I knew nothing about reincarnation before reading this book. Logically it doesn't seem possible and the stigma of being raised Christian doesn't help, but there is a lot of fascinating and interesting information to research further to help one (me) determine if reincarnation is something that can be grasped onto both mentally and emotionally.

As someone who has just recently started exploring a bit more about reincarnation, this was now the first book I've read on the subject. (I read it on Kindle)
The topic has pretty much always fascinated me on some level, but it's only now that I've been feeling a desire to delve deeper.
Overall it was an interesting enough introduction for me. I enjoyed learning about how different religions and ideologies approach reincarnation. It was especially interesting learning about Wiccans, as I wasn't familiar with the ins and outs of that at all, having only heard about it vaguely. (I read that section on an airplane, which made the flight pass a bit quicker!)
I did feel during several chapters that the astrological information, in particular, was too vague. As someone who has delved into astrology quite a lot over the years, I couldn't really take those sections very seriously. Astrology is not so black and white, and while those parts of the book may have been a good introduction to someone, they weren't really for me.
This was a good first book to try reading on the subject of reincarnation as it was intriguing and an okay introduction, but overall I do wish there had been a bit more depth and nuance, even as a beginner to the subject.

Interesting Past Lives Info
I have long had an interest in metaphysical topics, and reincarnation is one I was introduced to before I was even a teen. My mother had a fascination with past lives and was a reader of Dick Sutphen’s writings on it last century. Since then, it has been an interest of mine as well. As such, I found this book intriguing. The author digs deep into what reincarnation is, including how different cultures and religions have looked (and look) at it. The author shares stories of children who seem to remember past lives, some in vivid detail. The concepts of old souls, twin flames, and soulmates are explored. She also looks briefly at what the astrological chart can say about past lives. While the topics seem randomly organized, the book still contains fascinating information if you have an interest in past lives and reincarnation. It certainly rounded out my knowledge about reincarnation and the concepts associated with it. Highly recommended if you have an interest in the topic.

This books was very informative and I highly recommend giving it a read if you are interested in reincarnation and the ideas behind your souls journey. Some interesting quizzes to do to which can help you review your souls journey and where you are and maybe where your going. Give it a read
