R&B Music Superstar Demi Day has arrived in Shady Pines, CO to unwind, relax and to think about her upcoming music contract and her pending foray into a cosmetic partnership. The last thing she expects while trying to find a quick bite to eat is the man of her dreams, and a cowboy no less.

Carson Brooks is of course devastatingly handsome and down to earth with an empire of his own that he shares equally with his two brothers. These two are immediately attracted and they don’t play any games. They are hot together and I enjoyed their journey.

I want Demi’s sister Jaimie to get her own story and it seemed to be teasing us with a possible contender with an appearance by ranch hand Tate and then later on a mention of cousins. All I know is that I want Jaimie to get a story with a happy ending.

My other wish is for one of PB’s future heroines to get married in their own book! That is all.

I've read several books written by Peyton Banks; she is becoming one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of her books.

This is the third book in the Blazing Eagle Ranch Series; Carson’s from the ranch and loves his lifestyle but somethings missing; Demi is from the city and bright lights but needs an extended vacation away from it all. I loved the chemistry between them but will it be enough once she starts missing the limelight.

Colorado Sexiness

This here... Carson and Demi’s story will have you going through a gambit of emotions. And their chemistry will have you making plane reservations and packing your bags for the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.

I knew the Brooks Brothers were Hot as sin. But this book: Country At Heart is my definitely one of my favorites.

Demi goes to the country to clear her head she writes country songs. Carson meets Demi and they both feel it. Carson is strong and will fight anyone who disrespects women. The two of these are wonderful together. Demi is a great character strong and artistic. Carson is a rancher. Can the two of these make it in either one of their worlds? This is a great tale. The characters are so likable and you just want to meet them, get to know them. The dialogue was great and the story kept me engaged.

Country at Heart

This book touched me more than the others in the series( and I enjoyed all of them😊) because I love country music. Like Demi, I feel there should be more women and diversity. Music brings so many people together and I hope that after reading this book, more people of color will give country music a try. The love that grew between Demi and Carson was strong and wonderful. The Superstar & Her Cowboy

Demi is a girl who go after what she wants and her body and later her heart was calling for the Cowboy. Carson is also someone who go after what he wants… he was attracted to the beautiful woman before he knew who she was… LA and a small town in Colorado… how they are going to make it work!? because just a few weeks or months wont do !

I enjoyed Carson and Demi's love story. I loved that it showed that women of color are not just R&B or pop artists. Country music has been in the black culture for a long time, all music actually.
Love he embraced her just as she is and she loved him just as he was. They made it work because they fit.
There were some editing issues from time to time which is unusual for this author. Overall a good read.

Excellent series

Loved the whole series. I am sad for the series to end. Would be nice for Jamie and Hakim to get their own happily ever after with a cowboy. Loved the whole series but my favourite is Maddie and Market's story and funny enough the norvella Roping the Cowboy.

This is such a fun series. Book three coming in hot with Carson and Demi’s scorching love story! I love this heroine, just a joy to get to know. It’s amazing how an accomplished author gets us to care about the characters. Carson is such a book boyfriend. Very memorable!

This is a awesome series to read the characters are so fascinating with each couple burning up the pages their chemistry is passionate and delicious you may want a fan or two because they are hot. I have been binging on them all week, I find it hard to put my reader down and go to sleep they are a excellent reading experience.

I think this was my favorite story of the three brothers. It was something about it starting from Demi's perspective that set the right tone.

Carson and Demi met by chance. She was a famous singer that was taking a much needed break in the city he lived in. They met and fell in lust and love.

Country Swag!

Very engaging and entertaining to read! Carson knew how to handle himself on the ranch, in many public spaces and most of all with Demi! The last go to couple from the Blazing Eagle ranch! Love spores seemed to fill the air there at that ranch, so anyone showing up unmarried just need stay long enough for the air to seep into their psyche! 💏

Spark

Both Demi and Carson had a spark of their own, but the second they met their combined spark captivated me. Highly recommend this book and series!

On a side note, the thread is brotherly love is chef's kiss level brilliant. I have been thoroughly amused by their antics.

Country At Heart

I loved Demi and Carson’s story, this is my third book in the series. I have enjoyed each one and can’t wait to read the last one.

