Alot of typos, especially from a writing team.
A good storyline but very sloppy writing, with not only plenty of typos, but it appears Evan loses her virginity twice.... once on the island, and then again on her wedding night.
It seems sloppy for the price, and this far into a series.

'Bruno's Devotion' is Atlas Rose and Raven Scott's third book in their "Cosa Nostra Institute" series and I have to admit, this one kept me guessing and shocked in a good way, throughout the entire book! About the time I thought one thing would happen the scenario took a turn and it turned out to be something else. There were several times I felt like a dog trying to find a place to lay down, my feet were on the floor, then my legs crossed, oops pulled up in the chair, lean over on one hip, and then shoot straight up with feet on the floor again. It was absolutely wonderful to see Evan's personal growth and her confidence in herself bloom! And Bruno ~sigh~ he was mesmerized by Evan from the moment he saw her. Even though she was promised an arranged marriage to his cousin, who refused the match, Bruno tried continued to try and convince Evan how good things could be between them. So many twists and turns in this. Be prepared for a rollercoaster ride you can't and won't want to get off of until it finishes.

Bruno Bernardi falls in love with Evan Valachi the moment he sees her, but she is engaged to his cousin Jannick, unless he takes his place as heir to the family.
After her meeting with Jannick, Evan runs away from her house tired of her father not taking her into account as heir to the family just because she is a woman and she goes to work for the Salvatore. But when her mother falls ill, her father calls her and agrees to hand over control of all the businesses to her.
But just as Evan is about to go to the Institute she suffers an attack where she nearly dies. The only thing she remembers from the attack is the woman who looks like her and all the clues about her lead her to the Institute.
Bruno arrives at the Institute ready to make Evan his wife, what is not expected is to find an impostor.
A lot of action that will make you not stop turning the pages until you finish it.

My goodness i cant praise this series up enough. Ive yet to read a book that i havent liked in it. Bruno and Evan's book is just a knockout read. Bruno and Evan are just explosive together. Evan is underestimated for the majority of this book. By a male chauvinistic society that shes brought up in. Believing her only worth is what family she marries into to unite them too. She shows that is a misconception. She's a strong-willed and bad - *** woman. I really liked that about her. The plot twists were just brilliant. As much as i didnt like Jannick i must admit im curious about he will find out? Does that mean he will get his book or will he be popping up in someone else's book? Bruno's book was one hell of a read. Im loving this series so much. Its so good

The story-line was interesting and the characters are full of emotion and a sizzling chemistry. One look at Evan and Bruno knows that she is meant to be his and no one, and I do mean no one, will stop that from happening no matter the cost.

Great addition to this series. The worldbuilding and characters are engaging and well developed and the plot is twisted and unpredictable. This series keeps giving and these authors have created a dark world with many twists and turns to keep the reader guessing where it will go next.
I can't wait for them to drop another book in this series, 5 stars.

The story or Evan and Bruno has some violence in it along with revenge, love, mystery and fight for survival. This is another book in the Cosa Nostra series and it is not bad, but I am getting a little bored with these stories as they are all the same with just a few differences. I am curious about who is behind it all, I just do not know if I can find the interrest to read how ever many more books there will be in this series.

Bruno’s Devotion is the 3rd book in the Cosa Nostra Institute series and to understand all that is happening you really need to read the first two books. All the books are about different characters that attend Cosa Nostra Institute, however it crosses over to the events that are taking place during books 1 & 2.
In this book we have Burno (MMC) and Evan (FMC). Both are from allied Mafia families that have decided to join forces via an arranged marriage. However, at the time the marriage arrangement was between Jerrick (cousin to Bruno) and Evan. That did not work for Bruno and at the age of 14 he stepped up to be the man he needed to be. Evan was pissed. She was smart and determined but did not understand why her father needed a son to be heir. She is all “I am woman hear me roar” and I loved her fire right away. So after the awful night she flees, only to become more bada$$. As much as Bruno is ready to claim Evan, Evan is ready to make him pay for his family’s behavior. When you think you know what’s going to happen once again a twist is introduced, and the sins of their fathers come back to bite them both in the a$$. Okay, I’m leaving it there because I don't want to give too much away.
This book was a little hard to follow with the past, present, and mystery people that came to light (still more to come from the ending) however I did enjoy it, and am looking forward to the next book to see what comes.

