too long for what little plot there is, to the author mixing up words like principle and principal, to the very awkward attempt to switch from death and drama to joking intervals. But the biggest problem I have is the heroine. First, her character makes no sense. She’s supposed to be an orphan raised in a series of uncaring foster families who’s making her way through college. But somehow she’s incredibly naive and sheltered and seemingly incapable of thinking for herself. Worse, far worse, is the fact that she’s apparently an idiot. There are two particular decisions she makes that are so blindingly stupid that I really came to hate her for being such an utter moron. Oh, and her powers are described as being mental or affecting people’s souls in a way that’s terrifying when you think of it…except she gets upset when being faced with the consequences of her idiocy and just randomly blows someone up. Literally makes them explode, which makes no sense at all. Add in a bunch of unexplained world elements and I have zero interest in resolving the cliffhanger by reading book 2.

This book was weird. First, there are a lot of warnings to check triggers at the beginning and I would heed that, but I don’t know if they really communicates what happens. In one of the very first scenes, the FMC is I don’t have a problem with those things being in a book but what makes it weird is there is a serious tone change between the first half and the second. There’s a few dark themes throughout the book but it’s much less in the second half, especially given just how dark it starts out.

The writing style also just didn’t work for me. It’s written in first person present, which I don’t really like. At one point, I realized just how many commas there were and lost my mind with the kindle highlight function tracking sentences that were particularly bad to me (Like, "Like a starved fish to bait, I shove off the bed, ready to return favor, but he gathers me to him, instead." What is going on there?). The author made the characters seem more like caricatures than characters in my opinion. I just didn’t enjoy my time reading this because of the writing style.

I also thought there were just too many characters and none of them had backstories. I think a few characters should have been cut so there could have been a clearer focus on the personalities and motivations of the characters. We really learn nothing about them or their histories. All we know if what is happening at that moment. Terms (Aruna, Sentinal, Nikita, alpha/beta waves, etc.) are thrown out with no explanation at all. There’s not sufficient reasoning for why the bad guys are the bad guys. This book promises to have a plot along with the romance but the plot is so poorly explained that it was just confusing to read. The romance was a bit better established but it was mostly made up of a lot of sex scenes that all ran together after a while.

I’m glad this book has its fans but I am not one of them unfortunately. I will not be continuing on with this series and probably won’t read from this author in the future. I just don’t get along with the writing style.

This book was a wild ride. I wanted to like the book. It was an intriguing concept and, as someone with no werewolf knowledge, I was ready to learn. The smut was enjoyable and I definitely liked it. The thing is, though, there was so much of it but then also attempts of starting this big, intensive plot at the same time? It felt like getting whiplash from smut scene to world-breaking news then immediately back to smut. There was no balance or breathers.
I really disliked our leading lady. She was naive and downright dumb at times. For a woman who had to survive on her own since she was young, she didn’t show it.

The book ended on a cliffhanger and do I plan on reading the next book? No. I really want to like this series but … :/

DNF at 40%. I was really looking forward to this book and I tried, Lord did I try, to finish it. Hoping it would get better. The beginning warned us of triggers and I was all for it. I’m not giving a bad review due to triggers, because I have none. I couldn’t finish the book because it started to remind me of a bad porn. I’m all for the smut, but give me some plot too. I gave up trying to feel something for the characters, any character. If I should have stuck with it, please let me know,.. but my opinion is that this book fell short, sadly.

Let me tell you, this book is STEAMY!
Abducted for the Pack follows Raeanne on a journey to where she is destined to be.
Cyan the rough edged Alpha, Aeon the sweet Beta, Vik, Neo, Korey, and the other pack members will keep you on the edge of your seats throughout the whole book.
This is not a typical Alpha/omega book, it does carry some A/O themes, but it is so much more.
Natalia Prim does an amazing job of making sure you are right there with the characters, feeling all the same emotions they do.
Check the trigger warnings because this book is SPICY in the best ways, and we don’t want it ruined for the rest of us.
I’m generally not a fan of MM scenes, but all the MM, MF, MMF, MMMF scenes were *chefs kiss*
This book does end in a cliffhanger and I’m desperately waiting for book two.

