Who doesn’t find penguins cute? (If your answer is “I don’t”, what’s wrong with you???) I remember this little Russian stop-motion cartoon series named “Pingu”, which I watched dedicatedly every weekend in my younger years. Many years later came the 3D animated movie ‘Madagascar” and Skipper and his team became firm favourites. Long story short: I love penguins.
The above is why I requested the book from NetGalley. The above is also why I had high expectations from this book. (Quite unfair to the book, I agree.) And finally, the above is why I felt a little let down when my expectations weren’t met entirely.
Let’s start at the beginning… The story.
The story has a nice mix of genres and themes. It has a warm and cuddly family tale, it has a dark and dangerous mystery, it has a smart animal who seems to know more than humans, it has some troubling moments at school, it has some adventurous thrills, it has two adorable children and crazy parents,… Basically, it offers quite a lot within its 200-odd pages. The family-centric and school-related parts were my favourite. There are so many relatable familial situations that made me burst out laughing. There is a lot of humour in the writing, some of which is outright silly but still hilarious.
On the other hand, the book started off well for me but soon became quite far-fetched. Kids will enjoy the antics of the siblings and the clever penguin as long as they don’t ask “how”. This is because there are quite a few things left unexplained and are absolutely unrealistic. (Yeah, okay… Children’s book… I gotta dial down my logical side.) There are also some things that didn’t quite work out the way I wanted. (Expectations issue again… Sigh!)
The story carries a lot of Paddington vibes, mainly because this tale is also set in London and that wild-animal-with-a-family trope seems similar and familiar. But other than this common factor, the two stories are quite different. Of course, I would have loved it to be more like Paddington. Who wouldn’t want a talking penguin?
There are plenty of black-and-white illustrations in the book that accentuate the tale nicely with their simplicity and funniness.
The blurb says that this is “perfect for all readers from 7 to 70”. I would disagree a bit. For the correct age group (7-10 year olds based on the language and the illustrations), this will surely be a nice Christmas book. Some old preteens might enjoy it too. But for grown-up children of my age, there are better kiddie books out there to savour. Let’s leave this one only for actual children.

Now comes the big question. Why has Einstein come to the Stewarts? Can he stay with them like a pet? Soon, a mystery begins to unravel and Imogen and Arthur discover that Einstein is as smart as his name and has come to them on a mission.

On one fine day Stewart’s family visits zoo. While leaving Mrs. Stewart says to Einstein(penguin) at the zoo that he can stay with them whenever he wishes. They get a surprise visitor in the evening. It’s the adorable penguin from the zoo. Can he stay with them forever?? Why did he visit them?
All the characters in this book are cute and adorable. Mr and Mrs.Stewart, their children Imogen and Arthur’s relationship with the penguin is so good to read. When they know more about Einstein, they set out on an adventure to help him. I know this is a children’s book, so the scenarios are highly unrealistic. Once you keep the logical things aside, it’s a great read. The feeling it gives is relaxing, warm and funny. With a little bit of mystery, it is very interesting. Illustrations were so good. A sweet engaging story about kindness and friendship.

In una fredda giornata di dicembre, la famiglia Stewart decide di visitare gli animali dello zoo di Londra. Qui il piccolo Arthur rimane affascinato da un pinguino, tanto da volerlo portare a casa. I genitori si rifiutano, ma invitano il pinguino a presentarsi a casa loro. E indovinate? Il pinguino si reca davvero dagli Stewart!
Inizialmente, pensavo che il libro si sarebbe concentrato solo sul rapporto di amicizia tra il pinguino e i due bambini, Arthur e Imogen, sua sorella, ma invece si parla di tanto altro.altro.
La famiglia Stewart è molto unita, i genitori sono simpatici e i due bambini dolci e molto svegli.
Imogen ha nove anni e non vuole più essere chiamata bambina, mentre Arthur ha sei anni e nella nuova scuola non ha ancora trovato un vero amico.
Questi sono solo alcuni dei temi trattati nel libro: la famiglia, la scuola, con tutte le gioie e le difficoltà che comportano, e, naturalmente, l'amicizia.
Il pinguino si chiama Einstein, è un tipetto che ama mangiare pesce e, a modo suo, riesce a farsi capire dalla sua nuova famiglia. Einstein nel suo zainetto ha delle foto e da qui inizia la parte misteriosa e avventurosa del libro.
Ho particolarmente apprezzato il legame che si sviluppa tra Einstein e gli Stewart, tanto che il pinguino sembra diventare un vero e proprio membro della famiglia. I loro momenti insieme sono dolci, come quando stanno accoccolati a vedere un film, ma anche divertenti, quando Einstein, nella sua curiosità, si caccia in piccoli guai.
La parte misteriosa è stata altrettanto coinvolgente: i bambini, insieme a Einstein, riescono a risolvere un caso con grande intelligenza e, ovviamente, una buona dose di fortuna. Anche i genitori giocano un ruolo importante in questa avventura.

