Keren sih antologi BW ini, beragam cerita pendek yang tiap judulnya bikin termenung-menung karena terbawa emosi.
Banyak genre angst-nya tapi menurutku tetap bisa dinikmati kok. Banyak author yang diksinya indah-indah.

I purchased this book last year, when I was still so obsessed with Brightwin. I appreciate all of the authors' hardwork to make this special Anthalogy, i really do. But since i bought this with my own money, and since they SELL this, it's normal to expect something that worth it, right?
To be perfectly honest, out of 35 stories, majority of them is either meh or dull. There's even a couple of stories that makes me think like... "what the fuck did i just read?" not to mention there were typos here and there. But thank God I found some that I really like and love.
Here are my personal notable fics...
1. Ayunan Kembar
One of my favorite. The premise is simple but it's deep. The revelation at the end is not immensely shocking or can be considered plot twist, but it's unpredictable and made me think alot of things. Innocent characters, less romance, but so distinguished. Simple but executed beautifully.
2. Menghentikan Waktu
a fun way of writing and the plot is kind of refreshing. Not really original sih, but there's a nice touch of little twist. The interesting part is the way the author put the alternate ending. I love that part. This probably could be my favorite if only there's no dubious consent in it. Sadly there's a scene where it has a super dubious consent between brightwin and it made me extremely uncomfortable. It should have Dub-con in the trigger warning. So, sangat disayangkan.
3. Lenicity
I found some of the story in this anthology has some cringey parts, and the reason why I like this, bcs there's no cringey part in them. I might be biased since it was written full in english, so Idk. But it also has calm vibes and I enjoyed my time reading this. That must be count as something, right?
4. Peri Cinta
Cute premise, wonderful introduction of universe and soulmate and cupid concept with just a few of words, and jump to the plot! No cringe moment, not overly over-the-top diction, fairy-tale like, and the most important part: Love as a side character was so adorable!!!!
5. Tetangga
Simple scene without elaborate plot, just your usual neighbors to lovers. Among the other elaborate yet too much plot-y short fic that fell so flat and dull and memaksakan, this one fell sweet. Super and overly cute metawin is not really my thing, actually, but the decent writing made up for it, fortunately.
6. Candu Sampai Jadi Abu
Beautiful diction, this story really stood high from the others. It was raw. The description suck me in. The horror of the situation, win's blind dedication, it felt real. The ending was so devastating. It broke me a little but I didn't complain. The author really know what they're doing with this. I'm a fan. And this story is my favorite so far. Beware of the trigger warning tho!
7. Di Atas Meja Operasi
Perfection?! And can I say that the author was so sexy with their talk about all that medical things? And i freaking shed a tear reading this. It's a short story for God's sake. But win's desperation was so contagious. I swear I thought my heart was stopping when I read the part when they have to inject the epinephrine. And, you know, this anthology are packed with lots of angst and MCD trope, but i gotta say, this one hit hard, because it was so beautifully written.
8. Saturnus
So intriguing. So original (probably there's a lot of trope like this but such a refreshing premise in this anthology). I was so mesmerized. For the very first time reading this book, i was sad that the story doesn't have any continuation. I'm familiar with the author, btw, so it's not surprising, really, that they create yet another amazing piece with just 8 pages.
9. A legend of hugging trees
This one came with a worrying trigger warning. I usually avoid story with homophobia trigger warning bcs, well, it can trigger me. But the summary was so interesting so I was curious. Thank God the writing is super decent and while it has a familiar trope, it's executed so well. I was clutching my chest when I read the repercussions part. It was maddening.
10. South to the North
The pain of longing is always a safe thing to be explored. I know the background is kind of not racially correct, but i can feel the heartbreak. I can feel what the main character feels. And that's a good thing. Old people fall in love is always have a soft spot in my heart, after all.
11. Luka
A dutch colonizer x pribumi in 1942. This trope is supposedly not my cup of tea, especially when it has first pov (and so many blood in the description). But! The writing is decent and the plot is extremely tragic, it wrenched my heart. So i just appreciate the story because... the desperation and misery was delivered so well.
12. Walking with the wind
The last story of this anthology and i am glad they choose this. A decent piece with an interesting premise. Very unlikely that major character death has a happy ending, but this piece made it possible. It was so sweet so I was satisfied.
And it was concluded that I only enjoy 1/3 story of this Anthalogy. Im 100% sure all the authors gave their all to write this, but i just can't enjoy other than 12 stories mentioned above. Really. Thus, i gave this 2 stars.

Aku menemukan mereka ketika di penghujung tahun 2020 hingga akhirnya melahap habis 2gether series sampai akhir. Ketika aku tahu bahwa 35 penulis akan menuliskan kisah Alternate Universe untuk Brightwin aku jadi gak sabar buat ikutan Pre-Ordernya! Ketika dibaca semua ceritanya bagus-bagus semuaa ada yang mengambil tema thriller, fantasi hingga ada yang sad ending
ayo coba deh baca buku 35 antologi Brightwin ini aku senangnya kayak baca cerpen masih menggunakan tokoh utama Bright dan Win tetapi dengan setting dan nuansa cerita yang berbeda-beda. Terima kasih authornim udah menuliskan kisah-kisah ini untuk kami yah! sehat-sehat dan bahagia selalu ya kalian semua :)