This book held me captive from the very first word! The chemistry between Carson and Demi blazes to life the moment they meet and soon becomes a wildfire. Though she is in town on vacation, and neither of them are really looking for anything serious or committed, by the end of her vacation they both know that their hearts are involved and that they want so much more from each other. For the first time, Demi, a superstar singer, has met a guy who couldn’t care less about her fame or money. Carson is part a wealthy ranching family and doesn’t see her fame as a something to aspire to. He has fallen in love with the beautiful, warm-hearted and generous woman who genuinely values her fans, her family and those who work for her. He loves her laugh, her sense of humour and the way she goes after what she wants...especially when he is what or who she is wanting. Demi finds the hot and handsome cowboy to be charming, super sexy and capable of appreciating the real her and not just the superstar. Of course they have to figure out how their relationship can work, how they can mesh their lives together in a way that serves them both, and will make both of them happy. The ending is one that all lovers of romance can enjoy.

The author also tackled the topic of racism with a deftness and skill that did not underplay the topic or become too overpowering for heart of the story....the romance between Demi and Carson. The secondary characters are also fascinating and intriguing. They definitely add to the enjoyment of this book. Sweet story

This story started off a little slow. But I'm glad I hung in there as it ended with a bang. Demi came to Shady Springs, Colorado to get away from the hassle and bustle of L. A. She did not expect to find the love of her life. She was a country girl at heart and found that being in the country gave her all of the material she needed to write songs for her new crossover album. Carson Brooks gave her plenty of inspiration.

Carson was at a point in his life where he was ready to settle down but had not found the right woman until he met Demi Day, the superstar. He knew he would do anything for her include fight anyone who would disrespect her, and he did. Demi did not know how Carson would adapt to her world. But Carson met the challenge and challenged her right back.

I fell in love with Carson when he showed a racist country star that the Brooks men don't take too kindly with anyone disrespecting their women. All of the other characters fell in love with him too, including his "Superstar".

Demi Day is a recording artist who wants to change her genre. She’s in Shady Springs with her manager sister, Jaimie, and nephew, Hakim. She and Jaimie go into the local barbecue restaurant where they meet Carson Brooks, local rancher, and his brother, Wade. This is the third book in the series, but the author gave enough info about the Brooks brothers that you can read it as a stand alone. Demi is originally from Texas and feels smothered in her current home in Los Angeles. Carson would like to settle down like his brothers have. Neither of them are actively looking for their forever after, but they have an instant attraction when they meet. I enjoyed the fun they had together, and the sibling relationships. I highly recommend this book.

For Carson and Demi, there was an instant attraction. Fueled by lust and then love, these two didn't want to be apart from each other. How funny was it when her nephew pointed out her absence from their home away from home. Kids, right? Carson didn't see color when it came to Demi, until Vincent tried it and the only color he saw then was red...LITERALLY!!! This is a story of a woman taking what she wants and crossing lines that some thought she didn't. It pays to have friends in high places...LITERALLY!!! She found a way to have it all...the man, love, career and family. The Brooks Brothers showed their loyalty to those they loved and welcomed everyone regardless. The potty language was a 'no' for me.

Demi is on a break from her hectic life and just wants to stop and smell the roses before she has to make some major decisions in her life. Carson has just realised that he too would like to have what his brothers have found in the arms of their women -stability and family and that very special someone. Instant attraction between Demi and Carson leads to a whirl wind affair. Can Demi and Carson be what each other is looking for? or will life and it's pressures tear these two apart? A well written story, put together very well.

This is a new author for me and so this is the first in this series that I have read, I loved it it so much that once I started reading I didn't stop until I came to the end, and then I was disappointed that it was the end! I fell for both Demi and Carson, they were both such strong and lovely characters, their chemistry and connection was so good! I loved all the supporting characters and would love the series to continue so I can see more of Carson and Demi's family, especially as I would like her sister to get her HEA? I enjoyed this book so much that it's going on my read it again list!

Looking for an escape from her life she runs into Carson who also seems to be missing something to complete his life. This story was well written, had a great plot and character development. Carson and Demi had great chemistry between them. Will they both find what they're looking for with each other, read this amazing western romance to find out.