I couldn’t resist this one because penguins are my favourite animal. Specifically, little penguins, which are native to southern Australia and also New Zealand. However I like all penguins, and find it hard to pass up an opportunity to read a book containing them.
This is a super cute little story about a family living in London who go to the zoo and when they see the penguins, one of them captures their attention. The mother, Mrs Stewart, says that although they must leave and go home now, the penguin could always come and visit them. And the very next day, the penguin, named Einstein, does exactly that, turning up on their doorstep much to the delight of children Imogen (9) and Arthur (6). This is basically Paddington where instead of being a bear, it’s a penguin. Einstein understands what they say and eventually is able to convey to the children, by way of pictures in his backpack that he’s actually a little penguin from Australia, who escaped Sydney Zoo to search for his rockhopper penguin friend Isaac.
Although he doesn’t actually look like it in the drawings, I was quite delighted to find out that Einstein was a little penguin. They’re such fun and amazing little animals and I’ve not come across them represented much in children’s fiction (although NZ has an excellent book about them, written by someone who works at the National Aquarium). Einstein is a very resourceful penguin, having managed to escape his home at Sydney Zoo and managed to get himself on a flight to the UK, where he believes Issac is and is busy looking for him in London Zoo when the Stewart family see him. When he comes to visit the children are delighted and want to keep him forever and enjoy taking him on adventures – Arthur sneaks him to school, they take him shopping and although Mr and Mrs Stewart make noises about him not staying forever, they don’t do anything about it. Imogen reads detective novels so when she learns Einstein is searching for his friend, she undertakes an investigative role, determined to find where Issac is so that she can reunite them – even if that means they might have to say goodbye to Einstein.
There’s a lot of humour and sweetness in this and I think a lot of children would enjoy Einstein and his adventures living with a family in London and getting up to a bit of mischief whilst he is busy looking for his friend. And the author cleverly weaves in issues kids might be familiar with too, such as Arthur’s struggle at school with making friends. The children are the real heroes, working out Einstein’s mission and helping him and outsmarting adults left, right and centre. I think my youngest would really enjoy this.

Einstein the Penguin is such an adorable and wholesome story.
It’s funny, fast paced, warm and atmospheric.
It a children’s book but as a 30 year old I enjoyed it and I think any reader, no matter their age, will enjoy this.

This is the first book that I’ve read with my Year 3 book club and it’s been really enjoyed. This is one of the four shortlisted books for the Spark! School book award 7+ fiction.

The first thing that struck me when reading ‘Einstein the Penguin’ was the language. Iona Rangeley’s style of prose manages to be playful and light, and at times, utterly beautiful. This is especially true when it comes to the description of the wintry weather, which is wonderfully observed and perfectly personified in phrases such as, ‘The sky had fallen asleep with even more enthusiasm than it had done the day before,‘ and my particular favourite, ‘it was a bright, bossy sort of snow.’
The story revolves around the sudden appearance of a Fairy penguin at the home of the Stewart family. The penguin has a rucksack with a name tag, a flipper full of raw fish, a collection of photos – and a mission. What has happened to his friend Isaac the Rockhopper penguin? Will Mr and Mrs Stewart allow their two children, Imogen and Arthur, to keep Einstein in their North London home? And who is the mysterious man spying on the family?
So begins a lively adventure with great ingredients like intrigue, detection, comedy, uncertainty, fear, honesty and love. Einstein might not be able to speak human, but as Mrs Stewart observes, he’s called Einstein for a reason and soon finds ways to communicate with the family. And what a family! One of the lovely things about the Stewarts is that they are funny, messy, real and ordinary in all the right ways. The relationship between each of them is captured in broad and effective brushstrokes that allows readers of all ages to relate, whether you’re a parent, child, spouse, sibling, or all of the above.
David Tazzyman’s drawings manage to breathe extra life into a story that is already hale and hearty and the marriage between the writing and illustrations is as good for the reader as marmalade on kippers is for a Fairy penguin.
All in all this is a wonderful read for bedtime, playtime, anytime! I can’t wait to see what Einstein does next.