Undecided

For the really, really explicit non/dub con beginning, the rest of the book isn't as dark as I expected. It was actually pretty sweet for a good chunk of it. I think I would have enjoyed it more without the opening scene. The world building and characters and plot were pretty interesting.

Hot Hot Hot

This was scorching!!!! I think there was maybe 5% plot and frankly I’m okay with that.
The smut started chapter 2 I don’t think it stopped until the last chapter.
When it did focus on the little plot it had I felt for the characters. Then they got busy again

Holy rollercoaster!

Well omg I saw this book and debated getting it or not. Not long after the first chapter, I was all in. So many things happening but it was easy to follow. I loved all the characters even the bad boys. I wished Ree had a bit more back bone... She's human in a shifter World I get it.

For the shifters fate is everything, what the pack found in Ree is more special than they first thought. And they're outside influences at work too. Hate, betrayal, passion and love and a good dose of jealousy and no communication.

I loved the layer character personalities, the world and the story and how everything blended together. Now just to be patient for book 2. Enjoy

Oh boy the Spice!!

Holy crap! Immediately jumping into it with the spice and honestly I’m in love with the story line and characters. It’s a lot of spice like a lot but there is definitely an interesting underlining plot and character development that I really enjoyed and couldn’t put it down.

Enjoyed

Wow what a ride! The girl everyone has always overlooked falls into the middle of a were pack, but things aren’t as easy as they seem and there are tons of layers to this story. Along with lots of very dirty, debauched encounters! Read the TW for sure!

Intense

If you've made it past the disclaimer, then you're going to enjoy this book. Great story line, intense characters, so much steam, and good world building. I can't wait for the story to continue.

I mostly liked the characters in this book. They were all interesting, unique, and there wasn't one single one of their POVs chapters that was boring. Veikko was probably my favorite MMC, but I do feel like his conflict could have been explained a bit more. It is mentioned that he thought Reanne was a Harbinger, but then he uses the term to refer to Mishka, so I'm a bit confused about what he truly believes in. His relationship with Reanne really moved me, though. He is traumatized, and scared, but ultimately realized loving her is more important to him than all of the rest, and chose her. I'm 🥺
I have issues with Cyan. Because he started as a jerk, treating Reanne horribly, like he not only didn't respect her, but also wanted to make her suffer, but then it looked like he had changed. He regrets what he's done, promises her he won't hurt her again, and then he goes through a traumatic experience, and decides he wants to have the same consideration for the rest of his pack. So what the hell was that at the end? His reaction to what Aeon said was too dramatic, and hurting Reanne to punish him wasn't consistent at all with his character development. And it makes me mad, because I was really starting to like him. I liked that he was rough, but vulnerable in so many ways, and the little details that are revealed throughout the book to show how he was also sweet. I would have liked to read what he does after "the punishment", because I know it got interrupted by Mishko, but he doesn't express regret at all, and it doesn't look promising for the next book. I know he is only one character, and this book has many MMC, but he is probably the most important one. And I'm not sure I want to read another book in which he thinks he can get away with anything, hurt anyone he wants, and no one is allowed to make him accountable. I get he is learning, but it didn't look like this was a learning moment for him. So idk.
I was also a bit on the fence about Reanne. I liked her at the beginning, when she had doubts about the pack and whether she could trust them, because she had spent so much of her life alone. I liked that she felt connected to them, and all the magical, mystical elements that made her an Aruna. What I didn't like was her lack of agency. I don't like to say this, because I am a fan of ⭐️spice⭐️, but she only felt like a sex prop in this book. The decision she makes at the end was probably the only one she makes in the whole book, and it is very poorly justified. Mishka's threat was vague, and it was strange that everyone just let her decide that when they had no reason to believe he was stronger than them, and Cyan.
I read a review that said the book was way too long to have such a lack of plot, and I have to agree. I can say that I did make it to the end, because I was invested, but I'm not sure I want to read the next one. 2.5/5

