A billionaire, a mafia crime family, and a woman who knows way too much…
I will owe my friends a favor, my enemies something in return, but all of that is worth it to prove that Jenny is innocent of a crime she did not commit.
But will she pay the ultimate price for that freedom?
She knows too much; she has seen more than the mob can allow, and they will stop at nothing to ensure her silence.
My wealth and power will ensure I can make back room deals and hire ruthless protectors to stop them in their tracks. But will the trust and control I demand push her away or allow me to claim her for a lifetime?
Claimed is the third book in the Merciless Tycoon series, a Dark Billionaire Mafia Romance by International Best-Selling Author, Via Mari. It is a deliciously steamy romance with twists and turns, leaving you on the edge of your seat one moment and fanning yourself the next.
You will love this collection where the passion is fiery and the stakes are high. Each novel in this trilogy builds on the next, and the series is complete.
Top customer reviews Anna Katharine Koehler 5.0 out of 5 starsFinding Love, Trust and Happiness September 1, 2018 Format: Kindle EditionVerified Purchase After reading The Prestian Series and then into The Torzial Affair, Claim brings together two couples that have gone through so much to be together. Via Mari, is just the writer to bring these two couples together that would have the mob, a rapist, hired killers/kidnappers, and traveling the world to have you going from two best friends to finding the happiness that they always dreamed of. In The Torzial Affair Jenny runs her own company with her best friend Kate, her lawyer/boyfriend, that she thought she would marry, but ends up being tortured and raped by him, then is being accused of murdering him. Along comes Brian, who starts by trying to befriend her, learns what happens then starts to protect her by any means. And by any means Via brings Chase and Brian together with their resources to help protect Jenny and Kate, with the mob trying to get Jenny and killing her, and Kate by almost killing Kate's parents. In both series I have fallen in love with Kate and Chase and Jenny and Brian they have you going to the edge of your seat with gasps, of how these two men will bring and do anything for their ladies happiness. Each scene in different parts of the world, the airplane/helicopter or their stately homes these men will be having you wanting them for yourselves (in your dreams). Claimed will bring maybe not the end of these couples for Via has many surprises up her sleeve but once starting to read them, you need to read The Prestian Series first, if you haven't to be able to understand The Torzial Affair, And once you start you will be wanting both sets of books and even those that Via has in the wings. review image
I can say so much about this book. It is just off the charts amazing. The author raised the bar so high on this book. It's going to be real hard to top it. This is the 3rd book in the series and now the series is complete. And wow what an ending this is my favorite book. And it just blew me away. This book is classified as erotica, but it is so much more than that. The story line, characters and passion that the author puts into her writing is what makes this book the best I have read. This is the journey of Brian and Jenny. Their lack of trust, their upbringing, their loss and their pain. And so much more. Most people would not be able to overcome what they do. And to find a true and lasting love, seems to much to hope for. And I don't know two people who deserve it more. I don't want to give away anything about this book. I want the readers to read each page and feel what I did. This book brought up so many feelings for me. I was on the edge of my seat. Unable to put this book down until I read it all. I felt anger, surprise, happiness, struggle, pain and joy. I'll be honest at points in the book I could of slapped one of the characters. And it made me cry knowing the pain they went through. Then the end had me crying tears of joy ! I don't know many authors that can make their readers feel what I felt. This author is so talented, I can not wait to see what this new series will bring. I would highly recommend this book !!! It deserves so much more than 5 stars!!
Claimed (The Torzial Affair Book 3) by Via Mari is explosive and unfortunately the end of the series. This amazing series just gets better and better. The web of pain and betrayal, lies and deceit is a cleverly woven together plot that Via has masterfully put together. As with the others in the series the storyline is a brilliant complex, multifaceted and multidimensional which has the pages turning and the story ending before I was ready. The journey with these amazing characters has been one hell of a ride. I felt every emotion possible and was on the edge of my seat the whole way. Jenny is fighting for her freedom. A precious freedom that could all be gone in a fraction of a second. Her life and her experiences will never be the same but it is all for nothing if the one person who counts doesn’t know truth from lies. The one person who knows how to take the pain away. The man she loves.
Brian will stop at nothing and no expense is spared to fight for the one thing he loves most in this world. Yes it is love and who would have thought that. But with so much conflicting information how much of it is truth and how much is lies.
