This is the first in the "Time" series. Greg is an average family man, working hard to pay the bills, to keep the family going. He is offered a life changing job, that takes him to meet some amazing and famous people from a bygone era. He travels back in time to try and save them and potentially saving future generations in doing so.
I enjoyed the premise of the book about time travel. I liked the character if Greg and how he enjoyed his new job and the frustration in his marriage. I was anticipating some kind of double cross by Tx3, the company that hired Greg to travel in Time. But the double cross was not on Greg but on husband of the person who appeared to be Greg’s boss Anne. Who was sent back in time to shoot John Lennon and then abandoned there.
What I didn’t like about the book was that the story was told from two perspectives. Greg’s in the first two thirds and Anne’s in the last third of the book. I think it would have been done better if the stories had been intertwined throughout the book.
I also felt there was no real conclusion to the story and that I was left hanging, I don’t me i was hoping for a sequel but at the end nothing happened to make think “wow what an amazing conclusion I must read that again!” I was just left cold.

Good idea but nonsense. No explanation of what the guy does, why he is so Important or what the company actually does. Zero character development or depth to the story and as already mentioned, the back end of the book is pointlessly repetitive to the point of irritating. It feels like I read a draft for an idea of a book that might be just about ok with a ton more work.
This was different to the usual time travel stories and very cleverly included dead people from the past. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would recommend to anybody who looks out for time travel