Der sechsjährige Arthur und seine große Schwester Imogen bestaunen die Tiere und freunden sich kurz vor Toresschluss mit einem kleinen Pinguin an. Am liebsten würden sie ihn mit nach Hause nehmen ...
Halb im Scherz merkt der Vater James an, dass Pinguine jederzeit im Hause Stewart willkommen sind: "Sie, Mr Pinguin, müssen uns unbedingt mal besuchen."
Wer hätte denn ahnen können, dass man ihn beim Wort nimmt und kurze Zeit später tatsächlich ein Pinguin mit Gepäck vor der Haustüre steht.
Da man das Kerlchen selbstverständlich nicht draußen in der Kälte stehen lassen kann, ist er zu Gast beim Abendessen und darf sogar auf der Couch übernachten.
Unglaublich groß ist am nächsten Tag die Verwunderung: Denn es stellt sich heraus, dass im Londoner Zoo gar kein Pinguin vermisst wird.
Wo aber ist der kleine Einstein dann ausgebüxt?

Passend zur Handlung ergänzen zahlreiche halb- bis ganzseitige Illustrationen das turbulent-witzige Abenteuer.
Die Zeichnungen sind farbenfroh und fröhlich-frech gestaltet.
Mit viel Liebe zum Detail erwecken sie zudem die Charaktere zum Leben. Ganz besonders Einstein, den kleinen Pinguin, schließt man sofort ins Herz. Ein drolliges und liebenswertes, chaotisches Kerlchen.
Mein Eindruck:
Das phantasievolle (Alltags-)Abenteuer wird mit viel Humor erzählt.
Die Geschichte lebt von ihren liebenswerten und authentischen Figuren. Die Familienmitglieder sind vielfältig und interessant gestaltet. Wie es in den besten Familien vorkommt, sind auch sie nicht immer einer Meinung und ihr Alltag ist (auch ohne Pinguin) herrlich normal und chaotisch.
Der sechsjährige Arthur mit seiner kindlich-naiven Art und auch die neunjährige (somit extrem erwachsene) Imogen bringen Lesende mit fröhlich-frechen Dialogen und Aktionen zum Schmunzeln.
Trotz zusätzlichem Chaos und dem Aufeinandertreffen verschiedener Lebensweisen ist der charmant-freche Pinguin für die Familie ein echter Glücksgriff. Einstein bringt alleine durch seine Anwesenheit Ruhe in hitzige Geschwisterstreitigkeiten.
Zudem weckt das Rätsel um seine Herkunft die Neugierde. Und dies ist nicht das Einzige, das es zu lösen gilt!
Imogen hat ein Faible für Detektivgeschichten und die Ermittlungen und Rettungsmissionen gestalten sich abenteuerlich und lustig.
Weshalb Einstein unterwegs ist und was sich in seinem blauen Rucksack verbirgt, wird daher an dieser Stelle nicht verraten.
Eine turbulente und herrlich verrückte Geschichte mit Herz und Humor und charmant-skurrilen Charakteren.
Eine (Vor-)Leseempfehlung für Mädchen wie Jungen, für Groß und Klein!
Fazit:
Das Abenteuer besticht durch schräge Vögel, die zugleich sehr sympathisch sind, und punktet zudem mit Humor.
Farbenfrohe Illustrationen erwecken die Charaktere zum Leben und unterstreichen das unterhaltsame Geschehen.

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail erwecken sie zudem die Charaktere zum Leben. Ganz besonders Einstein, den kleinen Pinguin, schließt man sofort ins Herz. Ein drolliges und liebenswertes, chaotisches Kerlchen.