I am sorry to see the series end but I can’t wait to see what comes next from Via.
Via Mari keeps you on the edge of your seat with this one. Loved every single word! Brian takes over everything and it works for them. Jenny finally gets that she has always wanted that and their relationship works better and easier. This is the 3rd book in the series and by far the best! I have read every book by Via and I have to say honestly, I have actually re-read them all and I dont do that but the story is so powerful that they stick with you and you just need those feels again!
Book: CLAIMED (The Torzial Affair Book 3) Author: Via Mari
This book is third in this series. Via really knocked it out if the park! I love seeing love win! Brian and Jenny has always needed to be told. This story has all the ups and downs of a true roller coaster ride. Emotional over ride! We even get a visit from Chase and Kate. I was glued from the minute I started with the Prestian Series rolling right into this series. Keep writing Via! Your brought me into romance and made me a addicted!
Claimed by far is my favorite book in this series. The love, emotions and action is amazing. Brian really picks it up and makes dreams come true.. such a beautifully romantic well written character line. If you love deep romance, lots of of love and a lot of excitement.. this book is for you.. I loved it.. **This book is for readers 18+ and older..
This read was really Good. Full of emotions and suspense as well. Jenny and Brian's relationship is growing. Will They manage to solve everything? Is Total submission possible for Jenny? Hotness of The charts and for sure I will read other books by Ms. Mari.
All I can say is WOW!! The perfect ending to this trilogy! Via Mari did it again. She keeps you on the edge of your seat with twists and turns, then blows you away with HOT, STEAMY SEX!! Another must read if you like well written erotica with a great plot and fantastic story line!!
Ohmygoodness, this book was AMAZING to say the least. I had to pick my eyeballs and jaws up off the floor. So well written from the characters to the storyline. Loved it!!
The danger and suspense in Jenny and Brian's story had me on the edge of my seat. Good guys, bad guys, all pretending to be the other kept me guessing. I highly recommend this author.
Claimed is book three in the Torzial Affair series by Via Mari. It is the stunning conclusion of Brian and Jenny's emotional, suspenseful and thrilling journey. It has been a long and arduous journey, fraught with danger, tension, intrigue and love. Their love was hard fought and questioned by them many times throughout this saga. I was not convinced their tale would end happily. I was praying they got their HEA together. They deserved their happy ending, and i fought along side of them right until the end. This author gives a descriptive and deeply emotional description of a love story. I felt frustrated with both characters at times, venting to no-one, and hoping that they could get it together. My heart was full with mixed feelings. I wanted to read like it was my last book, but at the same time desperately tried to slow down to draw out the bittersweet intensity that followed this couple everywhere. The secondary characters were amazing and the story continued effortlessly along, blending the new with the old. It was incredible to read the Torzial Affair books, and it was an experience I will never forget and will cherish always. 5 stars.
Am I the only one that wants a billionaire stud with a playroom who insists on taking care of all of my problems while tending to my every sexual desire? Anyone? I am not alone? Good. So that’s the fantasy part of this story. But that’s a good thing. The rest of the story is about more trust than ever. Jenny needs to trust Brian even more than in book 2. Oh, and yes you must read the first two books before this one.
I really liked this story, in fact this whole series. Brian and Jenny are put to the test through the accusation of Ty’s death, through fighting the Mafia and even through fighting jealous people.
Mari’s writing style keeps the story flowing. Mixing sexual adventure with the mystery of the Mafia makes for an interesting read. I look forward to what else Mari brings us.
Claimed is book 3 in The Torzial Affair by Via Mari might have been the best in the series. Just a far waring this book has some intense BDSM scenes in it. With one of Jenny’s problems dealt with now, they just have to figure out how to deal with the mafia. All I’m going to say is - Matt to the rescue this time. I think Brian and Jenny were their hottest in this book and Brian’s dirty mouth was even dirtier –YUM!
Via what can I say about your writing that hasn’t been said yet. Great characters, twist/action and of course great steamy panty melting moments. After reading this series, I am definitely going to go back and read Chase and Kate’s story – I just need to know how everything started.
If you're like me and likes action with a whole lot of sex then you need to read these books!
