Hot and ready to be served. I loved how Collin had to eat his words when Lydia walks in and he’s speechless. It was funny but super sexy. Their first kiss was everything because I felt it to the tip of my toes. This author does a great job of sucking you into the story and giving you so much without it being long.

WOW!! Fab*u*lous Absolutely love this one!! I couldn't put this one down. This was a nice quick, short read.
Collin and Lydia met when she comes to his diner The Munch Box. As soon as Collin sees Lydia he knows she's his. After Lydia orders her food Collin tries to talk to Lydia but he stumbles over his words. After Lydia leaves one of Collin's friends asks him about Lydia, and he tells his friend he's going to make her his. Later Collin gets a phone all from his brother that he needs to show his new tenant around his place. Collin's brother Evan lives next door but will be away for several months so he leased out his apartment. When there's a knock on the door and Collin answers it it's Lydia who will be his next door neighbor. After Collin shows Lydia around his brother's place he asks her to have dinner with him, she tells him she has a lot of unpacking to do. Collin offers to help her unpack so they can have dinner together. Collin asks Lydia if he can kiss her and she tells him yes. After the most amazing kiss Lydia feels like Collin is treating her like one of his buddies. She goes to his dinner a few days later for breakfast, Lydia tells Collin she is headed to the fire station to take some measurement, he tells her he'll go with her to help her out. Collin knows that if Lydia goes to the fire station all of those guys are players. After they finish at the fire station Lydia asks Collin if he wants to come over and she'll cook them dinner. Collin tells Lydia he messed up, she tells him they're just friends. Collin tells her he wants to be so much more, he tells her he'll be kissing her again soon. After dinner Lydia asks him what are they doing, he tells her he's letting her get to know him. Collin tells her she's his, Lydia tells him after they kissed he acted like they were buddies. Collin tells her he messed up and won't do it again. Collin tells her he's older than her and she's new in town, he got nervous. Lydia asks him to kiss her, and Collin kisses her. Soon Collin is pleasuring her and then Lydia is pleasuring him then they make love. The next day they stay in bed all day long. When Collin has to go to work the following day Collin tells her she needs to stay at his place, it has better security. While Lydia is at the fire station taking measurement, Collin comes to bring her breakfast. Lydia gets a call from her brother in law, Cruz Towed & Owned : Mountain Lakes. Lydia's sister Vanessa has to be taken to the hospital she's pregnant and there may be complications. Lydia tells Cruz she'll catch the next flight. Collin helps Lydia find a flight to Mountain Lakes, but then Lydia's sister Vanessa calls her to let her know everything is alright. She was checked out, she just needs to rest, she's having twin girls. After Lydia hangs up with her sister, Collin pulls her in for a hug and she cries it out getting it all out. Lydia tells him she loves him and Collin tells her he loves her. Anything before Collin no longer existed, he is Lydia's present and future, just like he knew she was his. A few months later, they are engaged to be married in a few months. Lydia wants her sisters there along with her nieces and her friend Jackie Roasted & Toasted. Six years later, they have two businesses, two kids under five, and a dog.

Collin owns The Munch Box a diner on Spring, he is happy with his bachelor life, when he feels lonely he enjoys the company of female tourists. One of his regulars tells him he will meet someone who will change his life. And boy does he ever, when Lydia walks in he is left literally speechless, it was hilarious to read the Casanova turned into a bumbling awkward teen. He grunts and gives her gruff one one word answers to her questions. Lydia has moved to Spring for her job, she is an interior designer working with the mayor and his office on redecorating city hall and several other city facilities. She feels the chemistry between her and Collin and flirts a little with him. They are both surprised when she is his new neighbor, she’s renting the duplex from his brother. They share a nice date and kiss, then Collin puts his foot in his mouth and Lydia thinks he’s not interested. It takes a few days until he sees her again. This time he does a better job of showing his interest, and he makes sure the other single men in town know she’s taken. He was committed to her once he figured himself out, their sexy times were hot. I love yous and her moving in with him. Epilogue setting up his brother’s story.

Sooooo good!!!
I'm loving the" It's Raining Men series each book a different author. I just discovered this Author a month ago, I guess I've been living under a rock. She's becoming one of my favorites. This is so so so good, Collin sexy diner owner, never really wanted a forever kind a girl. But in walks Lydia and his world turns on it axis! This is the kinda book that makes you want to crawl into and take the place of the heroin of the story! Love me some Collin ❤️ . With everything said it really is a awesome story and the characters are perfect. Very well written and I am all ready anticipating Davis and Toni's story!!!!

Served Hot is a fast paced insta-love. I always love the connection between the two characters when they first fall in love. That first look. The first meet cute. We get all that and more in this book.

Loved!!
I really enjoyed this book! I just recently got introduced to this author and I think she is fantastic! Her writing is so good that I can’t stop reading her books. This book in particular was just everything I love about romance books in one, it has that sweetness to it but also the spicy heat, this is definitely a book I will continue to reread all the time and I 10/10 recommend it to you if you haven’t read it. It’s totally worth it.

So hot, and so steamy! Mayra Statham is the Queen of Insta-love! The chemistry between Collin and Lydia was scorching hot! Neither were prepared for the instant attraction, and neither were looking for a relationship, but when fate intervenes, love can be undeniable. I can't wait for Davis and Toni's story!

Collin feel in the the minute Lydia walked into the diner. She took one look at him and felt the same way. She ended up renting his brothers house next door while his brother was away out of town.