Das phantasievolle (Alltags-)Abenteuer wird mit viel Humor erzählt.
Die Geschichte lebt von ihren liebenswerten und authentischen Figuren. Die Familienmitglieder sind vielfältig und interessant gestaltet. Wie es in den besten Familien vorkommt, sind auch sie nicht immer einer Meinung und ihr Alltag ist (auch ohne Pinguin) herrlich normal und chaotisch.
Der sechsjährige Arthur mit seiner kindlich-naiven Art und auch die neunjährige (somit extrem erwachsene) Imogen bringen Lesende mit fröhlich-frechen Dialogen und Aktionen zum Schmunzeln.
Trotz zusätzlichem Chaos und dem Aufeinandertreffen verschiedener Lebensweisen ist der charmant-freche Pinguin für die Familie ein echter Glücksgriff. Einstein bringt alleine durch seine Anwesenheit Ruhe in hitzige Geschwisterstreitigkeiten.
Zudem weckt das Rätsel um seine Herkunft die Neugierde. Und dies ist nicht das Einzige, das es zu lösen gilt!
Imogen hat ein Faible für Detektivgeschichten und die Ermittlungen und Rettungsmissionen gestalten sich abenteuerlich und lustig.
Weshalb Einstein unterwegs ist und was sich in seinem blauen Rucksack verbirgt, wird daher an dieser Stelle nicht verraten.
Eine turbulente und herrlich verrückte Geschichte mit Herz und Humor und charmant-skurrilen Charakteren.
Eine (Vor-)Leseempfehlung für Mädchen wie Jungen, für Groß und Klein!

Als Arthur und Imogen Stewart mit ihren Eltern den Zoo besuchen, sind sie so faszinierend von einem niedlichen Pinguin, dass sie gar nicht mehr nach Hause wollen. Ihre Mutter lädt den kleinen Pinguin notgedrungen zu der Familie nach Hause ein, um den Abschied zu verkürzen. Und was keiner für möglich hält, passiert tatsächlich: Der Pinguin kommt der Einladung nach und steht am gleichen Abend vor der Tür der Stewarts. Und das ist erst der Anfang eines unglaublichen Abenteuers mit Pinguin Einstein.
Die Geschichte ist abwechslungsreich, kindgemäß und lebendig mit viel wörtlicher Rede formuliert. Sie lässt sich überwiegend leicht und flüssig vorlesen. Auf vielen Seiten finden sich bunte, drollige, oft großflächig Bilder, die Szenen aus der Handlung darstellen und Kinder bestimmt sofort ansprechen und motivieren. Das Buch ist etwas größer als DIN A 5 und richtet sich an Kinder ab 5 Jahren.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have a penguin live with you? The Stewart family gets to experience just that when Einstein, a Little Penguin, follows them home from the London Zoo! The plot may stretch the bounds of believability at times (for example, Mr. and Mrs. Stewart being the coolest parents ever and allowing their children to keep a penguin), but there are realistic portrayals of familial relationships and friendships that ground the whimsical narrative. Eines Tages erscheint vor der Residenz der Familie Stewart ein Pinguin. Während die Eltern eher verhalten auf diese unerwartete Begegnung reagieren, erfreuen sich die beiden Sprösslinge Imogen und Arthur umso mehr an der Anwesenheit des ungewöhnlichen Gastes. In Anbetracht der eisigen Temperaturen im Freien, hegen Mama und Papa Mitgefühl und gestatten dem kleinen Pinguin, am Abendmahl teilzunehmen. Da sie das gefiederte Wesen zuvor im Zoo erblickten, planen sie, es am folgenden Tag dorthin zurückzubringen. Überraschenderweise wird jedoch kein vermisster Pinguin im Zoo gemeldet. Somit erhält der Pinguin den Namen Einstein und findet vorübergehend Unterschlupf bei der Familie Stewart. Imogen und Arthur setzen sich das Ziel, das Rätsel zu lösen und die Herkunft von Einstein zu enträtseln.
Das Buchcover präsentiert sich äußerst ansprechend und entzückend in seiner bunten Gestaltung, welches unmittelbar meine Aufmerksamkeit erregte. Einstein the Penguin is a kid's story written by British author Iona Rangeley and illustrated by David Tazzyman. Although I haven't been a kid in more than 60 years, I am very fond of penguins. I'm guessing that the book is aimed at 8-11 year-olds. But it's 219 pages long and contains some words including some British English that might be unfamiliar to that age group, especially to American kids. However, it could be read (in chapter chunks) to even younger children.
Einstein escapes from the Sydney Australia zoo to London to find his friend Isaac, a rockhopper penguin who also used to live at the Sydney zoo. (Einstein's species is not disclosed.) Einstein ends up on the Stewart family's doorstep in London and is allowed to come in and stay with them until they can find out where to return him. This, of course, is at the urging of the Stewart's two children Imogene (9) and Arthur (6). Adventurous childhood antics ensue, based around Imogene's and Arthur's detective work trying to find Isaac so Einstein can be re-united with this friend. I don’t know how Einstein the Penguin fell onto my reading shelf but it has been sitting there for awhile and I finally picked it up this month. Honestly this is more of a Winter/Christmas read but I went into it blind. First of all you need to know, I LOVE PENGUINS. At one point I owned 63 stuffed penguins and I was an adult. I have since simplified my collection to five. So if there is a book with penguins, I have read it. I have even read Endurance. That was a very detailed book and they ate the penguins. Anyways, back to Einstein the Penguin, this book is a cute story about a penguin who is searching for his friend. Einstein’s friend is sent to another zoo and he is on an adventure to find him. He follows the Stewart family home from the London zoo one winter day. Imogen and her brother Arthur decide to help Einstein search for his friend. This delightful ⭐️⭐️⭐️ star book is about family and friendship. If you are looking for a book with a little adventure to read with young children this will definitely work. I love a good quote about books and here is one that I found in this book:

The Stewarts are trying to find ways to spend time as a family so they go to the London Zoo. While visiting the penguins Mrs Stewart makes a casual comment to one of the penguins that it can visit them any time. She never expected the penguin to actually follow them home and take her up on the offer. But here they are, preparing for Christmas with a penguin in residence. Soon the kids discover that Einstein isn't from the London Zoo. Can they figure out where he is from and what has brought him to London?
I like the set up of this story. It is quite funny to think of an animal from the zoo following a family home. It is even funnier to think of an animal traveling halfway across the world to solve a mystery. Einstein is smarter than the average penguin, and his escapades around the house and even at school with the Stewarts are imaginative and will delight certain kids. The book felt a little slow in the middle, but once Arthur and Imogen Stewart unravel the mystery and start helping Einstein it picks up again. This is targeted at the lower end of middle grade readers and includes illustrations and a larger font to make the pages go faster.
Notes on content: No language issues. No sexual content. Arthur Stewart is dealing with some bullying and loneliness at school that Einstein helps him sort out. The kids tape up a bad guy in a closet at one point.

Da staunen Imogen und Arthur nicht schlecht, als nach dem Zoobesuch plötzlich ein kleiner Pinguin vor der Tür steht. Die Eltern sind skeptisch, doch vorerst darf Einstein bleiben. Doch woher kommt der kleine Zwergpinguin und was will er bei Familie Stewart? Gemeinsam mit Arthur findet Imogen, die Hobby-Detektivin, heraus dass Einstein auf der Suche nach seinem Freund ist. Und natürlich müssen sie dem kleinen Pinguin dabei helfen, sein Ziel zu erreichen, denn das machen Freunde nun einmal. Auch wenn das bedeuten könnte, dass Einstein sie dann wieder verlassen muss...
Eine wunderbare Geschichte über eine ungewöhnliche Freundschaft, ein spannendes Detektiv-Abenteuer und ein Ende, dass auf eine Fortsetzung hoffen lässt. Ok, I'll admit it; I haven't read Paddington. I know, I know! How can I call myself a children's book seller? When I read this summary, I thought it sounded vaguely Paddington-ish. All I can say is if this is what Paddington is like, I'll have to find a copy immediately.
Einstein is a wonderful, sweet, heartwarming story with a mystery hovering around the family shaped heart. There isn't really a bad guy, as this isn't that kind of story. Imogen and Arthur provide plenty of adventure and some really clever mystery solving, and for a mute animal Einstein is very good at giving just the right hints at just the right time.
My proof copy doesn't feature illustrations, apart from the cover and endpapers, but I hope the finished copy does have some - Einstein has such espression here, I'd love to see what David can do with scenes and the other characters. If it's just this, though, the endpapers will have kids in stitches.
I hope there's more Einstein to come; I think he'll do really well and I'm looking forward to selling this.

"Einstein, der kleine Pinguin" von Iona Rangeley ist ein süßes Lesebuch, empfohlen für Kinder ab sechs Jahren. Ich habe es meinem Fünfjährigen vorgelesen und er fand die Geschichte sehr schön, auch wenn ihm einige Stellen ein wenig langwierig waren.
Das Cover ist bunt gemalt und zeigt den zuckersüßen Pinguin Einstein als er unerwartet bei Familie Stewart vor der Tür erscheint. Der Zeichenstil wirkt kindlich, was ich schön finde. Für mein Kind war es am Wichtigsten, dass es viele Bilder im Buch gibt, und es war mir diesem Buch relativ zufrieden.
Die Geschichte ist spannend und original. Die Kinder müssen ermitteln um herauszufinden, woher Einstein kommt und was er will. Die Handlung ist unvorhersehbar und hat uns begeistert.

