I always prefer this kind of nonfiction which gives space to recycle our thoughts. My favorite chapter is "your subconscious mind" and there is a lot to know.

This is a real catalyst for confidence and a booster for strength. I will recommend this book to everybody. It's a very short read that anybody can finish at one go. Highly recommend.

The Life Optimizer by Ankit Ittan Book Review: How has been your self confidence? Have you ever measured it or thought of doing so? From the past one year, one are all questioning this one inner trait within us which the self confidence factor which is somewhere on a road to diminishing which I too have faced and it is completely okay to be so keeping everything that is going around ourselves. But, this work has something different, totally else to say to us and this book works as a pill in this tough and trying times. The book is semi autobiographical non- fiction that gives nuances from the author 's personal life in how he he developed in his skills to achieve the heights of self confidence that is very much needed in the World that we are living today. The author faced the problem of speech, in this case public speaking which is regarded as the epitome factor in self confidence for decades and centuries and a person who lacks that is mostly looked down upon by the others in this human world where mankind only has set achievement level and rules for those who are strong, bold and "self confident".The book is unique in it's stance because it is a direct and straightforward answer to everything that leaves a man behind in his success. The work states certain very simple and easy rules to follow so that life can be changed and " optimized" in a way which makes others say, you are the best and brilliant because this is what makes a world run and move. The clever and intelligent part in the book is that it provides certain challenges so that we can take an assessment of our progresses which are to be made and attempted daily. The periodic tables of self confidence, motivation, career, and the steps to listening to one's own inner voice, build up face to face talking abilities, and be more of a listerner than a speaker indeed are the 7 best tools ever to have existed for generations of readers and people with targets belonging to all age groups. This book is a must read for all and is a best work in the field of non-fiction because it makes one a definite "hustler" which I am also trying to be and adopt with quite a bold but easy language.
Achievement is regularly how an individual's worth is estimated throughout everyday life and regardless of whether a large portion of us need to expose that sort of belief system, we can't resist the urge to do it to ourselves and the others in any case. I can say that achievement is a social build that is made by our free enterprise society that blossoms with making individuals need to accomplish a daily routine they would prefer not to experience however it'd be completely false on the off chance that I said that, I would not like to be effective one day. It for the most part relies upon how you see it however whether it's achievement in the public eye or in your very own development, we are altogether endeavoring towards it.
The life analyzer professes to assist perusers with accomplishing the abilities and the certainty they need to have an ideal existence.
Ofcourse not every person has a comparative definition or thought of how they need their life to be so I don't know how individuals would discover this book or these thoughts receptive however since it investigates distinctive subject and unites educational encounters of various individuals, combining it with fundamental exhorts that can help perusers acquire understanding on what's essential to them, I think it has something significant and supportive for everybody.
This nature of the book makes it a pleasant self improvement guide that you can peruse effectively as the composing is clear and straightforward.
Most self improvement guides will in general sum up the ideal life and accept that individuals need something which is the thing that I don't care for in these books since individuals are extraordinary. No two individuals think or need exactly the same thing however since this book asks you, the peruser, questions, it assists you with seeing things in an alternate point of view.
In this short ebook (around 70 pages), the author's prime aim is to make his readers discover a plethora of techniques that could be used to "optimize" our lives. In order to construct and use these techniques or solutions, the author shares basic yet effective strategies and ultimately the purpose is to compel the reader to act and not just read.
The best part that I found about this book is that it had a lot of questionnaires which will make its readers work on their self introspection skills. Here the solutions provided to each and every issue that hinders us from living a happy life, is mentioned in a quite straightforward manner. Personally, I appreciate this aspect because I don't like when some authors mindlessly crowd pages with random words. Here the author has presented the readers with precise and to-the-point solutions.
Another small aspect worth appreciating is inclusion of relevant anecdotes or pop culture references in between the chapters. This made the reading journey a bit enjoyable and less dense. But then, a tiny thing that bothered me is that at points the author's tone seemed a little condescending. Maybe it is unintentional but at those points, the lack of humility and empathy bothered me. If you have read a lot of self help books then either you will find this book boring or you may see a renewed perspective to some of the popular techniques which are widely mentioned in a lot of other media. Overall, reading this book was a short and pleasant experience.
The Life Optimizer by Ankit Ittan is a powerful, inspirational & thought provoking self help book. Unlike other self help books, this one relates with the readers irrespective of age, gender, profession & occupation. The book focuses on well known, rarely discussed and extensively important topics like emotional intelligence, self awareness, self management, be and remain positive, self esteem, interpersonal relationships, life purpose, self confidence, mindfulness, etc. Author has categorised the book into 7 sections and each section pertaining a 'tool' useful in optimizing one's life. These tools play vital role in managing our own self and everything else around us. Author has not only shared what these tools are but also told us how to use them and more importantly how to continue using them, as most of us lack that zeal.
The book contains short, up to the point chapters, written in lucid, free flowing language, the content is rich which states the thorough research done. Author has used ample and related examples to help us understand each tool. It is commendable how author has kept the readers involved with various activities at the end of the chapters, which also help us understand and identify the key areas we need to work upon. Those who find themselves among a lot of chaos or are unable to follow a set schedule in their life, this book is your new best friend. This book is an investment for an optimized life.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
Every person wants to be successful in their lives. And success for each mean differently but there are few common attributes in one which lets them successful in most are as in life.
This book is about brushing up such skills within you which as tools can help you optimize your life.
There are total 7 tools or chapters on each attribute. Each chapter starts with a thoughful quote of an eminent personality and a brief description or a story that tells us the moral behind it. It presents to us the importance of having that skill.
What I liked about this book is author has added all these followed by questionarries so one can actually use it to know about their current level and this helps one become aware. Later it is again followed by essential exercises or activities that can help one to develop and robust up that skill. The arranged pattern makes this book an useful guide and an effective self help book.
There are tables, insightful facts added with information and data alongside motivating stories of famous people and even author's own life experience. Everything is kept to the point and brief. More over the narration is lucid and easily understandable which makes it good for all levels of readers.
I recommend it. I believe in modern times, the mentioned skills are definitely essential. The tools are workable, easy to follow. If one incorporates these and act upon themselves definitely success will follow them.

