A good primer for astral projection

A concise, informative, and inspiring guide to astral projection. This book gives a good overview of the topic, then provides many valuable techniques and practices that could help anybody get out of their body soon enough... It covers a broad range of relevant subject matter, so it's perfect for the beginner; yet it includes so many usable tips and exercises that even an expert will be thrilled and motivated while reading. Affirmation for me

I honestly bought this book because i want a confirmation of what i have experienced, is what it is, and for me, it's confirmed. one of the lectures I attended before did not give me definite answers. This book gives the best explanation. I just couldn't stop reading. What she said is true. It's something you don't do just because you're bored. I only do it with a purpose, and mostly, for friends who are seeking some answers.

I love reading these books by ‘Mari Silva’ they are such easy reads and although sometimes repetitive, I am always looking for the next read. And it opens up the door for further reading.

I got this book because my Mum was experiencing Astral Travel when I do her Reiki Energy Healing sessions, she didn’t know what it was but was describing Astral Travel, I just wanted more information on it, and this book tells you a lot of information, it just misses out on personal experiences, which is what I am looking for now. My Mum also got this book and said how interesting the topic is!

Very interesting and exciting. I was skeptical at first, but I followed the simple instructions (it took me several attempts) and I was able to have an induced OBE (out of body experience) and I entered the astral realm. Very hard to explain the experience but well worth it. Looking forward to my next journey.
