Wonderful! Open your mind and be free

This little book by Jeff Carreira represents his reflections on the teaching of Ramana Maharshi. The text serves as a good introduction to Ramona’s teachings. Better yet, Jeff incorporates his own spiritual reflections. The book provides a mirror for anyone seeking freedom to look into their own heart.

Beautifull (im)personal introduction in the teachings of Ramana Maharishi by Jeff Carreira. One of the qualities of these little books is that it is brought down to it's simplicity and essence. Probably I start to get ready to let the information sink in without much interference of the mind. Or that the mind starts to see the common sense of this non-dual approach of our inner- and outer reality.

It starts and ends with the simple question WHO AM I ? And when the heart and mind are ready this question roots and expands within us, differently but surely, ever evolving with no beginning and no end. Just let the mind and heart embrace the mystery of who it is we've always been and always will be. Wonder, laugh, resist whatever pops up, it is part of the journey in some unique universal language we all speak differently. Have fun.