Claimed (The Torzial Affair Series Book 3) by Via Mari
5-stars
Steamy and filled with action, I love how this third novel pi is up right where the last book left off. Claimed by Via Mari is an excellent addition to The Torzial Affair series. Jenny continues to be one of my favorite characters. I love how Brian helps her to broaden her sexual horizons and partake in her wildest fantasies. I also loved the twists in the storyline that kept it interesting. This book was definitely an easy and quick read. I highly recommend this series to those interested in exotic romance.
Claimed is the third and final book in the Torzial Affair Series by author Via Mari. This is the culmination of Jenny Torzial and Brian Carrington’s relationship and begins where Bound left off, in the courthouse with the verdict of Jenny’s trial. But just because the verdict is in doesn’t mean that the danger is over for Jenny or Brian. Someone wants Jenny silenced and Brian is willing to do anything for that not to happen. The first half of this book was centered around the D/s relationship that Jenny and Brian are building which at times became a little redundant. Watch out for that halfway point though because that is where the nail-biting action takes off. There were so many twists and turns that I was on the edge of my seat, turning the page as fast as I could, because I needed to know what was going to happen next, who exactly were the bad guys, and would Brian be able to protect his love. By the end of the story I needed a drink it was that good of an ending. I will say, the author leaves you wondering though about certain characters (Jenny’s niece, brother and bodyguard) and whether they will get stories of their own. Hopefully they will and I will be one reader looking forward to reading about them. Thank you, Ms. Mari, for several hours of entertainment!
Claimed is the third book in the Torzial Affair series by Via Mari. Via Mari has an interesting writing style that keeps the reader wanting more and more. I fell in love with Brian and Jenny. They are my book friends. I have been with them from the first paragraph of Shattered until the last word in this book. This book has all the qualities of a great book, suspense, mystery, betrayal, and love. If you have been with Brian and Jenny from the beginning then you will know what Brian will do to keep Jenny safe. Will he be successful? Will there be a happy ending? I hope you enjoy the series as I did.
Claimed is the third book in the Torzial Affair series. This book does not end in a cliffhanger, but there are a couple of openings in the way the story is written for other characters to have their own stories. In order for this book to make complete sense, you need to read the two previous books. After getting through all three books, I’d say reading them back-to-back would probably be the best reading experience.
I like Brian better in this book than in the last one. Sasha story line *shakes head* did not see that coming, which is saying something because I can usually spot how a book is going to play out.
While the individual books had their bumpy reading moments for me, as a series it is pretty well done.
The Torzial Affair Book 3: Claimed written by Via Mari. I’m sad to see this series end just like I was with The Prestian Series however I am so eager to see what’s next. Jenny and Brian have had a long, stressful start and hopefully everything is finished and they can just relax and be. Reading as Jenny struggles with everything that happened with Ty and because of Ty is hard. You feel for her and how it’s just one thing after another, but Brian and Matt and everyone else who loves her has her back like always. They go above and beyond to help her and ultimately save her. You also see some hints of what could come you just wonder which way the new story will go…
Claimed by Via Mari is an incredibly thrilling and suspenseful romance read with a perfect dose of BDSM. This is the third book in The Torzial Affair series, a series that must be read in order as each book follows where the last one left off.
I have thoroughly enjoyed following this series from start to finish, just like the first two I was able to read this book in one sitting as I got so caught up in the story that I didn’t stop until I reached the end.
Via Mari took me on an incredible journey with this series that I can’t wait to read more from her in the near future! I would recommend this series to others!
Via Mari, you somehow keep surpassing all of my expectations with every book. This latest installment kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. I’ve come to love these characters and scoundrel myself very pleased with the plot development and page in Claimed. Huge congrats to the author for another success. Loved the adventure that I found in these pages!
Fantastic book. Keeps showing that love, friendship and trust can help you thru a lot and overcome obstacles that keeppopping up. Sad to see the series end.
