The message, the urgency and the facts were mind-blowing. I have copiously written notes and marked passages in the book. It was a literal eye opener and explainer for many of my observations in real life. But frankly it is quite hard to finish once the first few pages already give the message. Also it could feel preachy or alarmist in nature, especially so if you already ingest antibiotics freely.

But after getting to the end, I have a better feeling of having learnt something and how to navigate the double edged sword better. Hence the rating.
