Tina Webb had given up her dreams of becoming a primo ballerina that pirouetted in front of an audience of hundreds of people long ago. Having a beau to share her life with was a lost cause too. So, she poured her heart and soul into her dance studio. Instructing young girls who still held onto their dreams, in hopes they could see them realized the way she hadn't. When she receives notification that she has to move her studio, and potentially lose all she worked hard for, she doesn't know who else to turn to but attorney Alex Simmons. He's shrewd, brilliant and more handsome than any man had a right to be. He was also one of the most intolerable people she had ever gotten the pleasure to meet. And yet she needed him. Will sparks fly or will they explode?
Most of your books are so relatable. Things had to be said on both sides of Alex and Tina's family. I love Alex and love how he had empathy for those in need. And for Tina. All you had to is see how Ava, his niece, was with him. Babies don't lie with their affection toward others. I would have been thrilled to see a visual with Ginuwine Pony bit. I have read three of Ms Young's books in the last days. I have truly enjoyed each of them. Now I am going to see which one I would like to read next.
Sean D. Young has beautifully ;stringed together 3 stories showcasing how love can be found in the most unexpected situations. I really enjoyed The Love Connection series....so much so...that I felt like I was missing out on something at the end of the final book (The Point of It All). Where's the happily ever after wedding ceremony for Alex & Tina...???
I waited a for what seemed like a long time for this third book in this series I must say I enjoyed the interaction between Alex and Tina and how their love developed. I also enjoyed how they supported one another in the myst of family conflict. My disappointment was that the ending seemed rushed it would have been nice to have an epilogue
A ballerina and an attorney as a couple. I enjoyed reading their story and it came to an end too soon. Their story reflected real life issues within families. I enjoyed their mutual respect despite how their situation came together. I deducted one star because there were some unnecessary foul words, heavy drinking and premarital relations.
WOW! 😍The Love Connection series was phenomenal! Sean D Young, is now another Author I've to add to my repertoire of favorite author's and new literary works. Thereafter, I'm happy the Webb's and Simmons' both individually and collectively received the closure to their decades of family drama and hostility.
This was so good when you can laugh and cry and still like everyone it's a good sweet read but sappy. I think enjoyed Alex and Tana more than did Spyder and Sara.
SERIES: THE LOVE CONNECTION SERIES Book 1: In Name Only (Cassandra Moore & Adam Simmonsnd) Book 2: Caught in His Web (Sara Simmons & Derrick "Spyder" Web) Book 3: The Point of it All (Tina Web & Alex Simmons)
Sometimes the author moved too fast without explaining what happens but overall a very enjoyable read. The narrator has a beautiful voice but not for this genre.
Still not a fan of the narration. Plot is just ok. Enemies to lovers romance. Ooops pregnancy. Also layers of mother/son issues. Better than book two but still just ok.
The female narrators almost made me DNR. But I had to increase the speed to tolerate the sound. Story was good. Wish it was a little longer, or give an epilogue.
Alex is a gentle giant who comes across as a big bad wolf. Tina is the calm to his storm. Love the way they navigated together to success. A great read.
