Book 4 of the Ash Mountain Pack is about Krew and Fallon. I loved this book, this series. Fated mates shifter stories are just about the best.

There is nothing much to say about this story other than it is a quick, sweet and sexy story that is completely drama free. Krew and Fallon have been in love with each other for years but with her being underage are unsure where they stand when it comes to being fated mates. La historia es corta aunque correcta, dada su longitud no hay ningún problema ni nada que solucionar salvo un par de días a pasar antes de que encuentren su felices para siempre.

Es la historia más corta de la serie, tiene 55 páginas por lo que todo sucede muy rápido. Todo va al grano. Hacia el final del libro te enseñan qué ha pasado 5 y 10 años después.
No hay mucho más que contar, la trama es muy sencilla y está narrada en primera persona por ambos protagonistas. Se lee en una sentada.
En general, no me aburrió, es solo que es muy meh y tiene sus cosillas pero me recuerda a las historias que leía hace muchos años por eso continué con esta serie.

Shaw Hart is very quickly becoming one of my favorite shifter authors. Krew has always known that there was something special about Fallon. Fallon has had a crush on Krew since she was a young girl. Could they be mates? Maybe. Maybe not. Even with everything they feel for each other they will have to wait until her 18th birthday. I have already said too much go and read it to find out if they get their happily ever after together or if fate has other plans for them!

Chasing my mate is book four in the Ash mountain pack series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Krew has felt a connection to his best friends little sister since he met her. As the years went by, they became best friends and developed a crush on one another. When Fallon’s eighteenth birthday arrives, will she get her wish of being Krew’s mate?
The chemistry between Fallon and Krew is clear to see and I liked them as a couple. I liked them as friends and loved the build up to them getting together.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series. I need Easton and Kai’s story now.

This was a super sweet brother's best friend story, but shifter style!
Shaw was able to take something you don't typically see in a shifter book and made it work, well! Krew & Fallon had actually had crushes on each other for some time, and crushes for shifters aren't normal. It's your fated mate, that's it.
Neither confessed their feelings to the other, both waiting for Fallon's 18th birthday to see if they would be mates.
I thought Krew's internal struggle and restraint was sweet, he didn't want to interfere with Fallon's fated mate destiny and didn't want to cause her any pain...so he waited and hoped.
The epilogue was super cute and sweet and one of my personal favorite moments in the book...I won't spoil it but let's just say a good dad will do anything to make his little girl happy!

I really wanted to like this book, I really did. Fallon and Krew growing up together and hoping that they were each other's mate had promise but it wasn't executed right. I felt like I was doing in this 40 page book was reading one thing from his point of view, and the next chapter it was the same thing but from her point of view. The whole story overlapped between the two and it made the 40 pages go on and on because of it. I can't give this higher than a 2 because of that unfortunately. Well that and again the inconsistencies. When we get a glimpse of their future (1 month later) we are told she is pregnant as they got positive test results... like seriously? The last 3 books the shifter males knew the moment the females were pregnant but no... two shifters need a test to know apparently.

Okay, it's like this, once I finished reading and reviewing 'Growling For My Mate' book one in the 'Ash Mountain Pack' series I devoured the other four one after the other. So please over look the other 4 packed into one review.
Each boom has its own synopsis/ story line. They are all full of instalove, faithful mates, with absolutely no cheating. Yes they are super sweet. But *fans self* have some very hot, steamy sex scenes. Best if all, each book has an epilogue flash forward by a time; then a 10 years in the future.
I have enjoyed a small glimpse into the Ash Mountain Pack and would be first on board to read full blown books with these characters and more.
If you more deets that make these story a whole. Your just going to have give it a read. I promise you will not be disappointed. I also noticed after the fact this series in in a box set.

Primero, desde que tienen 12 sabe que son el mate del otro y solo siguen con su vida, teniéndose ganas y ya. Segundo, ¿el único drama que van a tener es que el se va a otro pueblo cuando ella cumple su mayoría de edad? encima se va de "expedición" no es que nos da el pie a que el de va para siempre o algo así, como para generar drama. Vamos a saltarnos la parte en la que ni hola y ya van directo a lo que les importa, y por último, los papás ni drama lo primero que hacen es caer a la casa y decir "vamos a preparar sus cosas, así no tienen que empacar" unas ganas de que la pendeja se tome el palo de la casa.
Voy a leer el último, porque se pasa de golosa teniendo dos varones, pero el único libro interesante de la saga es el del oso.

This was another short and steamy addition to this series about fated mates by Skye Alder. Fallon and Krew have been pining after each other for years, both secretly hoping that they would be fated mates when Fallon turned eighteen. Once the clock strikes midnight, neither are able to deny the mate pull between them, and a very steamy reunion ensues!

Los cambia formas no nos enamoramos como los humanos, solo sentimos atracción por la única persona destinada a nosotros.
Por eso estar enamorada de uno de los mejores amigos de mi hermano, toda la manada lo considera amor de cachorros pero mi loba no deja de insistir en que me frote contra el y eso es imposible aún no tengo 18 años así que aun no tengo mi olor que le indicara a mi compañero que estoy aquí.
No se debe forzar ese vínculo pero si tuviera que pedir un deseo de cumpleaños seria que el fuera mi compañero porque yo y mi loba lo amamos con locura.

Love this shifter series!
I loved krew and Fallon!! This felt like a unique shifter story to me because they are both shifters, I feel like most of the time in books shifters always mate with a human. And also because they’ve known each other most of their lives but couldn’t be sure of the feelings they were having till Fallon turned 18. I loved every minute of this book and can’t wait for the rest of the series!

I enjoyed reading this story. These two grew up wanting each other, but being afraid of not being Fated mates. This story was tame compared to the previous stories in this series, but just as meaningful. To know your Fated mated has had your heart for years and the relief and happiness, when they both realize they felt the same way, it’s overwhelming in such a happy way. A sweet ending to a sweeter love story.

This was adorable and cute like the previous books I've read in the series, but unfortunately wasn't as good as the other IMO. I just wasn't interested or invested with Fallon & Krew. In fact, what kept me reading were the moments showing the other characters.