Atlas Rose and Raven Scott bring you Bruno's Devotion and oh man will this make your head spin. So here we have Bruno who met Evan when he was a teenager. Now both families are big in the mafia, like the two of the five families. Now things happen for these two families to be connected in more ways than one. Evan is to be married to Bruno's cousin however, after one look of her he is not going to allow that to happen. Evan has different plans. She is hell bent to prove to her father that she deserves to be the heir of the family. So she does the unthinkable. Its crazy, however somewhere someone is scheming against both Bruno and Evan. This is full of mystery and oh my god moments. I was constantly moving in my reading chair because there are a lot of intense moments. I never knew what was going to happen. I was just hoping that Evan would come around and finally see Bruno for the man he is and what he will do for her. Will he get the chance? Will we find out who is behind everything? You will get sucked into this mafia world and you may or may not come out unscathed. I can't wait for the next one.

I have to say she did it again!! Bruno and Evan are a striking couple for each other! When i first started this book i was like yes! this is a couple for both of them and not his cousin. bleh... anyways i quite enjoyed the plot of this story it was very eye-opening and it took me about a day to finish this book since i was HOOKED! Bruno and his badass personality and Evan become this weak free-willed girl to a powerfully seductive woman who doesn't take no for an answer and wants to find the person who took her place and got to tell you it gets crazy at the end!! So much of the stories that we have read are coming together and i got questions soo much.... But i can't wait for the next story which i will not waste. Anyways i want to applaud Atlas Rose, i have been enjoying your books a lot and it keep my toes in check and nervously giggle for more from you!!

Book 3 and we learn more about Bruno & Evan. Both mafia heirs belonging to the same commission as Finley & Lazarus' families. The Evan we have seen so far in this series turns out not to be Evan at all but an imposter who believes she has killed the real Evan. Bruno has hungered for Evan since they were young & she was promised to his cousin Jannick who was also intended to be their family's heir. After their initial meeting was abysmal Evan had refused to have anything to do with either Jannick or Bruno. Jannick has been shirking & Bruno becomes the new heir. He is determined to make Evan honour their families' agreement & he will stop at nothing to marry & possess her. Will he realise Evan is an imposter? His life is at stake from her as she believes she has already killed once & Bruno is her next target. What of the real Evan & where is Jannick?

If only Evan had been born a boy she would inherit her fathers empire, now she faces marrying into the Irish Mafia to unite two houses, shes first introduced to Jannick, but is saved by Bruno before it goes to far, only Even runs. 5 years later her father calls her back, her mother is ill and her father is willing to make her his heir if shell stay. but troubles a foot and the marriage between two heirs is still valid only now Bruno is the heir, and he will do anything to get the woman hes never stopped thinking of. even when there appears to be two of her. this is well written filled with twists turns, suspense, desires, action and more!

A different kind of book. Well written, although I had to get used to the writing style. Its a bit choppy, doesnt follow a smooth line. Original angles. I make two storylines out of it: the relationship between the main characters Bruno and Evan, and the thriller part::who is behind the mysterious killer. The first we get to know in this story, the second we don;t. The characters are not necessarily sympathetic in this story, and a little crazy.
Although I admire the author, I dont know if I really liked the content.Sometimes I did, but sometimes I also found it illogical and a bit too absurd.
Anyway, an interesting book.

Bruno's Devotion is the third installment in the Cosa Nostra Institute and I must say that, although I really enjoyed all of them so far, this one was very appealing.
Bruno and Evan were definitively meant to be. It didn't happen right away, but they got there. I'm a fan of anything arranged marriage/forced proximity, dark and twisted, turns and unexpected twists, so this was right up my alley. Loooved to see Evan's evolution and how badass, strong and confident she became. Lots of things answered and new questions arising kept me committed to the story, characters and circumstances and certainly what will come next.

Loved the story it was written well, it was fast-paced it was full of action the characters were incredible. The story was about Bruno Bernardi and Even Valachi. Bruno is a mafia heir he believes that him and Even are to be married. Even Valachi is a Heiress to a powerful mafia family. There were more enemies and murders that they all had to watched their backs. All the mafia heirs were over on an Island for a conference can Bruno and Even survive or one of them turn up dead. There were chemistry between them, heat, friendship, loyalty, trust, respect, passion, desire lust and plenty more.

