No chemistry

I adored Andre, I thought he was a wonderful character, quiet, solid and someone who’d have your back.

Glynis was a no from me. I found her quiet cold and boring. Her lack of emotion really bothered me.

There was zero chemistry.

The storyline was great, and I thought Seth was phenomenal.

As an avid reader of Hockey romances, this one didn’t cut it.

It’s no from me

Good Read

She's a new to me author, Cold Temptation is good story I see where the author was going with it but i felt it was a rush job. I see the potential for more and I believe this author will get there, this maybe my personal opinion but I know others might not agree so I won't spoil it for others, I'd recommend it anyway, author did a good job.

Generally a good read

The first thing that struck me, was the hero's name - Dejeuner ... from the French ...meaning "to eat lunch"! Could the author not have come up with a more appropriate name? The storyline was good, if a little far fetched in places. In general terms, I enjoyed it.

Renewed Love

These two are meant to be. It just took a long time to get there. I love their story and what it took to get them there.
Heat, drama, love, tears....all of the emotions.

I loved the romance between Andre and Glyniss. I was feeling so much for Andre when Glyniss first ignored him, but loved how they reconnected. The story of Seth was woven into the story so seamlessly. Sport romances are my favorite and I can't wait to read the rest of the Thrashers series.

Meh. It was spicy with good spicy scenes but I don't think this author is actually familiar with the Cincinnati area.

Well written! Could not put down and finished quickly. I wish more character development/his role on team to better show who the series will be about

Finally read book 1 - after I'd read books 2 and 3! A bit confusing but finally everything fell into place and I'm really enjoying this series of books. Only problem is I'm getting nothing else done!

I'm an avid reader of sports romances and hockey romances in particular and this particular book just did not cut the mustard if I'm being honest. It felt like it was lacking everything, plot, character development, warmth etc. Found myself skimming through more than 50% of this book which was disappointing.
