Michael still being new to his power, and his throne wants to make sure he can keep all of his people safe. If that means sending The Kings Blade to get it done, then that is what Michael will do. Michael knows that he must do what he can to find all the answers about his family, but he also knows his people must always come first. The question is, is, are his people not only in danger of the darkness that is to come or also the government he has agreed to help? For Michael, there was only one person to ask, and one person who works for those people. What Michael didn’t know was if Jason has known all along, or was he clueless to what was happening to the supernatural community?

He wasn’t expecting to have the sexy Shannara Cane at his side, but he was glad for it. Who else could make a mission fun but a Succubus hell-bent on staying as far away from him as possible? Marcus knew what Shannara was to him even if she didn’t, but he planned to use this mission to show her the true meaning of temptation. Since Michael came into power, he lifted the curse of never finding a soul mate for a Vampire. Shannara has always been and will forever be a Vampire’s temptation, but he knew that he was hers as well. It didn’t matter how she would run from it. He would always follow. First off, this author never fails to deliver. Her books have levels to them. Its about time some people happened. The action. Ooooooh the action! I wasn't ready for all that action. Look! Michaels patience was definitely tested in this book. Emotions ran high and she had my stress levels up. I love when new characters are introduced because the storyline just gets more intense. The secrets of her parents and the consequences that will fall on Taria in the next book, good lordt. It just seems like she just can't catch a break. Book 3 is about to be on steroids but like I have questions that need answers to. Why did Haven want to speak to Katherine? Why was Katherine worried when she heard that name? What did they discuss? Oh and that double surprising ending! I just have questions on just one of them! Ebony, why are your books jaw dropping cliffhangers?

Nooooo😭😭😭😭 this just tore my lil heart up. First I'm glad what happened with Marcus . I love me some Lily and that backpack. Now to the nitty gritty, the secrets that rolled out in this one is heart stoppers. I won't reveal because I don't want to spoil it for anyone else, but baebae get ready to use a jack to hold your mouth up. Finally we have the cliffhanger and it took me out.😭😭All I can say is the next book needs to be underway ASAP. I can't take this.

The secrets get more scandalous and the action scenes get more intense with this great follow up to Deadly Secrets Hunters Reign:The Crown Series Book 1. The introduction of a new world with new supernaturals mixed with our favorite characters in the previous books are the perfect blends of action, politics, seduction, and discoveries. It’s great to see Shannara and Marcus story told while they both uncover things about their past and powers. Characters from the Royal Blood are discovered that could definitely lead to new stories in the series. The battle and actions between government officials, supernaturals, and the rouge Ryder Hunters comes with consequences that caused a huge ripple effect that I’m looking forward to diving into with the next books in the series. That’s all I can say without spoiling the book 🙂.

I’m trying my best to read very slow. Your series are making me fall in love. I feel like I can’t even watch tv or sleep because how good the books get. When reading the very first stories, I was sooo frustrated. I’m glad I didn’t give up because god I wish these were movies or something!

I recommend reading the Brother’s That Bite series before this series so the reader knows about everyone!!

I love all the characters in this series. I feel like the author has done a good job fleshing out these characters. Just when I think I can anticipate what will happen next, something else happens. I would like to say that I believe you have your audience because I for sure am here for all the Deadly Secrets you want to tell. With that said, please pay more attention to editing because it was a definite distraction. I still recommend this book, it’s bomb.

I’ve read the bro’s that bite series and this one and this is better than twilight! It’s got black characters as leads, love, action, suspense, betrayal, danger, intrigue, supernaturals, and some straight badass people! The men are strong and the women are fearless. Alphas every where. I couldn’t stop reading literally until my eyes closed on their own and I wake up with My phone in my hand! I have to admit Toya and Taria got on my nerves in the beginning and the name calling ***hole and fat *** and “don’t judge me” did too. But by book 3 I got over it. I totally recommend this entire saga from every book and novella up to this one. Can’t wait for the next book. I guess I l’ll start dream walker in the meantime.

I really enjoyed reading this book! I hate the way it ended and I can't wait to start the next. There was a lot of butt whooping and scheming! In this book a few people were lost! E. Bowser has succeeded. I have definitely fallen in love with the characters and the series. I also live get as an author. There are numerous typos however which I would Norma not give 5 stars for. But it's that good where I had to make an exception.

The Cliffhangers be killin me
Ok this as well as the others in the deadly secrets quintet were amazing. Loved the story line but the grammar mistakes were killin me besides the cliffhangers. The mix ups with then & than and other grammatical errors held up the story for me. Maybe the editors shouldn't have used spell check only and actually gone through the story. But I'm excited to see where this story goes. What's the next book to see where this is going? These stories give me Violette Dubrinsky vibes. I love that the characters are all connected and they have rich histories. All in all good read but too many grammar mistakes so 2 stars.
