The Haunting of Riley Watson
Trapped in a haunted ski lodge by the season's worst snowstorm, Lucia deals with the consequences of a mysterious murder.
When Lucia Star, a fake psychic and desperate for cash, takes a job at a ski lodge in the mountains of Vermont, she ends up in the middle of a real-life haunting. Soon, the ghosts are out in full force, and Lucia is stunned to discover she's one of only two people who can communicate with them. Can Lucia give the spirits what they want?
Alexandria Clarke is a writer, cat lover, and all-around optimist. She loves to immerse her readers in mystery and intrigue, meaningful friendships, and the worlds of characters who learn by doing. When she's not writing, Alex enjoys playing guitar, watching Wynonna Earp, and spending time with her family. She currently lives in Orlando, Florida with her partner and their four pets.
I would have given this box set five stars but the first story THE GIRL IN THE WALL was so slow and boring I kept waiting for something to happen. The ending was surprising but it couldn't come soon enough. THE HAUNTING OF RILEY WATSON however was superb. Fake medium Lucia is asked to come to a ski lodge to help Oliver Watson’s daughter Riley. She claims she sees ghosts and since her mother died several weeks ago it has gotten worse. For ten thousand dollars Lucia thinks she can fake it and make good money. But when she gets there, meets Riley, and starts seeing and talking to ghosts, she realizes something is wrong at this place. The she and everyone in the lodge are trapped during snow storm and that’s when someone or something comes for them. This book has so many twists and turns. Just when you think the story is done and everything has been resolved, it takes another turn. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I loved these 2 stories! They were delightfully creepy & held my attention throughout. I read the “Haunting of Riley Watson” as one separate novel & reviewed it under its own book. It was a 5 star read. “The Girl In The Wall” was an outstanding haunted house story with a gothic flair. For those who don’t believe ghosts don’t exist & mythology is merely legend, you may alter you beliefs after reading “The Girl In The Wall”. I recommend both these novels to those readers who enjoy novels about ghosts & hauntings, & those readers who view the supernatural as a hoax. You just might change your mind.
Very well written! This set contains 2 books. Each story is so well written that the reader is pulled into the story from the very beginning. The dynamics of a great book about hauntings is if they can hold your attention as well as whether they are believable or not. Both books have fascinating storylines that will hold the reader captive from beginning to end! If you're a fan of ghost stories you won't be disappointed. This is a brilliant read. Wonderful well written plot and story line that had me engaged from the start. Love the well fleshed out characters and found them believable. Great suspense and action with wonderful world building. Can't wait to read what the author brings out next. Recommend reading.
The Girl in the Wall: A Riveting Haunted House Mystery by Alexandria Clarke is an awesome story that I have loved reading. I was so hooked on this story since the very beginning. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about mysteries.

It was so suspenseful and the character development was amazing. I truly felt like I really knew everyone in the book. Alexandria Clarke has a wonderful imagination and I'm so delighted to have read two of her books now and can't wait to read what else she has written.

The Girl in The Wall: A Riveting Haunted House Mystery Boxset
I received this book as an Arc from the author and I’m writing a review because I honestly loved it! This is one the best books I’ve read in a long time! Highly recommended!

The characters are realistic and the scenarios are unique. I enjoyed both books and the endings were surprising. Must read if you like the haunted house situations
The story was good. 2 or 3 times Alexandria repeated over again what had just been told in the previous chapter. It made the story even longer. At the end it never explains what happens to Riley during the next 5 years.
The living dead and undead spirits collide in the mansion where Winslow, her sickly mom and young brother Odin reside. All the strange happening in Orkney, Scotland begin during the winter Yule.
Lucia. she was a fake psychic until she was at a ski lodge during a snow storm that was haunted with spirits. Cute story and narration added to the enjoyment by Druyor and Master The Girl in the Wall was more gothic
Great 1st story! The Haunting of University Park. Thrown off by the ending but then saw how realistic it was. Now reading the 2nd. The Haunting of Riley Watson!

Ezra and Clara moved to a new town. They bought a bed and breakfast, renovated it. A very interesting find with ghosts too. Exciting ending not expected.
I enjoyed both stories. Honestly the first one I wish would have been longer and more but it was a good storyline. The second one was great. I enjoyed the read for sure.
Nicely done by author Alexandria Clarke. I’ve discovered that she never disappoints in her efforts. I have others in my library and that’s a good thing for me.
