A lot of the suggestions are things I was doing already, but I appreciated the confirmation along with learning more tips to try. I love hearing about the science proving our lifestyles determine our health. It's empowering, and this book gives some great tools.
Positive influences: relaxation, cuddling, meditation, sleep, just right foods, just right exercise, good gut bugs.
Also includes a biological age self assessment test covering nutrition, lifestyle and mental wellness. I thought I was doing quite well until the test needed to add waistline, BMI and blood pressure to determine your subjective biological age. :)
Very interesting theory and backed up with the facts in a non clinical language everyone can understand. Nothing I didn't already know however its an easy read and contains links to other resources etc. If you are looking for inspiration and direction then there is a lot of takeaways from the book. Thank you #NetGalley for the e-book to review.
