Three's a Crowd

Rate this book
When Jesse, the older of two brothers, is offered a job in another state for a few weeks, he is determined to hire a live-in personal assistant for his younger brother, Shawn. Nearly two years earlier, Shawn was injured in a self-inflicted car accident, leaving him paralyzed in a wheelchair. Shawn is anxious about his brother leaving for the job, but he is opposed to hiring someone to live in his house and assist him if necessary while Jesse is gone.
In Shawn's opinion, a prospective applicant in the form of a young woman appears to be even less of an option. She is beautiful and upbeat and Shawn cannot bear the thought of her assisting him in his daily living with the life-changing disability he is still struggling with. Hannah has a painful secret, and when she meets Shawn and Jesse, she is torn between all sorts of emotions. The two brothers turn Hannah’s life upside down.
The same is true for Jesse and Shawn as they meet Hannah. She is a lot more than they bargained for, and she threatens the solid bond between the brothers. Shawn’s initial hostility is a way to cover up his insecurities, but Hannah is drawn to him even more so and tries to break through the walls Shawn has built around him. Jesse, who is kind and attractive, disrupts Hannah’s strong emotional and physical pull toward Shawn. As the three have to figure out a way to make this situation work, Shawn and Jesse are tested in their relationship as brothers, and Hannah is forced to reveal to Shawn the painful burden she has carried around her entire life. A terrible fate strikes once again in the brother’s life, and they realize that only together they can get through yet another obstacle in their life.

I am a romance author but I don't like reading romance, at least not mainstream romance.
That's why I write what I write; the type of romance I like to read.
And if there are others out there who enjoy this type of romance, then that's wonderful. I'm happy to share my writing with people who are interested and open-minded.

I have a specific attraction when it comes to the opposite sex.
You will read about this attraction in my books.
I am not in it for the money or the fame, but I merely want to share my stories with people who "get" it and who are like me.

If you are looking for a grammatically correct, professionally edited book, you will be disappointed.
You will find errors in my books. I've tried my best to edit and work over the stories, but my priority is to get a message across.
I do all this on my own. Except for the book covers, I don't have any professional help.

So I ask you kindly: don't slam me with one-star ratings or reviews of how horrible the book was. If you didn't like the story, you probably just don't understand why I write these things.

I am a hetero, female devotee of disabled men. In my case, this means in easy terminology that I am attracted to primarily paraplegic men in wheelchairs or men with any disability affecting the legs, requiring assistive devices for walking.

If you come across my books and are curious to read them, my hope is that you read with an open mind and gain a new perspective on romance and love.

To everyone else who "gets" it, I love you and just know that you are not alone and you are special. I am always happy to connect with you.
Please follow me here and on social media and leave reviews if you enjoyed the stories.
Thank you!
Lots of love!

The Sweetest Romance

This was a wonderful romantic book with a disabled main character which i always enjoy reading about. The characters have a connection from the beginning and despite all the problems they encountered, they ended up together. Such a sweet love story.
