When it came down to matters of the heart for Zyon, there weren't any. He vowed to never open himself up again. That was until Weslei crosses his path again and he can't stay away. Weslei is back in Ganton Hills for undisclosed reasons. When she gets caught up in Zyon's rapture for a second time, everything is on the line. But how much pull can a soul tie take until it's time to sever the bond?
Can you tell me how to get, how to get to Ganton Hills?
Every time Aubree Pynn takes us back to Ganton Hills, I get excited! I pack my piece and my suitcase and I’m ready to roll! Book 9 in the Ganton Hills series is no exception. Keeper of my Soul is the love story of Zyon and Weslei whose young love was stripped away from them due to circumstances beyond their control. Years later they find themselves facing the opportunity to rekindle a spark that has never gone out. With the past coming to collect a debt due will these two finally have the life they promised each other years ago? Aubree continues to make me a bigger fan of hers with each book. This story definitely took some twist and turns that you didn’t expect with and ending that left me stunned. I can’t wait for our next trip...you coming?
Wow, just wow. I was not expecting this at all. I think my favourite aubree pynn book by far. Aubree is a frikking genius i cannot say this enough
The emotional rollercoaster was SO worth it at the end. I don’t even know if i have enough words that will do this novel justice. Aubree has a way of creating characters who have undeniable chemistry and able to take us on a journey of the complexities of human relationships without drawing out a story line. I commend her approach with Zyon (whom im in love with) and weslei even after years of no communication, the switch button turned on and the love was still bright. Zyon was the true definition of a protector and leader.
Just read it, drop everything you are doing and read it
The story, for some reason, hit me differently. I know the gang stuff is part of the Ganton Hills history and will likely get mentions in the future. I have no understanding of that lifestyle, yet I find each story intriguing. Each relationship has so many layers as part of the story, and I've enjoyed each edition.
WHEW!!!! This one almost sent me over the edge. Weslei allowing her parents to put her in the predicament she was in and forcing her hand at stuff was sending me. I screamed a lot because tell them NO.
Going back to Ganton Hills. Zyon. The love they lost. The chemistry. The emotions. The feels. Remembering it all. What was lost. Words unsaid. WHEW!!! Y’all the way that man LOVED her could be felt coming from the pages. Weslei tried to fight it and lost. Zyon won. Or did he? She wouldn’t tell him. So he went to get her……. And now you need to go read the book.
"Keeper of My Soul" by Aubree Pynn is an amazing addition to the Ganton Hills series. It’s perfectly tailored for readers like me who relish in tales of anarchy, lawlessness, and forbidden love. Pynn's mastery in weaving stories of gang dynamics, kidnappings, and star-crossed lovers shines brilliantly in this novel.
The story of Wesli and Zyon, who have harbored love for each other over a staggering seventeen years, is as compelling as it is heart-wrenching. Wesli's forced departure from Ganton Hills at 16 due to her parents' intervention sets the stage for a tale of longing and lost opportunities. Her return, driven by a desperate attempt to escape an arranged marriage and the repercussions of her parents' actions, reignites a fierce and passionate love story with Zyon.
Pynn’s narrative is a turbulent journey of love and defiance. As Wesli grapples with the weight of familial expectations and the shackles of an arranged marriage, Zyon emerges as a beacon of hope and unconditional love. The burning question that drives the narrative forward is whether their love can withstand the trials they face. Can Zyon secure Wesli's love once more? Will Wesli dare to oppose the powers that be for the sake of her love and become the keeper of Zyon's soul?
The novel's pacing is relentless, mirroring the urgency and intensity of Wesli and Zyon's rekindled romance. Pynn has a knack for creating a world where chaos and love coexist, making "Keeper of My Soul" a thrilling and emotive read. The story is more than just a romance; it's a testament to the enduring power of love against the backdrop of a tumultuous world. For fans of the series and newcomers alike, this book is a captivating journey into the heart of Ganton Hills, where love, no matter how forbidden, finds a way to thrive.