What can I say other than Claimed was mind numbingly awesome. Each book in this series Starting from Shattered then continuing on with Bound then ending with Claimed just got better and better.Jenny and Brian like Kate and Chase are the perfect couple. I just loved reading their journey. My heart was almost beating out of my chest when Matt decided to go under cover to get info on the mafia. I was screaming don't do it loudly in my head. Via is a talented author that I will always come back to and I will be rereading these series a lot The last chapter was both hot and romantic sexy and sweet what a perfect way to end a book.. This is a perfect ending to the Torzial Affair books and I can't wait to see what Via comes up with for the other characters i just know it will be phenomenal
The third book in Torzial Affair series, Claimed is a beautifully written and epic conclusion to Jenny and Brian's story. Their story is filled with despair, anguish, heartbreak and then slowly healing, acceptance, forgiveness and love of oneself and each other. I highly recommend this series.
The third book in the Torzial Affair series had me on the edge of my seat holding my breath to find out what happens! What happens with Jenny and Brian? Will Matt survive? Read it and feel the suspense, anger and happiness. I can't wait to read more from Via Mari!!!
Sad this series is done but absolutely loved this book. So much action, intrigue and drama. Totally an on the edge of your seat read. My new favorite book in this series! I hope we get to revisit BriAn and Jenny again in the future.
Jenny and Brian were great in this book!! Very hot and action packed! Loved the ending to this series! I did like how Kate and Chase were also in this story! I just love them all.
Simply put.....incredible. I thought Jenny would loose it all. But love wins in the end. I'm so happy for them. The author is simply amazing and the book was out of this world.
Claimed is the third and final instalment in the Torzial series by Via Mari. I have loved this series, far more than I ever expected- the series really captivated me, and loved every minute that I spent between its pages. I really liked the Prestian series, but I can honestly say that this book and series, are my favourite reads of Ms. Mari’s. They have eclipsed the Prestian series, in my eyes, and left me wanting much more of Ms. Mari’s work. This book picks up right where the previous book left off, so, if you haven’t done so, I really recommend reading the first two books before starting on this one. Just so you are up to date with all the important factors, bridging storyline/s, and exciting developments- that will allow you to both follow and understand all the interconnected threads of the storyline. You don’t need to have read the Prestian books to enjoy this series, but as it has some shared/ recurring characters, as well as some timeline/storyline elements- I would recommend it- as it will definitely enhance your reading experience. As with the other two books, this is a romantic suspense that’s full of action, danger, secrets, hidden agendas, humour, mystery, lots more sexual exploration & awakening, some light bondage, spanking, red hot sizzling scenes, mafia, twists and turns, surprising developments, revelations, intrigue and lots, lots more! There is so much going on in the story, but Ms. Mari orchestrates everything quite effortlessly, keeping me enthralled- and in breathless with anticipation. Ms. Mari really seems to have hit her stride with these books, and seems totally comfortable and at ease with her craft- and it really shows in this well written and captivating story! This is primarily a suspense story- with a great erotic romance woven through it. I love how Via Mari is able to build such intense tension, chemistry, and intrigue- but manages to balance it all with lots of emotion, tenderness, and a little bit of humour. After the intense developments in the last book, things are not quite ‘smooth sailing’ in this book. There are still some serious obstacles to overcome, and a lot at stake. Danger is an ever present threat. Their trust will be tested, again. So, will these two finally find a way to put all the danger behind them and embrace a future together? Or will the sinister forces win out in the end? I really love these two, they are such fantastic characters- superbly crafted, with fully developed and complex personalities. I was completely immersed in their story, emotionally invested in them and their ‘lives’- strung out on all the detail, reading anxiously to discover what happens to them and how their story will ‘end’. A brilliant conclusion to the series!
This is book 3 of a trilogy and it picks up where book 2 left off. This SHOULD NOT be read as a stand-alone.
CLAIMED (The Torzial Affair Book 3) brings the trilogy together. It is not, however, immediately tied in a nice pretty bow. There is a lot still going on which kept me frantically turning the pages to get to the very end. For a variety of reasons, I was unable to read this series back to back and typically it would take me a few minutes to acclimate back to the characters in the book. NOT A PROBLEM WITH THIS TRILOGY. The books are one epic tale and from the very first page, I was in love with this series.
The Torzial Affair is a spin off of the Prestian Series and I am usually a bigger fan of the OG, but not in this case. The writing is layered and complex. Scenes move the story along and are written very visually. Threads from the previous books/series are woven together in a tapestry so full and rich, that it's difficult to put these characters down.
I absolutely recommend this series. As I have said in each review, do NOT short change yourself and read out of order.