Though the arrangement fell through, he doesn’t see her again until they’re in an island for Mafia offspring. Their insane chemistry blows up but she has more pressing matters to worry. One being an identity thief.
There is some twists that take place and to your frustration the figure who’s pulling all the strings and initiating the attacks is not revealed even though breadcrumbs are strewn about.

I am loving this series, but this has been the best by far!! I just loved Bruno so much, hes so determined and possessive with Evan. Evan herself was so strong and feisty, i love that she didn't let anyone walk all over her...including her father!! Lets just say that Evan and Bruno together are a power couple!
The story itself was so twisty, full of action and suspense and a very strong plot which kept me hooked all the way through!

Bruno and Evan...what a couple! I dare you to start this book and then put it down. The characters are written well. As a reader you care about them. I love that Bruno knows what he wants and the transformation of Evan is fantastic.
This series has been a must read since it started and Bruno's Devotion continues the streak. The drama, action and romance is first rate. This next generation of mafia should be on your TBR list.

Oh man! This was a gripping and fantastic book! I loved Evan and Bruno's story. I could not sit still or stay quiet while reading this book. There were a lot of "wait what?!: moments for me and I just had to put of adulting for a while so I could finishing reading this book. I loved the growth of both Evan and Bruno; Evan is a BA woma! I can't wait Alexi's book! I would highly recommend this book, this series, thus far, and these two awesome authors.

Bruno is next in line to a powerful Mafia family and has had a thing for Evan for a while now even though she was promised to his cousin. Bruno and Evan go through a lot in this intense read as he tries to convince her that they would be great together. This is a captivating story packed with mafia drama, danger, suspense, steam, and twists that pulled me into the story. Bruno's Devotion is book three and a great addition to the Cosa Nostra Institute series. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

I thought this was a very intriguing entry in this series. Dark, intense and twisty, the storyline grabs and hold your attention well. The characters are complex and I found them compelling. A rich and captivating brew of drama, tension, suspense, gritty emotion and steam is an incredibly potent combo that was sinfully easy to immerse myself in and wickedly hard to put down when real life intruded. I loved it. I am posting an unsolicited, unbiased review.

There is a lot packed into this intense and gripping story. I am not sure if the Italian or the Irish mafia is scarier. Jannick and Bruno have a complicated relationship that didn't pan out the way I thought it would. I love when I am surprised when the plot turns another way. Excellent job, ladies. I cannot wait to find out what Jannick is able to hunt down.

OMG !!! loved it !!! just loved it !!! love this series !!! love Bruno and Evan... this is their story... a super fast paced action mafia drama with so many twists and turns, side roads and dead ends... you will be screaming "OMG, NO...." and more... heart stopping , heart pounding, hearts on fire...it's that kind of story !!!

Wow, this series goes from strength to strength. It’s clever in the fact it runs in parallel to the Finley’s and Lazarus’s stories. I must admit Bruno’s story is my favourite so far! It’s darker, more twisted and has had me gripped from the start. Evan is one kick-@ss heroine and together they make addictive protagonists.
Addictive reading. If you haven’t tried this series yet and you love alpha males, Mafia tales and dark romance then you’ll love this. Highly recommended.

OMG this book has you on the edge of your seat the whole read. Evan and Bruno are both amazing characters but they don’t realise that their lives are at stake when someone is coming for them. That grey Audi stars again in this book, and Evan is given a heads up by her hairdresser. I cant go into more details on this book or I’ll find myself divulging all the good parts. This book was amazing from start to finish and you’ll find yourself not wanting to put the book/reading device down.

Here we’re following Bruno and Evan’s story during the backdrop of the Cosa Nostra Institute. Their story adds to the behind the scenes of the island and adds depth to things. We’re starting to see how everyone and everything is connected and just who the bad guys really are. It’s going to be interesting to see how things play out and how they will get their comeuppance. This story just keeps getting better and better. I love it.

Where violence and cruelty abound, only the strongest survive. And while that in a nutshell describes a typical Mafia romance, it doesn't come close to describing the compelling and twisty relationship between Bruno and Evan. A great slow-burn , yet hot and steamy enough to warrant trigger warnings and someone a call for mature readers! Off to read the next!

Evan and Bruno's story is dark, intense and entertaining. The storyline is action-packed, unpredictable and full of twists and turns . The chemistry between Evan and Bruno is fantastic. At times the storyline was a little choppy and all over the place which made it a little hard to follow, but overall I did find it to be enjoyable. I am looking forward to seeing what happens next.
