THE CONTROVERSIAL PASTOR AND A JOURNALIST CRITIQUE COVID RESTRICTIONS

Journalist Paul L. Williams and evangelist Rodney Howard-Browne wrote in the Preface to this 2020 book, “In dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, we remain convinced that an outrageous crime has been committed against mankind by a criminal cabal of international bankers and businesspeople. BY design, this book will show why the matter of population control and reduction became an obsession of the Rockefellers, Bill Gates, and other members of the moneyed elite. It will trace how these billionaires gained control of the world’s legal, medical, pharmaceutical, educational, scientific, and religious institutions, long with the press, to gain control of world affairs. And finally, it will relate how the elite used a pandemic to corner the world’s wealth and to establish a global, socialized government over which they would wield complete control. To be sure, this book deals with a conspiracy. But the copious footnotes within these pages have been inserted to assure you that this is not conspiracy theory but rather conspiracy FACT that we pray you have the temerity to verify for yourself.”

They state in the first chapter, “A pandemic that would reduce the world’s ‘excess’ population and make the global populace more receptive to international law was a cherished dream of the moneyed cartel, including the Rockefellers, Bill and Melinda Gates, George Soros, and Ted Turner. In the past, members of the cartel had championed the causes of eugenics, birth control, and abortion-on-demand. They had developed vaccines that sterilized millions of women and genetically modified corn that acted as a spermicide. By the second decade of the twenty-first century, the cartel had managed to convince hundreds of millions of people that overpopulation was the leading cause not only of the depletion of the world’s natural resources… but also of climate change. They had also convinced the public that overpopulation was to blame for the growing fear that carbon emissions were melting ice caps, raising sea levels, starving polar bears, and making the world an uninhabitable desert.” (Pg. 1-2)

They continue, “If the … scenario were to become a reality, airtight rules and regulations would be imposed on all the citizens of the world… in response to the pandemic. Body temperature checkpoints would be installed at the entrances to communal spaces… Anyone deemed a threat… would be placed in quarantine. Political functions would come to a screeching halt. And political protestors would not be allowed to assemble. This would bring into play a global government that would control all aspects of life on planet Earth. The world’s citizens would be happy to surrender their personal freedoms for the sake of safety and stability, so managers of the global government would have boundless latitude to impose laws that serve their private interests.” (Pg. 4) They add, “the pandemic was achieving its goal of preparing the world for a vaccination program that would sharply decrease the number of inhabitants of plant Earth.” (Pg. 9) Later, they add, “the tyranny of the judiciary, by all accounts, will intensify in the wake of the pandemic, and the last remaining liberties, including the freedom to worship, will be placed in serious jeopardy.” (Pg. 30)

He asserts, “the possibility that COVID-19 might have been developed in a US military laboratory for use against a country vying for global economic hegemony s not much of a stretch… A second theory is that the COVUID-19 virus was transferred to human beings from horseshoe bats… A third possible source of the COVID-19 virus is the introduction of 5G technology in cities throughout the world, including Wuham… 5G tech employs… ‘high-band’ frequencies… a type of electromagnetic radiation … This massive increase in the transmission of millimeter waves… according to thousands of research studies, causes a host of serious diseases” (Pg. 71, 73-74) He adds, “5G technology is weapons grade, and microwaves can be deployed as miniature cannons to address any suspicious activity. The ‘smart grid’ can be used to track people, disable them, and even see if they are carrying money or weapons. A law that was recently passed in Australia allows cops to tune in to the microchips implanted in appliances (such as refrigerators) and listen to conversations taking place within private residences.” (Pg. 77)

They contend, “The fact that global warming is a hoax escaped the attention of those who wished to equate COVID-19 with climate change. The world, as NASA scientists came to discover, was not warming but cooling… But these findings were lost to the militant environmentalists, who remained adamant in their belief that polar ice caps were melting, the sea was siring, the polar bears were starving, and the earth was starting to croak. President Trump had been correct in saying that the COVID-19 pandemic had placed the country in a state of war.” (Pg. 110-111)

They say of QAnon, “what accounts for the millions of Americans who continued to believe the crumbs from Q constitute vital information? One explanation resides in the American people’s tendency to view affairs in terms of moral absolutes and millennialism… But there is another explanation. Within the barnyard of bull manure issued from the bowels of Q are kernels of salient truth. The world is governed by a cabal of rich and powerful individuals who meet to make out global strategies that will serve their individual and corporate interests.” (Pg. 129-130)

They state more strongly, “The mystery seemed to be solved. The virus … had escaped from a laboratory in Wuhan… The fears of billions of people throughout the world had been put to rest, save for the fact that evidence continued to mount that the virus did not originate in China but rather the United States. And findings came to light that the virus is, in fact, a biological weapon.” (Pg. 161)

They assert, “The emphasis of COVID-19 research was placed not on a cure but on a vaccine… By early May, the people who ventured from their dwelling places with masks on their faces wanted a police or military state to shelter them from the ‘careless’ men and women who refused to don a mask or maintain proper social distancing. They never wanted another outbreak to occur again. They wanted to be VACCINATED. And they didn’t care WHAT additives the inoculati0ons contained, even nanochips that would hold all their personal data, from health records to bank accounts. It shows like science fiction. But injections of such nanochips are already being administered.” (Pg. 189)

They point out indignantly, “[Religious freedom in the U.S.] was wiped away by the phantom virus. In Mississippi, churchgoers were slapped with $500 fines for sitting in their cars in a church parking lot to listen to a radio broadcast of a Sunday morning service… one Northern California county p0rohbited the singing of hymns during church livestreams unless people were in a home… One of the most outrageous actions against the Constitution’s guarantee of freedom of religion came with the arrest of Rodney Howard-Browne… The pastor was charged with unlawful assembly and violation of a public health emergency order. He was released … after posting bond in the amount of $500… As a result of the publicity, Pastor Howard-Browne, his staff members, and his congregants received more than one hundred thousand threats of violence, and shots were fired at the church’s sign… Howard-Browne… argue[d] that it made little sense for churches to be shut down while large retailers and wholesalers were allowed to operate and restaurants were permitted to serve takeout, despite the risk of spreading the virus.” (Pg. 211) He ultimately closed his church, and posted on Facebook: “I have to do this to protect the congregation, not from the virus, but from a tyrannical government because all the charges against me are totally bogus.” (Pg. 212)

Of the murder of George Floyd, they comment, “The killing… seemed to have been staged for a B-grade movie… the video of Floyd’s demise went viral, sparking riots in every major American city… businesses ere vandalized or looted. Some were set ablaze and ‘reduced to rubble.’ … The riots were well orchestrated… As the rioting continued, mysterious pallets of bricks were left on the street corners of the riot hot spots to aid the protestors in their vandalizing and looting. The pallets arrived along with bottles containing flammable liquids…” (Pg. 230-232)

Under the heading, ‘THE MARK OF THE BEAST,’ they state that “the paper insists that all Americans who have been tested receive ‘a unique patient identification number.’” (Pg. 266) They add, “this COVID-19 vaccine, if it is similar to the other vaccines developed by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, will be detrimental to the health of anyone who receives it.” (Pg. 300)

Hardly credible, this book will only appeal to the more ‘extreme’ among religious opponents of COVID-19 health measures.

Somebody left this on the table of my train so I read it out of curiosity. Found unhinged assertions and ridiculous conspiracy theories inside. Would give Zero stars if I could. For those of us whose lives were severely impacted by having the covid-19 virus, the kind of nonsense published in The Phantom Virus is not only insulting but also dangerous