The book is non fiction, short read and it can be finished in short time. The book has 7 chapters. All the seven chapters are named as seven tools. The seven life optimizing tools include self confidence, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, resilience, your subconscious mind, the powerful daily routine and authenticity. Each chapter starts with a meaningful quote and then one of these tools is explained and how it can change your life for the better. The author mentions seven life-improvement methods in this book. The first tool is Self Confidence, which begins with a motivational quote. This is a really motivational novel, and I learned a lot from it.This book is a quick read thatwill have a big effect on your life.
These seven tools have the potential to transform a person's life.Personal development is not a one-time event; it occurs on a daily basis, bit by bit. Some people believe that reading self-help and motivational books can transform their lives, but this is not the case; however, such strategies must be applied in real life in order to have a positive effect on their lives.

The language is simple to understand, and the title is relevant to the plot. Coming to the narration, which has remained consistent throughout the reading. One line i will mention here from this book which i liked most👇
"Your Life Will Improve only When You Will Improve Yourself"
Firstly, I thank the author for giving me an opportunity to review such a motivating self-help book.
The Life Optimiser is one of the shortest reads I have come across. Although content-wise there is nothing remarkable about the book, what I liked the most is the practical and no-nonsense attitude it promotes towards the concept of self-improvement.
An astonishing aspect of The Life Optimiser is that within its sleek size, the book packs up some very vital ideas and values on optimising one’s skills. The book puts a lot of emphasis on certain core values such as self-confidence, faith, commitment, aspiration, and so on. Another aspect which impressed me about The Life Optimiser is the language. It’s very simple and lucid, without the jargon associated with human psychology. However, what I admire most about this book is that it does not boast about the “hustle life” we all are compelled to live. A year and a half back, the world “hustler” would be an important keyword in resumes, cover letters and LinkedIn summaries. However, life in the pandemic has proved that it is really not fun to “hustle 24×7”. The prioritisation of human emotions and mental health is done tacitly yet effectively through The Life Optimiser.
The only blind spot of this book is the same old content of self-motivation. It is the execution that make The Life Optimiser a unique and enjoyable read. I convey my best wishes to the author for his future endeavours.