Read to my nine-year old. While we were gifted the first two books in this series, he has decided that we won't be reading number two and will instead return to the Horrible Science series we were reading previously. I suspect the target age range for the Einstein books is perhaps closer to six than nine? The plot is quite simple. Two kids meet and adopt a penguin, find out that he misses a penguin friend and search for that friend. I think my son was looking for more drama and less chitchat and poster hanging.
If I had to use one word to describe this book, it would be "British". It is very very British. Possibly even in ways that the author doesn't realize. Sort of like when I texted my husband the other day to comment that I was "leaving uni now but will get petrol on the way home" and he replied that that might possibly be the most British sentence he'd ever heard. It would fit right in with this book - which sees the Stewart family taking two penguins out for afternoon tea at one point.

Einstein the Penguin is a very sweet story of a small penguin who becomes part of the Stewart family. Einstein has come from Sydney Zoo all the way to London and is looking for his friend. He is a very clever penguin and, with the help of Imogen, Arthur and their Mum and Dad, they go on a quest to find Isaac. This book is such a lovely read and will be perfect for reading before the Christmas holidays, as well as lending itself to some exciting class discussions about what you would do if you found a penguin. Suitable for: All ages. There’s a few words which might be tricky to decode for younger readers but content-wise, it is appropriate for all children.

Einstein the Penguin is a very sweet story of a small penguin who becomes part of the Stewart family. Einstein has come from Sydney Zoo all the way to London and is looking for his friend. He is a very clever penguin and, with the help of Imogen, Arthur and their Mum and Dad, they go on a quest to find Isaac. This book is such a lovely read and will be perfect for reading before the Christmas holidays, as well as lending itself to some exciting class discussions about what you would do if you found a penguin. This book also has some beautiful illustrations.

Zum Inhalt:
Kaum zurück vom Zoobesuch klingelt es bei Familie Stewart. Die Kinder sind begeistert, die Eltern eher nicht denn es steht ein kleiner Pinguin vor der Tür. Da es schon spät ist darf der Pinguin reinkommen und über Nacht bleiben. Beim Anruf am nächsten Tag im Zoo stellt sich raus, dass dort kein Pinguin vermisst wird, so darf er erstmal bleiben, was die Kinder natürlich freut, aber das Rätsel um den Pinguin wollen sie auch lösen.
Meine Meinung:
Schon das Cover hat mich total angesprochen, allerdings hatte ich gehofft, dass deutlich mehr Illustrationen im Buch wären. Dennoch hat mir das Buch gut gefallen, schöne Geschichte mit dazu passenden Illustrationen. Der Schreibstil ist sehr angenehm und sowohl für ältere als auch jüngere Kinder oder auch zum Vorlesen gut geeignet und besonders sicher bin ich, dass die Kinder Einstein lieben werden.

Einstein the Penguin is a fun holiday read for our 7-9ers, or even our tinier readers 5+ with your help. It’s perfect for a read-aloud because oh!! There are so many voices to do!😂
After a visit round the zoo, the very ordinary Stewart family end up inadvertently inviting a penguin home 🏡 🐧🤫
I love how Imogen, 9, and younger brother, Arthur, cope with not just the everyday-ness of having a penguin at home, going to a restaurant 🤣 and sneaking him off to school 🤭
Einstein is also extraordinary, because he is a PENGUIN ON A MISSION! And Detective Imogen and able assistant Arthur have to put on their smarts and be brave to help their little friend. I love it! 😍

This book is the story of Einstein, a penguin, who has embarked on a journey to find his friend Issac and incidentally lands on the doorstep of Stewart’s family one winter morning. With not many options left, the Stewarts decided to help Einstein out in his quest but will everything be as simple as it seems? Because we are talking about penguins, right?
Some of the main reasons why I absolutely loved reading this book are:
- unique story
- engaging narration with a smooth flow
- characters with depth
- underlying themes of friendship, kindness, bravery, adventure
- cute illustrations
- simple and easy language
- cute cover
If these aspects interest you, I would suggest you pick up this book. You will surely have an enjoyable experience.