This story had depth and got better as it progressed. I thought it was about lost love and unfulfilled destiny. Two young people in love who were snatched apart by circumstances. I never imagined the depth or the reasons behind their separation to be so cold. Gang life, hood life, and fast money can get you caught up - in a case, in a debt, and in revenge. The bad decisions of the father and mother were visited upon the daughter. Zion was a about that life but got out of prison and wanted to distance himself from it as much as he could. She was the daughter of one of the founding kings, cherished and protected from the old hood and the life. She had no idea why she was pushed towards this idiot son of a business associate of her father. She was told to carry on the legacy of the church her father pastored and be the new First Lady and her soon to be husband the new pastor. She didn’t have a say, this was the way it was to be. No one asked or considered her in this decision. So she ran away. She and Zion were soul tied, inevitable, unbreakable. Nothing and no one could get in the way of their reunited love. Ain’t nothing like a death debt to make you leave happy and return to hell. You can’t question the lengths people are willing to go for love. They’ll betray, lie, kill, and walk away for it.
SOOOO YOU JUST DROP ALL THAT TEA AND END THE BOOK 👀👀👀
I MOTHERFUDGESICKLESTIX SAID HER AIN’T ISH AZZ MOMMA HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE DEATH OF HER FATHER, BUT DAYYYUUUMMM ELIONIA CAME BACK WORST THAN I THOUGHT SHE WOULD 😳😳😳 IDGAF, EVELYNNA WAS TRASH AND THE BISHOP WASN’T ANY BETTER🤬! THEM MOTHERFUDGESICKLESTIXS WAS REALLY GIVING THEIR DAUGHTER TO THE DEVILS SON🤬🤬🤬! THAT BIH AZZ PHUCK BOY BRANDON GOT OFF EASY🤷🏽♀️. I IDGAF HOW SHE CAME THROUGH IN THE END, I STILL DON’T LIKE HER TRIFLING AZZ🤷🏽♀️. BAY-BE ZYON PLAYED NO GAMES ABOUT WESLEI❤️🔥. THEY WERE SO MISERABLE APART BUT THAT SOUP TIE HAD THEM IN A CHOCK-HOLD AND WOULDN’T LET GO. I LOVED THEIR CHEMISTRY, THEIR ABILITY TO THE OTHER NEED WITHOUT WORDS, THE WAY THEY POURED LIFE INTO EACH OTHER. HOW THEY COMPLEMENTED EACH OTHER. I WOULD LOVE A FOLLOW-UP😁 I WISH THE TWO PREVIOUS BOOKS WERE FULL BOOKS LIKE THIS ONE😔 I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Weslei and Zyon have history that goes back to their 8th grade year. Unfortunately Weslei’s parents wasn’t feeling the person she really wanted to be with. They eventually arranged for her to get married to an abusive coward by the name of Brandon in which Weslei was not having it. She went back to Ganton Hills and was back in Zyon’s arms without telling him about the arranged marriage. Of course her parents (mother) came to get her eventually so this marriage could happen and the Bishop (Weslei’s Father) could retire from the church and Brandon take over. After parents saw who Brandon really was he and his father Ace had to go. Weslei got her man BUT it came with an unexpected price. Let’s just say Weslei’s Aunt Elonia is evil. Now I really can’t wait for more Ganton Hills books being that I’m all caught up. LOL
🤔 From the start it’s like WHAT? 🤷🏽♀️ My how the past shapes the future. Soul ties, are they a thing? If you look at Zyon and Wesleigh you would be convinced. Teenage love that was not allowed to mature or did it...just from a distance? Because of deals made in the past Wesleigh has to settle a debt that she didn’t incure and she benefits nothing from it. Before she commits her life to hell she goes on one final quest...back to Ganton Hills. Zyon is minding all his black owned business until she returns. The keeper of his heart and soul. He refuses to let history repeat itself. Grown me get and keep what’s theirs.
I loved this story and the build up for future stores has me on the edge of my seat. As Ganton Hills Turns…
Zyon and Weslei crossed paths as teenagers. Unfortunately, Weslei’s mother and father made a deal with the devil which pulled Weslei from Zyon. Unfortunately, that action caused Zyon to spiral and ended up having to do a bid. However, as love goes and as the universe will have it, they cross paths again.
Zyon wrote off any connections and played around hoping his body wouldn’t crave Weslei. Meanwhile Weslei attempted to seek out how her body felt with Zyon but to pay for her parents sins, crossed paths with Brandon.
Does Weslei finally submit to Brandon at the cost of her family? Or do his hands cause an issue and lead to his demise?
Ganton Hills has become my place of interest. It never fails when reading anything that happens in Ganton Hills, you are guaranteed action, drama, and heat. I am thoroughly convinced that this author is an expert in creating book baes. As soon as I fall in love with one she gives me another one. There was an intense history and chemistry between Weslei and Zoya and I was all for it. The ending though...whew. I would love to hear more about Tahiry and Diego, that feels like another story in the making.
