HAH! Oh, man... that's the most comical plot I have ever come across. The bumbling bad guy is the biggest idiot. It's hilarious. First he threatens the horse for the bodyguard to leave the Princess, then the dog if she doesn’t listen... and THEN he threatens the bodyguard's life while she’s right in front of him? He said three chances to listen to him is enough. HAHA! It’s so ridiculous it’s funny.
I like Erin and Alexandra together though, they don't let anyone outside of their relationship to get between them, and so their story is still sweet to read. Their honesty with one another and the trust between them is sweet. I dig it.
The other stuff... the plot against them, again it is just too funny.

Since the first pages of the book and I wondering why I would give it a rate of five stars ? Yes I've enjoyed the fairytale so much but if it's not gonna add something addion to me except only peaceful and flewless good feels love story, then it definitely doesn't worth the five stars. It was too much to be real. But By the 80% of the book, I felt pretty satisfied with the nearly closure that Margaux have put to the mother of the princess after giving a full explaination of why that Mother-daughter relationship is so much ruined. Margaux gave us all the reasons to share the princess her contempt to her mother .. to despise her with zero percent regret or doubt. She is completely evil and deserve to be excluded.
Secondly, by the chapter number 15, I felt totally cured when I arrived to the part of Lord Hugo getting his punishment eventually. Plus that brave decision of the princess to go to the public and tell about the previous sex assault story .. that was a real victory to everyone ! Wow I tip the hat to the writer for this idea and for the good timing too. That's a real good ending. Better than the wedding itself.
Erin and Alex’s love story continues. Erin who is recovering from surgery from a gunshot wound and Alex who has realize the depth of her love proposes. Trying to move forward as an engaged couple in the Royalty world has its ups and downs. Both hoping their love will prevail. Evil lurks about their relationship in the form of Alex’s mother and ex girlfriend Annabelle. But Erin’s love for Alex keeps her centered and protective. Alex just wants to be Erin’s wife so that their forever can begin. Things will be changing on the outside especially when she becomes queen but it’s her relationship with Erin on the inside that brings her the happiness and peace she needs. This is a great continuation and I love that all the characters from Book One are still engaged in the story. Now the waiting for Book Four!
I enjoyed this as I did the first two books. It was a wild ride in some ways, with just enough sexiness to keep it romanc-y and hot, but what I didn't care for was how the ending comes rather quickly and the encounter that Erin has with a certain Lord Hugo (I won't spoil that), it just feels a bit rushed and a bit blunt in a some ways. Like, this is the encounter. It happens. After it happens they still go through with the wedding despite threats on both of their lives. They will live happily ever after even after all the threats on both of their lives. It makes me want more, but it also leaves me a bit cautious going into the next one. Alex's mother is always a piece of work but she is even more than a piece of work in this one. Out of all of the characters, with Alexandra and Erin, I think Vic is my favorite character in this one.

4 stars. Alex's mom is a fucking villain omg! I hate her. Trying to sabotage her wedding because she doesn't agree with it. And for Annabelle to agree to that shit was crazy. I'm glad Erin is sensible and knew from the jump that something was off. I love how Erin and Alex communicate with each other and how much they love and trust each other. I was a bit afraid that whole situation was going to be a big blow out between them but luckily Fox didn't take it there. This book was definitely my favorite one thus far. It was great and their wedding at the end was beautiful. Really loving this series and I can't wait to continue on.
Erin's recovering from being shot protecting Alex, Vic's having insane with a wicked Annabelle and the queen, prince and dastardly Hugo are plotting against Alex & Erin's wedding. I knew Alex's mother was a real piece of work but...(can't share or it'll spoil it for future readers)! There is a fourth book in this series that will continue with the nefarious plots and there's an equestrian event maybe? Enjoyed the read. Suspended my belief because I needed this kind of love story in my life right now.
I absolutely love this fairytale romance with a passion. Alex and Erin have developed through the three books into full characters it's impossible to not fall in love with. Their trials almost feel trivial when compared to their love for each other. Without giving anything away, if you don't cry then did you really read it?
Cannot wait for the fourth in the series but I'm a bit afraid there are some hints what might be coming... I hope I'm wrong.
The path to their wedding is anything but smooth, but love finally triumphs over evil when Princess Alexandra and Royal Bodyguard Erin finally marry. Their vows are just perfect. The secondary characters add so much to this installment, but he sure to read these books in order for your full enjoyment. It's really not a series, but a continuation of a beautiful love story. And it's not over yet. Stay tuned for more!!!
Alexandra and Erin have made it thru the reaction negative and positive to the princess coming, dealt with her mother, annabell to the point where you wonder what will happen to prevent them from getting married. The new situation will have you shocked, mad, and wondering if it will become too much for them and they end up breaking up. I love the new characters vic, swoolia, even Joanne who I feel like is going to loosen up some down the road
My girls are back! Alex & Erin's love story is truly captivating. I couldn't put it down. The characters are well developed. The story is well written. Overall an enjoyable read. I highly recommend to readers looking for a sensual romance. I will continue to support you, Margaux, so please keep writing. I want Book 4 now please!
Ok, I really love Erin and Alex, their dynamic is perfect... But! I feel no one has addressed this very important subject: VIC IS THE MOST LOVABLE AND FUNNY CHARACTER EVER! 😁 She absolutely stole the show with her comedic relief and was also a hero at the end. (Still they were right not to trust her with the rings... Or the Range Rover)
Erin is recovering from being shot and Alex is making wedding preparations, during that time we can see some issues for their relationship and you can truly see what a good friend Vic is.
I really am enjoying this series, the love between Erin and Alex is a beautiful thing.Through all the heartache that they have to put up with they continue to be there for each other. Can't wait for the next book!!!!!!
The Royal Bodyguard series just keeps getting better. I love Alex and Erin! If you haven't read this series yet, you are missing out on a great love story. I can't wait for the next book.
As they are planning their wedding some people are not not happy about that. Alex mother is just not happy with the fact her daughter is a lesbian and doesn't want her to marry Erin. All kinds of stuff happened but love can also hold strong.
So much drama and intrigue with this installment. It is hard not to like Erin and Alexandra, as they were meant for each other. Love the fictional British royalty stories!
Another wonderful read in this beautiful beautiful beautiful book series. Alex and Erin are awesome, absolutely love them. And Vic is the kind of friend everyone should have in life lol, fucking love her!
Can't wait to get into the two other books in this series!
These books continue to be brilliant. Alex and Erin are an amazingly well written pair and they continue to grow as characters with each and every book.
I’m sure these books can be read as standalone but I would recommend starting with the first one and enjoying the wonderful characters and their journey.
I’m so loving being able to hear Erin and Alex finally tie the knot! Alex certainly has trials to go through to get to the wedding. Now on to read book 4.
So this takes us through to Erin and Princess Alexandra's wedding. The epilogue promises a continuation, but I wish volume two and three had been combined into one book. I am not sure I am up to reading on, everything is soo predictble now.
