I can't believe I finally get to be with Eric. Or so I thought. Just when Emory finally gives me the okay to be with her dad, he backs out. After all the flirting we've been doing these past couple months, I thought for sure we were on the same page. I guess not. Whatever, I don't need him anyway.

What was I thinking? I can't believe I almost slept with my daughter's best friend. Not only is Angela my daughter's friend, but she's also way too young for me. I need to just move on from her, but every time I see her, I still want her. I can't help myself from continuing to flirt with her. How am I ever going to get out of this mess?

Fun Read

This was a fun, relaxing read! I liked seeing Emory and Alaric coming along from the first book, but Angela and Eric were even sweeter.

Angela siempre ha sentido atracción por el padre de su mejor amiga. Tras contárselo a su mejor amiga y está no oponerse, decide hacer de las suyas e intentar seducirlo. Pero Eric Livingston mantendrá las distancias.

La verdad es que esperaba más, al igual que el otro libro. Un poco más de tono picante por ser él el padre de su mejor amiga. En plan, todo eso de que es un poco taboo y tal.

Luego el suceso que le ocurre a Angela, también lo vi un poco fuera de lugar en el libro, y un poco sin sentido. Podía haber sido otra trama diferente.

En conclusión, los dos libros de esta serie me dejaron no tan buen sabor de boca.

Angela has always been attracted to her best friend's father. After telling her best friend and not objecting, she decided to do her own thing and try to seduce him. But Eric Livingston keeps his distance.

The truth is that I expected more, just like the other book. A little more spicy tone because he is his best friend's father. Like, all that stuff about it being a bit taboo and such.

Then the event that happened to Angela, I also saw it a bit out of place in the book and a bit pointless. It could have been a different plot.

In conclusion, the two books in this series left me with a not-so-good taste in my mouth.

Hoy vengo con una lectura corta de mi género favorito Steamy Contemporary Romance. Una autora que empecé a seguir por acá en instagram y me dieron muchas ganas de leerla. Así que este es el primero que leo, pero definitivamente leeré más. Me encantó!!

Opinión:
Una historia corta y sexy que entretiene en todo momento. Me encantó Eric y es que esas vibras de papi sexy uff me matan. Él trata de alejarse, pero la atracción es muy fuerte y termina enamorándose de Angie. Es un hombre responsable, maduro y trabajador, y Angela es una mujer independiente, fuerte y extrovertida. Ambos se llevan muy bien y se complementan. Me gustaron sus interacciones y las partes lindas y calientes. Hay frases que le dice él en especial que me encantaron!!

This is Book 2 in the series. TL Quinn can write age gap romance so well. This one is funny at times. She knows the perfect balance of banter with humor with her characters. She adds just the right amount of suspense to keep you guessing what will happen next.
Angela Is a strong independent woman who doesn’t rely on anyone including her parents for anything. But what happens when she encounters a problem where she is forced to rely on others?
Eric is a Construction company owner. He’s a cuddly teddy bear when he isn’t needing to protect the ones he loves. He is very protective. Can he get past the age difference to have a chance at love or will he push her away?

Got the green light there.

The flirting was amping up and they are just about to cross the line when Eric pulls back.

Angela is being more of an adult about the situation than Eric, or is she.

I'm never disappointed when I read this authors work

Glad to know I'm not the only one out there that has fantasized about a hot dad!
T.L. Quinn didn't disappoint with Daddy Vibes! She gave my daydreams life with every word and oh the feels!!!!
If this author was my best friend, I'd never tire. Her talent to bring stories to life is refreshing and entertaining.
Definitely a book for the bookshelf!
I want to go into detail but it would only give it away ...

I loved this book. It was a fantastic sequel. Angela is such a feisty character and it was great to hear her perspective in this book. She is a firecracker.
I really like her and Emory. They are both awesome female protagonists.
Along with their great friendship I really enjoyed the relationship between Angela and Eric. I’m a sucker for a good age gap romance! These two make such a great couple.

Daddy Vibes is book 2 in The Anti-Bachelorette Series by T.L. Quinn. It's the love story between Angela and Eric, two characters who ate very close to Emory (from book 1). This amazingly written book is a best friend's dad and age-gap romance. (We know the author loves age gap).

Angela is a tattoo artist while Eric owns a construction company with his best friend Alaric (see book 1). Before I say more, I just wanted to say the girl on the cover is beautiful! Anyhow, let's talk more about this book. Angela has always had feelings for Eric but never acted on it, that is until Emory, Eric's daughter and Angela's best friend gives her the go-ahead. Eric never meant to have feelings for Angela. It was his daughter's best friend for crying out loud. We can't blame him for wanting Angela though. I mean who wouldn't want a strong, independent, badass woman?

When they were finally going somewhere in their relationship, Eric suddenly pulls away. The age difference was the biggest obstacle for Eric. Funny how he thought he was too old for Angela, a grown adult but doesn't think he is too old for a video game whose target audience is teenagers. (I don't blame him though, the game is fun.) They both had bonded originally in book one because they were both worried about Emory.

I would have liked to know a little more about Emory's (piece of shit) mom, and wanted to know more about the character's past, especially Angela and her family life. I do have sooo much respect for Eric. He is such an amazing single parent. Speaking of, there was NO DOUBT that Eric was a dad. Throughout the whole book, he just emanated a dad vibe.

One thing I loved the most about this book was the banter and humor. The author writes it so well! Their relationship is so adorable to me. Another thing I loved was how Angela solved the problem for herself without Eric's help. It was a nice change since the guy usually solved the problems. About Time!

The ending with Angela, Eric, Emory, and Alaric warmed my heart. It was kind of cheesy but fit their characters so well! Oh! And I cannot wait for Marco's book(if he is getting one).

Whoa Daddy!

I approached this book with excitement and a little of the ick factor. Based on the previous book I knew that Emory and her dad had a different kind of relationship so, she was quite encouraging when her friend wants to hook up with her dad.

I liked the relationship with Angela and Eric. I was worried at first that this was a girl with daddy issues and so she was latching onto Eric who is an unconventional but very good dad to her best friend. I was happy to see that this wasn't the case.

As always with Quinns work, the sexy stuff is steamy. This one offers plenty of romance too and the power dynamic between this couple was unexpected and refreshing.

Another great book and I hotly await the next works from this writer

Angela has been attracted to her best friend's Dad for the last few years. Since Emory (her best friend) has found love (see book 1), she finally makes her move on Eric. I really would have liked to read more about Angela's background, how her parents treat her, and why. I also would have liked to read about Eric's prior love interest, especially with Emory's Mom. Also, how did Eric raise his daughter from age 5, when he couldn't have been more than 22 when he took on being a single father.
But I was really rooting for Angela and Eric. Angela has tons of cousins, it did seem weird that she is close to cousins, but has such a poor family life with her parents. I would like to have read about their future in an epilogue. There are a few errors that should be caught in editing. Thank you to T.L. Quinn for writing this book. I enjoyed it.

I WAS MAD AT ERIC LIKE AT THE START LIKE I KNEW HE WAS SCARED TO GET INTO A RELATIONSHIP WITH SOMEONE YOUNG BUT LIKE EASE UP YOUR NOT THAT OLD. I loved his character as a father but also as a boyfriend toward Angela. He’s sweet, caring, and very defensive when it comes to her the love of his life. There wasn’t much smut in this book like I wanted it but the smut was a solid 3/5. Definitely going to reread.
