This is the sixth and final book in the “Find Me in Serenity” series and is told from the dual point of views of Jenna and Logan. These two can never seem to be open with each other at the same time. Both of them are afraid, been hurt with past loves, and don’t communicate effectively. But gosh they have such hot chemistry!

So many emotions throughout the series and this book is no exception. Jenna and Logan have been thru so much since they met and so far they’ve managed to find their way back to each other. This time, Jenna’s ex has abducted her and it is at a time when Logan and her are fighting. Can he figure it out in time and save her?

One of my favorite scenes was the camping trip, or at least until the fight. The other scene you will find at the end. Both show how much they truly care for one another.

These are the first books I’ve read by Ms. Cruise and I have enjoyed this series so much I had to read each book the day they came out as an ARC. I am looking forward to reading the “Carter Brothers” series next.

Book 6 is finally here!!!! What happens when you cross a broken person with an overly confidant person? How do they traverse the mine lines that have etched deep scars in the psyche of one of them? New secrets are discovered. How can a person who doesn’t know how to communicate the horrors they have lived, overcome their fears so that the one person who seems more than willing to break up the dark clouds that live within bring the sun back? How can they navigate the waters of small town life? How will they come through the other side when they have road bumps popping up through their journey to possibly forever? How will they overcome their past when it comes blazing into their present? Short but a definite page turner nonetheless. Can’t believe that the finale is here for Jenna and Logan but a new series has been teased so stay tuned!

This is the sixth and final book in the Serenity Series. This book is told from the dual point of view of Dr. Jenna Novak and Logan. Their chemistry is still explosive but they continue to have communication problems. This book and the series took me on an emotional roller coaster. It was well written and the characters had a lot of depth but were frustrating at times. They both had so much trouble letting go of the hurt from past relationships. Are they able to let go of the past? Are they able to communicate to each other what really happened in the past? Are they able to adjust to the privacy issues in small town life? What happened with Jenna's ex and is Logan able to save her? This has been a great series and it's said in some ways to see it end. Jenna never intended to move to Serenity and not want to leave. She thought it was just a layover until the next destination in her life. She never expected the jerk fireman she met on her way into town to have any sway in her decision to make Serenity permanent. However, Jenna found Coop, and he slowly and methodically whittled away at her defenses. She found friends that became family. She found a dog that became a faithful companion, and she found the heart and soul of Serenity. Jenna’s past with Kent made it difficult for her to move on, to love, to live her life to the fullest because of the pain and hurt he caused in her personal and professional life. Things had to become dire for her to realize she was being irrational and missing out on the best things in life, and possibly her HEA.

Jenna and Logan were part of a large group of townspeople that were hunting for the you boy, praying they found him before he was affected by the severe cold weather. Just when things are good again, they have a fight and stop talking for a few days, until her friend calls Logan to say she has not seen her at the hospital for two days. Again, all hands on deck for the fire department and the police, using her last phone triangulation to find her, but she is not there anymore. Following a trail of footprints in the snow, the group comes across a deadly scene as it includes dark water that has taken people before. The characters and storyline of this series has been terrific. The action and twists, intense feelings and awakenings of love, as well as all the friends and family have put so much into this storyline. Loved it and plan to reread it again soon.... straight through.

I am so sad, but also at a loss now. This is the end of Logan and Jenna's story. I loved this series so much. I am at a loss though, as to what happens to the couple. This one has so much craziness in it that you will want to jump right in and beat someone down. I suggest that you read this story. It is one that will have you on the edge of your seat wondering what is going to happen now. Sometimes I think that someone in this story is a bit bipolar, but you will figure that one out. Grab this series and enjoy the afternoon reading it.

What a finish! Book 6 wraps continues to captivate and draw you into the story. Just when you think you know what's going to happen, a new wrinkle is thrown at you, not once, but twice! And I don't want to spoil anything, but this is perhaps NOT the last book in the series. And I certainly hope not because I want more - there are several sub plots that could easily spawn books of their own.... There are so many interesting characters that deserve their own stories to be told! Fingers crossed! :)

Have They Found Happiness Yet ? . . .

These two certainly have communication problems! Dr. Jenna Novak and Fire Chief Logan Cooper have endured so much trouble through this series, yet time and again they keep coming back to each other.

But this time, there may be a bigger issue when Jenna’s ex-fiancé, Kent, decides he wants her and will have her whether she wants to come back or not – so he kidnaps her! Once again, she needs Logan to rescue her. But will he get to her in time to save her?

Finally Logan and Jenna get their HEA. It wasn't easy as Kent had gone completely crazy. Kidnapped Jenna and getting ready to kill her. Logan and Jenna had way to much to think about but lacked communication skills. Will Logan save Jenna from Kent who's finally lost his mind? Will he save the girl this time from the icy, dark water or will she drown? The only thing I didn't like about this series the small pieces to the story. I'm gonna say WOW part 6 freaking rocks!!! I was so hooked I couldn't put it down and still wanting more. Jenna is still having issues with her ex showing up but will he finally take matters in his own hands and kidnap her? Logan opens up more to Henna about his past and its absolutely heartbreaking but when he tells her his true feelings will she push him out of her life? What a great ending for Jenna And Logan .

Book 6 in the Find Me In Serenity series. Just as good as the rest with just as much excitement. The town gathers together to find a lost boy. Then they need to gather to save Jenna from her ex. When ever anyone is in need the town is there. I really enjoy the way this town is there to support all the residents new and old. It is like a really big close family. This is a short book, but worth reading. I am loving Serenity! Can not wait to read more!

There is drama, steam, ups and downs, push and pull, kidnapping, danger, humour, believable characters, a really great community, and more. I look forward to reading more about other characters in Serenity. Definitely recommended!

Jenna is having doubts about her relationship with Logan again. The communication between them is inexistent. Jenna is starting to feel Serenity as home and all the people in the community as family. However, there is still a person from her past that is going to put her life at risk.

A terrific ending to a thrilling series! Action and romance abound in Book 6. Dr. Jenna Novak and Fire Chief Logan Cooper’s relationship captivate the reader until the very end. The lives of the side characters who reside in the town of Serenity intertwine well with the storyline. It was an amazing conclusion that I wish would have lasted longer. Highly recommend!

De Jenna find Graham and get him back to Tiffany and Celeste’s foster parents. Then Kent kidnaps her see what goes o with that and is she and Logan going together or not. Or is there someone in town she hasn’t meet.

Loved this sixth and final book in this series with Logan and Jenna. They still having a casual fling but Logan is ready to take things to the next level but Jenna is still uneasy about getting serious. When she gets kidnapped by her ex Kent and is finally rescues Jenna and Logan realize the depth of their feelings for each other. Perfect ending!

Jenna and Logan are getting closer, until a disagreement. Kent has lost it and bringing Jenna into it with him. Logan goes into protector mode to save Jenna. This final book about Jenna and Logan’s story is awesome!

STEM FMC in the medical field! I'm always looking for books with women in STEM, and this series has it. This series is written very strangely... it's like 6 tiny novels that are really just one long novel. You can't read any of them as stand alones, and each one ends on a cliff hanger, so you need to go to the next one. The spice is ok and the plot is ok, just a strange format.
