Cyborgs AND shifters. Most of these aren't your regular mammalian shifters. These cyborgs have had some downright creepy DNA added to their human DNA. The sci-fi in these stories is great. The first three books take place on far away planets and in space. These stories have erotic scenes but they are not platforms for non-stop sex. That made me happy. I plan to buy the next box set in this series.
I bought the set as the title was very interesting to me as I love shifter books, but I also love science fiction and cyborg books. Each book could be read as a stand alone book as they were all unique in their own way and a complete story. I loved all the characters. These were not your usual shifters or your usual circumstances which involve so many shifter romances today. They were unique. The main shifters were a spider, a snake, a shark, and a dog, but there was also a salt water crocodile included in one of the stories. Each of the leading ladies were as unique as the leading men. I loved ALL 4 of the stories which is unusual for me with a boxed set. There is usually a story or two I don't care for, but I loved ALL of these stories. I would highly recommend this set of books and am looking forward to reading the next book. If I could give this book more stars I would.
Ok I must say, in this bundle of Cyborg shifter books that some of the main characters are annoying and obsessive compulsive. I like the storylines and I love the idea of shifter cyborgs. Somethings could have been expanded on like world's and how some of the main characters felt but all in all it was pretty good. It's not the worst series I've ever read and it's not the best but it is good. I will be reading more from this author in the future.
Holy shiznet!!! What a gr8 group of stories. This is not your typical shifter read. These are cyborgs that shift into a spider, snake, shark, and even a mutt. All with a gr8 string story. I recommend this read. 5 Thumbs up
This Omnibus was fantastic. A great bunch of stories and a rollercoaster of emotions from all that the cyborgs get up to, I really cannot wait to read more!
WILD BLOOD CYBORG: Dommik is a cyborg, human, and spider spliced together to make Monster Hunter bringing unusual specimens to earth. Kat, who thinks she is dying, is hired to be his assistant. They are to locate a flower. What's dangerous about that?
STORM SURGE CYBORG: Stryker has inhuman snake DNA, but is known as the Creeper. He received a distress call from a woman named Norah Lee, a water scientist and only survivor left of an alien scientific expedition.
SHARK BITE CYBORG: Netto is a bull shark, human, and cyborg combination shifter. He and a salt water crocodile cyborg sifter named Zeph have been assigned to negotiate a deal on a water planet. Rylie is the eldest daughter of an ex-soldier gem farmer. However, something is wrong with gems, damaged ships, and missing people.
MUTT CYBORG: Reid is a mutt cyborg on earth who has several secrets. Clara comes to his fa cyborg's breeder facility to have some repair done her so she can have baby. She is also fleeing her ex-fianceè, who stab her several times. Will they receives their wishes?
The characters of each story is unique but main male character is a cyborg, sometimes funny, and definitely can't control their mates. Each fast paced story is Intriguing. Each story is different from any other cyborg story written by another authors I have read. And I have read many, many cyborg story. I hope to read many more stories from this author.
Personally, I think this was the best series of books I have read in a while. Totally different, totally keeping you interested with the characters and the twists and turns, and the romance. I don't know where the author got her inspiration from but she wrote three great books.
