"Levers" is a highly recommended book for Startup founders. It is equally beneficial to anyone responsible for building new products (or services) in existing businesses. It provides practical, step-by-step guidance on how to drive growth by asking key questions in 5 chapters (~workshops):
1. Three first questions: Who is my customer? What are they buying? Why are they buying it?
2. Revenue Formula: How do I create value and, ultimately, revenue?
3. Assumptions and Prioritization: What should I do now and next?
4. KPIs: Is what I'm doing working?
5. Financial Modeling: What's my plan?

The book's hands-on format helps readers find a repeatable model for growth. I consider "Levers" an essential tool for building a long-term and sustainable business, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to grow their business. If nothing else, the short book (~150 pages) does deliver valuable insights even for a casual reader. As the authors say, read the book to take yourself out of "the world of constant hustle and uncertainty into a world of clarity and control". Here is one of my favorite quotes from the book: "Remember, if you don't have data, you only have hope... Hope isn't a strategy."

This book provides a solid framework with many good examples on how to build and grow your businesses. It's a relatively short book (less than 150 pages) but packed with good business insights.

This book is divided into 5 main chapters that lays basic foundation from understanding your customers, knowing what you sell/how you sell, building your business model, mapping out what drives your businesses by levels of importance that, in turn, helps unveil any hidden opportunities, driving/measuring KPI, and finally building financial models with the good old financial statements.

This is a great read for any new entrepreneur who is starting his/her ventures and need some directions on what to do. For seasoned entrepreneurs, chances are you already have your "way" of running your business, but I still find this book valuable because it still serves as a good checklist and how-tos on how a good business should be built upon.

Heavy content, but wonderful insights

Levers does justice to your expectations from the book.
It's not some self help book which motivates you and gives you vision from 30K feet.
Tis books helps you not only know the levers that matter but also how to leverage them.
How to make sheets that ll help run the business, and speak with investors.

With live example of a company, Levers highlights details very well.
I was overwhelmed by the details.
But this is exactly what I was hoping for.
Great work.
