The world makes a bit more sense to me thanks to this book. It provided me with distinctions that I hadn’t realized were explainable, on concepts of creative authorship and lineage and how it affects how people find their place (or not) within a creative field.

A great follow-on from Peter Koenig's work on source, and a great resource for anyone pursuing participatory organisational models.
