System Failure: A First Hand Account From The Trenches Of A Revolving Door School District

Rate this book
System Failure is written from deep within the trenches of an inner-city school district. An account of administration's dependence on (and addiction to) spending money on needless technological and educational fads that they believe will "shift the paradigm" and fix all of the problems that schools and districts are facing (which they use to pad their résumé regardless of the outcome). The reader is intended to laugh and scratch their head at the Catch-22 that education has become for a teacher who is only in it for the students... some of whom, the author daringly suggests, shouldn't be forced into the business of Academia.
