Wow this book was beautiful! It was filled with beautiful stories and quotes and helped me understand the importance of educating and warming hearts before minds. This book deserves all 5 stars. It warmed my soul and stirred me to make changes. I highly recommend this for all parents but especially homeschooling parents. We need more children who have soft hearts in our world! Like she mentioned near the end (in a keynote speech she gave), we likely won’t remember all the stories within (this applies to all books, speeches, etc as a whole) but we will remember how it made us feel. My first book I read of the author’s compilations was A Mother’s Influence. That book changed me. I wanted to read and know more. I want my children to know more.

This is such a lovely view of education. I just wish I would have had it when my children were younger.
