Great practical advice to help you "Get Control" of the everyday technology that bogs you down. I learned so many tips and tricks from Mike Song --from smarter/faster ways to search in my email, creating calendar items and tasks from an email with a click and drag, stopping the "ding" and interruptions - each of these has saved me so much time! It's definitely worth your time to read this gem.
