This book provided excellent direction on where to start and how to move through the design process. I highly recommend this book for the beginner or anyone interested in design in their house. Whether they are doing the design and work themselves or hiring a designer. Lastly, what I learned from this book is to be prepared. Do your homework, work out all angles and feel good about your decisions.