My new favorite author for all things DARK and EROTIC. This is book one of a series, and I would give it all the stars in the sky. It is Epic. Engaging. And so, so, sooooo steamy. The author is upfront about what erotic elements and pairings are within the story. Please, check out her page. Bonus!!!! She has more books! Back to the book: Its tight plot will have you flipping pages and the heat, throughout, will have you rereading and fanning. Yes. Have lots of water and a fan because of all the many hot parings throughout this breath-stealing book…you’ll need them. This story is not for the timid at heart. If you want an edge-of-your-seat tailspin ride of a story, you are in for a delicious treat. This story does have dark elements which makes the erotic parts so much juicer. Warning: Do not read at work. You won't focus on anything but your need to get back to the story. The characters are all unique and sexy as hell. Hello, werewolves!!! I rooted for and cursed the dirty-mouthed alpha CY throughout the story. Love him! Reanne, the sweet and smart heroine, is thrust into his world of werewolves where she is embraced, worshiped, and feared. You will laugh, cry, gasp, blush, swoon, and sizzle through this story! I cannot wait for book two!!!!

I really enjoyed the premise and how it began with this girl being used as a sacrifice, and "saved" by a group of shifters. I enjoyed the way the Alpha acted towards her, and hoped that would stick around longer than it did. I enjoyed the MM aspects, and the fact that most of the characters felt very distinctly different. I did lose the plot, especially as it started feeling like one of those books that becomes a series of "reveal/plot twists" that center around making the main character into this untouchable, strong, powerful thing who still somehow needs to be saved by her guys.
The sex was hot, then I started skimming it. It got a bit repetitive and the shift in the way the characters acted towards the FMC wasn't my fave.
I still picked up the second one, though, so it scratched an itch. 3.5 stars, rounded up.

This book is a fuck fest pure n simple with a weak plot but great characters

I read some reviews complaining about the first sex scene, yes there was dub con but she only had sex with one cyan, and he wasn't n shifted form. Yes there were two others engaged in foreplay but thats it. So what's the big fuss?

The plot was intriguing albeit weak and underdeveloped but let's hope book 2 builds on that.

The book really is just sex scene after sex scene with a bit of plot thrown in. But the story m characters are developed through the scenes so I dont think I've missed much. Though it gets confusing at times.

Definitely worth trying book2

Note ; just finished book 2- brilliant 4 star read, heavy on plot and utterly captivating, well worth going onto book 2!!!

Joining the pack

This book was recommended in a group I'm in and it had all the elements that attract me to a good shifter story.

The book drew me in with the Dynamics and the relationship between all the pack members. However towards the end it kinda lost it for me. The writing got a bit weird and rather robotic, and the FMC power manifested in a way it hadn't been described so it was a bit weird.

Overall I really enjoyed the book and the M/M and pack scenes were 🔥🔥🔥. I think book 2 will definitely be interesting. I just hope the writing stays how it was toward the beginning and middle of the book.

Surprised me in every way

In all honesty, I bought this book thinking it was gonna be 100% smut. Don’t get me wrong, it is heeeeavyyy on the spice factor, but this plot is unlike anything I’ve read before. I was so captivated by the overarching mystery that’s slowly unfolding, the cast of characters, and of course, the smexy times. I got book two right after I finished reading, and I’ve preordered book 3! Also, I’d definitely say that poly describes the relationship(s) better than RH, as its not a typical RH where the heroine is the only center and any M/M scenes sort of happen with her there, if that makes sense. I really enjoyed it though!

