T.K. Ware’s style of writing brings a fresh perspective of faith-based books, in which he calls, Suspense with Soul. His inspired writings weave together reality with the supernatural, in hope to plant a seed of the gospel. Often known for his memorable fictional characters and series, including Charles "ESQUIRE" Everson, The Pastor's Daughter, Ebony's Confessions, If I Could: A Son's Plea, and the Up Close & Personal Series. Outside of fictional writing, he employs inspiration and motivation through his devotionals.
I was gifted a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. I feel as if I know some of these characters personally as I have read the previous books. The action in the suspenseful scenes kept me reading as I was interested to find out how this story would end. I found myself reading at every free moment as the characters kept me wondering if the outcome would be a favorable one. As with the previous novels, I found this to be an enjoyable read as and I look forward to Mr. Ware's next book.
5.0 out of 5 stars Another great "Esquire" story Reviewed in the United States on March 30, 2021
Ware pens another magnificent Esquire story in Esquire: The Summon. I have read work from this author before, and I really enjoyed it, and I've read the entire Esquire series. The story revolves around Charles "Esquire" Everson and the Dave and Burg Law Firm, where you should always expect the unexpected, and this time, vengeance is on the mind of an old associate. It's amazing where Ware's mind goes, and how the story expands, and draws the reader in. It's a grandly impressive suspenseful story, bringing the reader along the journey of a very unlikely union to find the truth and bring justice. It is always a joy to read this author's stories. This author is not just a writer but a great storyteller. Esquire: The Summon is a definite recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews. I look forward to reading many more stories by this author.
