A non-stop thrill ride
I have been waiting not so patiently for this second book. It did not disappoint. A totally vibrant and believable world. The characters are fun to follow along with. Downloaded the book at 12:01 am and did not put it down until I finished. The only bad part is now I have to wait for book 3

I really wanted to like this book
The main character is very likeable. The supporting characters are great. My problem is that after two books it feels like nothing has any impact and there are no consequences. It feels like I'm doing the literary equivalent of watching a live stream of someone playing WoW. I don't hate it, but it's pretty boring taken as a whole.
Probably won't read any more.

Solid work with a nice change of pace theme.
Book 2 continues in the Egyptian theme, which is a nice change from so many books using the Norse pantheon. This one is chock full of references to pop culture, and builds on Kheph and Kjaras relationship. Overall nice writing, decent plot and pacing, and the crunch was in the "just right" zone. Well worth the read.

Excellent follow-up to the first book
Well done, Mr. Klein. Great character development, excellent action scenes, and even a bit of crafting. Looking forward to book 3, and any others to follow.

doesn’t disappoint
Really enjoyed the second book in the series, I’m hoping book three is out. Good action , enjoyable characters and well written. It flows very well .

Brilliant storytelling!
I loved the second adventure of Keph and the group, and I damn well can’t wait for more! If you’ve not tried it yet, do it… do it noooow!

Very good read
