It's spring break my senior year. Of course I'm going all out. Cancun is calling my name and I'm ready to answer. If I happen to find a random hookup, even better.
Three simple words. Two complete strangers. One tropical beach. Zero expectations.

Harloe Roe pulls off a great little quick read in this short. Harlyn and her roommate Sutton are going to Cancun for spring break before graduating college.
Foster, who is also on spring break, catches sight of Harlyn as he's playing volleyball on the beach but she's gone by the time the games over.
They see each other again on a booze cruise and it's instant fireworks. Foster wants to see Harlyn again but Harlyn wants to leave it to chance.
They meet up again a few days later and spend the evening together. Unfortunately, both know they are leaving Cancun shortly, probably never seeing each other again.
Fate steps in. They find out that they both live in the same state and go to the same college but had never ran into each other.
Super quick read, I finished in a few short hours. Nice little break.
Who would of thought you could go hundreds of miles from home on spring break and meet your person. Harlyn was looking forward to spring break and leaving behind the stressors of the real world. Foster was looking to have a good time. A couple of chance meet ups and you never know what could happen. This was a quick but great read. It’s always nice to see how a couple starts. I really enjoyed Some Beach. You can see a few more glimpses of Harlyn and Foster in Breaker which I also highly recommend!
This was a fun and entertaining short read! I loved the story and the characters. I wish it was longer and we could have had more Harlyn and Foster! What happens to them? Where do they end up?! I'm looking forward to reading Breaker for Sutton's story!
This is a fast-paced, quick, and entertaining read, that had me hooked right from the start. I enjoyed the plot, the characters were well developed, and I enjoyed the interactions between Harlyn and Foster. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and highly recommend it!!
This was a quick, short story but, Harloe didn’t leave anything out! You could see & understand the couple & their thoughts. It was a very fun summer read!
It's a cute little story for Harlyn and Foster but Sutton's character seemed a bit off... Not what I would expect based on her own book. So the inconsistency didn't really work for me overall.
Some Beach was a great read by Harloe Rae. Harlyn and her roomate go to Cancun for spring break before their college graduation. Foster is in Cancun for spring break with his friends from college. Harlyn and Foster start seeing eachother in Cancun for a spring fling. They know that nothing can really happen after their time together in Cancun. Fate steps in and their story continues. I loved reading Harlyn and Foster's story and can't wait to read more by Harloe Rae.
