I have a bucket list of places that I want to visit in my lifetime. I would love to see Ireland, Scotland, and New Zealand but there is something absolutely magical about Thailand. I am terrified of spiders so the tropical areas have never appealed much to me but I think I would probably face my fear for a trip to Thailand.
Thailand for Couples: Travel Guide really made me want to put some plans in motion. This book is very well written and researched. Not only is it well researched but the author David Nguyen has personally traveled by this guide.
I wanted to visit Thailand for a few obvious reasons. I love Thai food, the scenery and beaches look amazing, and the wildlife is fascinating. This book opened my eyes to so much more! I never thought of Thailand as a massage hotspot or how much fun a Muay Thai boxing match would be! Circling back to the food, they have food tours where you can try a variety of foods and meet the chefs. That sounds absolutely amazing! If you're into the nightlife our even just a casual bar scene, this book covers just about anything you could want from barely dressed girls to flashy crossdressers, to relaxing cocktails.
The next most intriguing to me is the markets. There is a wide array to buy local fresh flowers, fruits, and different foods. There are street vendors, wholesale stores and lots of tourist trinkets. The best part is how affordable Thailand is. The author has even gone through the trouble of converting prices into US dollars. I want to plan a trip more than ever.

While this book states "for couples", it truly can be as effective for singles and groups. "Thailand for Couples: Travel Guide" is filled with first-hand information that most travelers (especially those who have not visited before) will appreciate.
