This fantastic treatise on working green rived wood into period designs draws you in and sparks imagination. I found myself researching properties in North Carolina near old growth white oak forests. However, in his conclusion Follansbee encourages readers to use what wood they have available to create these masterpieces of early American furniture and that's exactly what I intend to do.