Gah, when I want something that has just as riveting plot and smut this is my go to. Like I went down a yr rabbit hole of smut and I feel like I got to this and found myself clutching my pearls because wtf?! But in a really really good way. This is one of the few authors I can't help but read. No matter if the series is unfinished.
The characters grip you, you can hate them and then won't to jump their bones the next second. At one point it felt like there was a lot going on but not enough to get confused or be overwhelmed thankfully. Some parts hurt, but they hurt so dang good

This book may not be for everyone but if you like the dark stuff, open up

4 stars - this is difficult to rate idk why. either way, this was a cool read !! i dont read a whole lot of shifter romances but i thought this was done in a really cool and interesting way !!

i’m not sure how i felt about the explicit scenes at the beginning as dub-con isn’t my favourite. also, i’m not sure how i felt about those scenes being half-shifted, but it was hot nevertheless.

i really really loved the m/m scenes, and is the reason i read this. the storyline was really interesting and i liked the range in the men’s characters :))))) looking forward to reading the next in this series <3

ugh yk the worst part about this rating? i was actually liking the book and i still liked the minimum plot enough to want to read the second one, but somehow this author managed to make the absolute worst harem dynamics i’ve ever read. this does not feel like a harem. i love mm and i don’t care about relationships inside the group like it happens in abbs valley by ames mills but sorry this wasn’t it. the whole laz/korey mating thing isn’t really what i expected, but im willing to give it a chance

also the protagonist is an idiot. idk why she suddenly turned stupid after meeting the rest of the guys but hopefully she’ll be less stupid in the second book

Okay. This book had a smutty smut factor of 5⭐. So if your on my team, then you'll be happy with that! Fast burning at that ..🔥!

This wasn't a really dark book for me. Maybe I'm desensitized, Idk. Just wasn't as dark as I imagined. Story seemed to lose me sometimes but I pushed through. Maybe too many characters to keep up with. Too much inner dialogue? The characters personalities? It does have its moments though.

I do plan on looking at some of her other books though! This book was a solid 3.5 ⭐ for me. Still don't regret reading it!❤️

I’m not quite sure how I feel about this book. Everything just starts happening and doesn’t really stop. There’s a lot of world elements that are intriguing but mostly confusing. I’m just a bit ambivalent about it? Like I want to keep reading but also I don’t. The characters are a bit scattered with a lot of personalities mixing and then another one gets added halfway through. A lot of things don’t make sense, which is why I want to read on, but I’m not sure how satisfying a conclusion will be given how astronomical they’ve made Reanne’s powers out to be.

The start wasn't good for me honestly, but since this is fiction, somehow I have to remove my conscience on that one, she was still taken against her will. But I loved the story once she became the Aruna. I am kept on my toes waiting for the time Cy will finally have his way to mate her. Only for this to end up in cliffhanger tho, now I'm scrambling to find the next book hahaha. I love complicated RH relationships like this, they are so open and no hindrances of sexuality just love in it's emotional form.

Holy Hotness

Good heavens! The spice in this book is enough to melt your kindle. Most of the time when this is true, the story isn’t all that great. This book has both spice and a great plot/storyline. I was a bit hesitant at first due to the way the pack acquired Reanne but it works once you dig into the book and hang on for the ride. (Definitely meant that as a double entendre.) I’m definitely headed to book two immediately and expect to be losing sleep finding out what will happen to the pack.

This is fast pace story where you don't fully get were the story is going till it get kinda close to the end. You get a little bit about Raeanne before things kick off. I am curious to see what we will find out about her and are mean Alpha. How will he convince his beta he really cares for him. Will the other Alpha get his hands on Rae. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Also there is alot of Steam that you might need a fan. This book also has an Omega feel to it.

I love that its reverse harem. I love that there is MM. I find the trigger warnings on the authors website too soft
Degredation
Dubious CNC
Sadomasochisms
to name a few
The spice was good at first, gets really repetitive to where I started skipping over the scenes. Some parts were interesting with the plot, but for the most part it unraveled in a really unorganized way.
Wasnt my jam even though I really wanted to love it since anytime there is a RH with MM I am all in.

• That 1st non-con scene was hot, as was most of the steam. Midway through the book, it seemed to turn into one big orgy.
• Cyan was such a prick the 1st half, and then it was like he had a complete personality change.
• I was kind of annoyed when Laz came into the pack. Because Korey had wanted to mate with Reanne so badly. But once he saw Laz, it was like she was put on the back burner, and he was over her.
• I liked Laz but didn't at the same time. He was too twinky for me.