With a twist. Who knew parents could be so whimsical in preparing the future of their child. Yes, it’s more to the story than that but still no less evil. If it’s one person I could’ve done without through this whole story it was Evelynna. Anyway, not to spoil anything for you but this had layers. Hopefully by the time you read this book you would have read the others in front of it. I like how each book is its own with supporting characters from previous books.
Another banger with Wes and Zyon. Ganton Hills taking over as my favorite series. At one point I was like Wes you need to body this dude for putting his hands on you. I get the loyalty but at what cost? Bishop finally came to his senses but at a higher cost in the end. They say keep your enemies closer. You never thought family would be an enemy. Evelynna and Elonia going to interesting knowing their story. You're surprise endings is fire and keeps me wanting more!
Ms. Pynn has done it again!!!! This was another banger💥🔥. She has created a world 🌎in Ganton Hills that is still soooo awesome. I'll never get tired of visiting the Hills. This storyline was wonderful. I could not put it down. Zyon was definitely bae 😘 and exactly the man for Wes. I loved 💘his relationship with his sister. I feel like she and Diego have story to tell. Can't wait for the next installment in Ganton Hills🙌👏👌💗📝💥🔥
I enjoyed Zyon and Wesli’s story, twin flames, young love and spinning the block on the one who got away.! Immediately yes! I liked the sit down between the old and new generation of knights, Prophets, and Monarchs. 9 books in and you see how the stories fold into each other. And the Easter egg about bishop killing a fed with the last name waters?? Oh yea I grasped that real quick. I know for a fact I don’t like Wesli auntie Elonia and I’m not sure if I want to see more or less of her…
This here is why Aubree Pynn is great at what she does. Her ability to penn these complicated characters and deliver their stories are simply amazing. This latest addition to the Ganton Hills Series was a page turner. Zyon and Weslei story gave exactly what was expected. The secrets, betrayals and sacrifices will leave you shook!!
I just love this series I really do. I find the characters in this series to be fascinating. Weslei and Zyon I enjoyed there story very much. I would highly recommend this series to anyone and everyone it is definitely worth the read. what a great job the author has done weaving these stories together.
As usual AP delivers a GH gem. Zyon and Weslei's story was great but chile all of the other shenanigans also kept me on the edge of my seat like "what is happening??" LOL Definitely had me caught up both in the romance and the ongoing drama that is Ganton Hills, even in the time of peace. I cannot wait to see how the rest of the story unfolds with history coming back to bite folks in the a$$
This one was a bit of a toss up for me. Not because o didn’t enjoy the journey of these two back to each other, but because of all of the drama behind the forces at work to broker Weslei in a deal with Ace and his crazy people. Wasn’t expecting the end at all.
Zyon and Weslei were definitely meant to be. Her parents were wrong for the arrangement they made and it took them too long to realize it. I'm glad Zyon had a friend like Diego to let him know the truth about Weslei because Tahiri was too hurt. I hate Wes ended losing her dad after everything was clear. Good read.
I actually think that this was my favorite Ganton Hills book. There were so many secrets throughout. I absolutely loved the relationship between Weslei and Zyon. I would love to get the back story of Weslei’s mom, but she did come through in the end. That ending was definitely unexpected.
Yes Miss Aubree another Gannon Hills masterpiece. Zion and Weslie were fire. The fire, the passion and the love, they were meant to be. But the ending though. Whew all I got to say is OK Auntie👊🏽!!! Let’m know whose in charge. Can’t wait until the next story.
This one really put me thru it I never wanted someone to get it as bad I wanted Brandon to catch a bullet! Wes and Zyon's love story was everything tho! I just know Weslei is about to show her gangsta side in the next one and I can't wait!
I think this may my favorite of the Ganton Hills novels. Zyon is definitely that guy that I wouldn’t mind keeping my heart and my soul. I was not expecting the twist at the end but I am so ready for the next installment.
This book was really good. Zion man that man had me in my feeling so much. True love but so much deception will have you up all night. I look Ganton hills and the men from there.
Aubree did it again. I don’t know how they can tell so much story in such a few pages. There is so much going on in the Hills. Also, I think this book revealed some Detective Waters background. I can’t wait to see what else comes from this series.
Zyon and Weslei were destined to be and no amount of time or circumstances could stand between them. Brandon got off too easy in my opinion. He definitely should have suffered for a minute for treating her like that.
