The Gift Mindset is definitely the most enlightening book I’ve read this year. As someone who trains life coaches, I’m always looking for new books to recommend to my coaches and clients. The Gift Mindset is one I have added to that list. Renée has a great way of helping you process past and current events and helping you reframe the way you see them.
The Gift Mindset also focuses on the workplace and I could definitely see employers giving this book to all their staff. I especially think the Gift of Change could offer hours of very practical discussions as people shared their stories from the past year.

Renee Giarrusso's Gift Mindset is the book that needed to be written for the leadership community. For too long we have looked to strategies, tools, and frameworks to become better business managers and leaders. The focus on mindset has become known to be more important and Renee's unique insights into this is both refreshing and exhiliarating.
I took so many practical elements from this book and found it to be such an approachable book which is set out for the busy modern professional.
